This was my first experience with Minuteman Press but Ill be back. I had a rush print and mail order that was very time sensitive. Sheila and the staff listened to my need and actually got the flyer out even earlier than they promised. Delivered on time and perfectly printed.

The WORST experience EVER!!! We talked to Minuteman about binding our book, sent them all the files then...nothing. Had to call to get an update and was told the book was in the printing process. Two weeks later, called again, they said we had to come in and look at a sample before they could print!!! So went over there, waited in their lobby for 20 minutes because no one would come to the front, had to call on the phone to get someone to come out. Told them how unhappy we were with the way we were treated, they didnt even show us a sample because they didnt have one!!! They just gave us our money back after holding us up for 3 weeks! I will never EVER go there again.
