We recently had our (builder) countertops replaced. Stone World was the supplier for an Ikea purchase. The project was completely successfully and looks outstanding. Our office Team, Wendy and Paola, were great communicators and kept us in the loop the whole way. And our install team, lead by Andres, were top notch. The install was quick and efficient. We went from Brown Granite to White Quartz.

We had originally gone to Stone World in March as Ikea referred us. The visit was a positive one, but after we could not get the cabinets desired we chose to do business with another stone company via a big box store. After that experience went South immediately, we returned in June to Stone World. The experience was once pleasurable and Gusmary took the time to understand our kitchen needs. She took our design and advised us adequately on the quote. The turnaround was quick for the template and the templating was smooth, informative, and they took the time why there was some changes to original design. They even provided a no cost option, and a cost option.While we ended up choosing a stone we never saw (our choice) it was absolutely beautiful and Gusmary proved that she understood exactly while we were looking and still saved us $2,900k with the other quartz. The installation crew was as equally amazing, and the level of professional and cleanliness was beyond what I have ever seen. A++++++ on all fronts!

Stone World corrected their mistake and gave us a fantastic result. I am giving 4 stars, not five, because I initially was not very happy with the installation of the quartz countertops and backsplash for the remodel of my kitchen. The install crew was very rushed, rude and did not clean up their mess. They could not complete the backsplash because two corner pieces were not cut properly. Wendy was our contact at Stone World throughout the process. I contacted her right away, she had the owner call me immediately and a new crew was assigned to finish the job. The new crew was friendly, professional and took care of every detail. The result is a quality product and a great look for our remodeled kitchen.

I walked in the showroom with a picture of our countertops and we walked out to the stone and matched it perfectly. I worked with Jennifer in purchasing granite for my kitchen counter tops, and she spent a good amount of time guiding me through pricing, alternatives/choices, etc until I felt comfortable with it all. I had never purchased any kind of counter tops before, so was hesitant about everything and also with parting with the money. After getting the price estimate on the kitchen, I then asked to have two and half baths also measured when Lucas? came to do the precision measurement. I was sold as the pricing was very reasonable, and choice of stone was what I needed to match tile colors in the kitchen and bathrooms. One quartz bathroom sink, and the others were granite. The selection was good, and installation was excellent. Victor? and his associate who did the installation were incredible. These guys worked fast but were diligent in everything they did. All my questions were answered regarding the seams, the sealer, caulking at the wall edges, etc. Cleanup was perfect. These people are the kind that you can recommend to friends or family and never wonder if they will be treated right both at time of sale or the installation. The work was done about a month ago and I still feel as happy now as the day they installed. If I had known what a fair deal I would get, and how perfect the installation would be, I would have done this several years ago.

This is my second time using Stone World for a home improvement project and Im satisfied by the service and quality each time. My first experience with Stone World was a very good experience so I used them again.Several weeks ago my wife and Iwent to check out what was in stock at Stone World. The flooring in our kitchen contained colors that were a bit difficult to work with, but Katina has a good eye and we decided on quartz.Template tech was punctual and professional. Overall time frame for job was less than a week after template was completed. Andres has been the installer for both jobs and he is a very nice hard-working young man. I very much enjoy spending time talking and joking with him. This time his brother Louis, was his co-worker and he was also exceptional.Once again Stone World has performed a wonderful job for me. I am currently working on another house and they will be the company I contact to do the countertops. Try them. Everyone hard-working and conscientious. You will not be dissappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with Stone World from start to finish! Wendy was our associate and she has fantastic communication skills, whether it be in person, on the phone, or through email. I couldn’t have asked for better! We didn’t see the slab we wanted on site, so we purchased it through one of their vendors. It was easy and seamless. I recommend Slab USA if you go that route. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel as though it is inconvenient that the people who measure, the people who fabricate, and the people who install are all different teams and they don’t work together. We weren’t warned of this. Be prepared for the project to take a few weeks, especially if it puts you out of water. Have a plan B for washing dishes. Fortunately we had a temporary means for sink water, so it worked out ok. I’d still recommend Stone World to anyone and would also use them again for future projects. Thank you for the beautiful kitchen!!

My husband and I stopped by Stone World after visiting two other fabricators for a quote for our master bath renovation, and the prices seemed to be all in the same ballpark. However, I noticed Stone World did not seem to throw in annoying additional charges like cutting holes for the sinks like the others did. They also had more edges to choose from that were complimentary. Stone World also seemed to have a better selection... my guess was because they have a lot more volume. Moira was excellent to work with. She was very professional and friendly, and our counters turned out great!

I purchased quartz kitchen countertops from Stone World for 2 different homes. Each purchase and install experience went smoothly, and the end products looked fantastic!
