They dont let van expediter vans stay overnight like the truckers. They put a paper on your windshield staying no overnight/extended parking or youll be towed. We work just as hard as the truckers and need sleep and rest too. is van drivers always buy things here cause we stay overnight to support them. Not this place anymore. A shame though. Was a nice place

If theres any way you could bypass this location, do it! The parking here is atrocious! The vast majority of the spaces are taken up by the local drivers with their bobtail trucks. Then you got other drivers that make their own parking spaces. Its chaos overload. If you reserve a spot, do it REAL early that morning before you stop for the night. On the positive side, at least the showers were clean.

One of the managers Ava told that she does not owe me a shower even though I have shower credits and threatened to have my van towed. I am a very loyal customer and I try to spend as much money as possible in the Pilot/Flying J stores. This lady was very rude. What a disgrace for Pilot/Flying J stores. I hardly ever have any problems with Pilot/Flying J,. I probably spent 3k dollars last month in your stores. I know that I purchased almost $2,600.00 dollars in fuel just for the month of July and most of that was at Pilot/Flying J. That does not include my inside store purchases. I hardly ever use my rewards card for those purchases and I dont really keep up with those because they have no tax credits for my business. But hey kudos to this arrogant woman who tells her customer that she doesnt owe me a shower even though I have shower credits.

UPDATEYou know I come in here every night after work , I work down the road at ups so its convenient, and also 2 to 4 am so they are open ,anyway I buy the same thing to eat every night 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and even when there isnt any made they always make it because I come in every night and they know there will be 20 more people or more coming from ups hungry , but tonight 8/6/21 at 2:00am I go in and ask if they would be making any pepperoni and the one girl looks at the other and then say no we arent making none , very rude , its not like they gotta close , its 24 hr store ... this experience really makes me wanna go across the street to kangaroo for now on .

It‘s not the worst Pilot. But beware of Alligators in 2 ponds. The pond in the back has three large gaps in the fence where the critters can conveniently walk through and right into the parking lot.

I just watched the manager/team leader deescalate and beautifully handle a crazy, belligerent crackhead. It was some of the most professional stuff Ive ever seen. Serious props to the manager on duty tonight. On top of that, they have a hot food deli open late and a 24-hour Arbys. I like it here lol

Showers are good.

Showed up before 4 pm and it was already full. Extremely small lot and 85% of the parking spots are for reserve. I still couldnt reserve , it was all taken. Tight place to get in and out of, trucks parked all in the street in and out of there. Looks like small fleets and owner operators leave their trucks there, because there is alot of bob tail trucks up and down the road and taking up most of the lot. Never again.

Accessible parking. Clean restrooms. Truck parking. Cinnabon located here. ARBYS. Fresh hot food available. Lotto machine. Sitting area inside. Arcade gaming room. Fresh coffee. I would definitely recommend this location.

The person Valerie at this location is a right stroppy lady, me and my fiance stopped here for our 10 hour break last night and needed to do our laundry, well the entire CSC PAY system was down so we were forced to use quarters but we did not have enough in our laundry purse so we needed to get some from the register, the first lady was kind and gave me $3.00 worth without any grief, later when purchasing some drinks I asked if I could get another dollars worth so we would have enough for the dryer, well thats when Valerie came into the picture and gave me nothing but a bad attitude, I tried to explain her that since their CSC PAY system was down we needed them to do laundry she did not seem the least bit interested in the FACT that that system was not working, when obviously had it been there would be no issue

This Pilot is fine. Clean restrooms. Variety if food. Lack of truck parking lots.

Hey Fellow Drivers. Even though the inside is usually nice and employees are friendly, I would HIGHLY recommend NOT planning on parking here. At all. Its tiny. Spaces appear to be taken by local drivers who have parked for some time. Bobtails galore in full length parking spaces. It is quite, quite dirty outside.***Lets remember there are nasty drivers out here who throw their trash on the ground vs. throwing it away properly in the trash can. Kudos to the responsible, kind, and professional drivers who visit this establishment. So, instead of parking here, check out the local warehouses on satellite map and see where drivers are parking in the areas. Spots are out here. As a matter of fact, Im parked in a nice spot myself right now. Good luck and safe travels!

Bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper at all not even in the other bathroom stallsMy husband also said, their no toilet paperWow..none in the mens bathrooms...Trash overflowing. While the pandemic is still going on.

Never can get a paper receipt at the pump. It says it is printing but nothing comes out.

My husband and I stopped here to sleep last night 3/31/21 to 4/1/21 since we are traveling and coming back home from visiting family in Georiga and we were both extremely exhausted and thought it would be safe to sleep here for 1 night until we got back home in Starke safely. Well we were woken up by what we think is the manager telling us that we cant sleep here. Well then dont be a 24 hour truck stop if people cant sleep here. There are signs that say NO BOBTAILING on them and he didnt complain to them... Like dang really man? We havent done ANYTHING wrong here either! I HIGHLY dont recommend coming here at all EVER as we will NOT be coming back here either!

This is the dirties truck stop inside and out. Didnt have change so you have to use card, laundry had no change food sucks if there this dirty on the outside how clean are they on the insides

This pilot isnt bad. Staff is friendly, store is clean. Parking is nuts, its always full, which all truck stops here are, but this place is heads and tails above the location in Baldwin, at least here you can maneuver around a bit. Lots of bobtails taking up spots, would be nice if store could expand lot a bit and offer bobtail parking only, but it all about the available real estate... Pilot stores should definitely invest in more property here, it is desperately needed... If you come and need to park reserve a spot!!!

Right off I-10 in Baldwin. Centrally located easily accessible. Passed up Arbys but great option. Simply served as a resting spot driving from lake city to jax. No complaints everything was perfectly fine except a tad bit nippy for Florida. 😁 Im from Ohio though. Yes I know they got smashed by Alabama. Food prices are high, NO parking spaces heavy traffic for a small truck stop, bobtail use whole space for 64ft trucks,cashier need experience mess up my fuel and scale receipts.

I attended to purchase gasoline at pump. Pilot tried to pre-authorize $150.00 on my credit card. Credit card company refused. You have to prepay for gas. Gave $100.00 bill (to get pump cut on), after fueling refuse to put fuel on my ATM card or take smaller bills.This is outrageous pre-authorizing $150.00 on fuel for an automobile.

It is a shame that truck stops like this one no longer cater to actual truck drivers.Answer spending over $300 of my own personal money for diesel for my truck, There was no parking in the back lot so I parked my truck up front in a parking spot between the lines... Not taking up 2 parking spaces or anything....Well this morning the manager said I had to move the truckI could understand if I park a truck there and just left it and went home but I was spending money in the store...I know to fuel up at the TA travel center Instead of using a pilot lying j travel centersThe sign said no Bob tail parking but somebody put a piece of tape over it.

I reserved a spot a truck broke down blocking the spot. Sat at fuel isle for almost two hours. Day manager couldnt care less but once night shift came in she got it solved! Took a star away because of day manager not caring but kudos for night shift keeping the customers happy.

Stopped here to get some grub from Arbys. I loved the remodeling. Good was meh. Dont really think its gotta have, but clean & nice staff.

Truckers... Depending on what time you arrive for your 10 or 34 depends on if any spots are available. Before mid day is best bet. This pilot is around a distribution and industrial area. Have never had any attitude problems clean store,showers and restrooms.

I despise this place but options for fueling and Transflo when youre a local driver are limited or I would avoid it completely mainly because of the LAZY, HOSTILE employees. Forget finding a parking spot 24/7 also.

Customer service is the only thing good about this location. The amount of tractors without trailer in this location is staggering. An overzealous manager that thinks he owns the entire chain of pilot flying j. Youre not Warren Buffett buddy your a GM at a local truck stop. Also nowhere in there parking lot does it say no over night parking. They have a no bobtail parking and a no unauthorized vehicles sign but EVERY pilot ive been to when i see those signs tells me that those are meant for carpooling locals. I didnt ask this one because i assumed it was the same. Plus it was empty the night i stayed. I drive a cargo van thats registered as a commercial vehicle and fits in a normal parking space. This is a truck stop i guess im missing something because i thought thats where people like me are welcome to stay. At about 3 am the coward of a manager who didnt have the spine to knock on my window when he was sweeping the lot, left me a letter threatening a tow. The excuse was limited parking but thats ridiculous considering the pilot in Denham Spring Louisiana has a lot barely half the size of this one and they welcome ALL DRIVERS WHO SPEND THERE MONEY AT PILOT. I guess Mr. James McClain GM of store #1047 in Jacksonville Florida that my money is good there but gtfo after i spend it huh. Ive spent a high amount specifically at pilot because usually i have no issues and enjoy the stay plus i like the rewards program. Honestly though a no loitering sign on a drivers lounge 🤔 this GM is clearly on a power trip and he needs to come down. Grow a spine and sprout a pair the next time you want to leave a threatening letter on a windshield and just knock and politely ask them to leave. I would have found that more professional and courteous and i would have responded with no problem i understand and then i would have left with no complaints.

The staff are somewhat rude and extremely lazy🙄 Wanted to shower but said they were “understaffed” and they weren’t letting anyone shower for the rest of the night but at the same time when you go in people are just standing around doing nothing👎🏽... Ridiculous.

The establishment was very clean and tidy. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks. They also have several fast food options available. I will definitely stop here whenever I am close by. The prices were not too bad either.

Excellent home cooked food better than any restaurant in Jacksonville best meatloaf best pot roast best real mashed potatoes best everything from their kitchen at that Travel Plaza even if your local I promise youll do it twice a month is the best cooking I ever had from a travel plaza or gas station beats 90% of the restaurants here in Jax 699 per entry $3 for two sides a little pricey but you will not regret it excellent excellent excellent need more service people during peak hours. Which seems to be pretty much most of the day

This location has been newly renovated & have nice big clean shower rooms. But the parking is medium size. They went crazy with the Reserved parking. The entire 1st row (about 20 spots) are Reserved parking now. A bit much since this isnt a large parking lot. No bobtail section, so they usually take up alot of the parking. If youre trip planning & your arrival is in the evening, dont waste your time trying to find parking here. I couldnt even find parking at 10 am here . There is another small truck stop across the street. Might have about 15 to 20 spots there. If your going north on 95. Id suggest going to G.A. exit 1. There are two huge pilot Travel centers there.

Do not use your debit card for gas at this pilot they will put $150 hold on your debit card Cancel my card because I thought it was stolen

This is a very busy place, Newly renovated, if youre looking to park here I suggest getting a reserve spot, the lost is too small for the amount of traffic they get. Lot was full by noon on a Monday. But a good place to stop for fuel and food.

Shower room nice & updated, but dont think its thoroughly sanitized. It always takes a lengthy time to get in there also. Theyre slow to clean them a lot of times. But store itself is one of the cleaner ones.

Dining central if you dont feel up to cooking they have something for everyone and desert too. Among other things. Arbys is good here. Fast service food is always fresh. The pizza and burgers are awesome and the desert place is out of this world.

Giant gas station with all kinds of unexpected road trip gear. From phone chargers to CB radios and radar detectors. Plus all the safety and emergency gear you might need in a pinch. Also pizza, Arbys and a Pastry counter. Lots of pleasantly unexpected stuff if your used to little local gas stations. This is more like a trucker rest stop, they even have showers.

Pretty nice Pilot if you can get a parking spot. A newer pilot so its bathrooms, showers etc are all nice and big. Pretty clean also for a truck stop. No where near enough parking though, especially considering there are like 20 huge distribution centers all around it.

Half the salad was bad! Workers dont wash hands or use gloves when handling food on the over night shift . Only the cook had on gloves when she brought out fresh food. Then proceeded to the back and touched the door with her gloves. I’ve already told one worker to their face that they should put gloves on when handling people’s food but it’s still happening. That’s a major food safety concern and hopefully you all will fix that issue.

Its the best place a driver could be. It has hot and cold food and a variety of other things that might be needed while away from home.November 25, after leaving the airport, we wanted a late night snack; Well on this visit I saw these pots of disgusting soup. How could pilot employees allow this to sit out in open site and think that anyone would want to consider eating this? I changed my star rating from 5 to 1.Because this stuff could make someone deathly ill.

Worth the attempt to stay here, come early - Bobtails are everywhere! Great selection of PJ Fresh food. Cleanliness is not perfect, but what is?! Lots of staff on hand. Nice store!!

This Pilot Travel Center has a lot to choose from with Arbys, Cinnabon, freshly made pizza, chicken, hot dogs, and a lot of sides to go with it. The 🚿 are nice and clean. Its fairly new so everything is still new. They also have CAT scales for you truckers. Close to I-295 and plenty of truck rest stops. And I saved the best for last!! Everyone who works there are the best Ive ever seen, they go above and beyond for you to have a great stop and they definitely make you feel at home and want to return the next time you pass through that area. I plan on stopping at another Pilot Travel Center but it will be hard to top my visit here. Thanks Pilot Travel Center 👍😁

TODAY:: MOMENTS AGO..If I could give the inside a 0 I would..The manager was taking small broken pieces of a hologen bulb out/ exactly right Over the chicken tenders . Unbelievable. Is it tooo hard to remove all the food before he started this!!!BTW. Everybody knows about hologen gases in these bulbs.( the bulb was shattered in small chards of glass!)Restrooms were also unclean.. I will try to upload photos

Nice place to stop and get fuel. But its always full. Never any parking available. My wife was looking for a Florida souvenir. But just found the typical, generic stuff found in every single pilot or flying j.

I was shocked that they had some PJ fresh items in there. Usually I find them at the Flying J stores. Very clean. Very organized. Staffs very friendly. Easy in and out.

I mostly go to pilot travel centers. They are a great place to stop. The only thing I dont like is that they are changing over to Duncan coffee. I dont like dunking coffee.

Clean shower. Nice store. Good Coffee. NO PARKING. 1/3 of parking is reserved only. This store truly needs a lot for just bobtail parking.

What a place of beauty, Whenever I am delivering stop as you can tell by my photos which have been viewed over 2 million times, This month I have made top guide in the 1% . For Cocoa Beach Florida I am the number one guide, I love living in this area of Florida Cocoa Beach area and Cape Canaveral are right next to each other there is no better sight then to go watch the rockets launch up from space X .

Its very well lit and spacious. The convenience store is large and well stocked. I go to the Arbys that it attached to it. Its excellent, always fresh and my order is correct. I highly recommend it!

One of the cleanest Pilot Travel Centers I have visited. Great food in the hot bar, large selection of merchandise and snacks. Cat Scale, convenient location and only problem I see is drivers parking in no parking zones, making maneuvering difficult at times.

The store is not up to standards restroom not clean late Friday no one cares shower not up to standards not clean mildew on walls in every shower they are not keeping up the maintenance trash on ground trash can full to the rim.. Management is not doing their job after hours the place looks like HELL EVERYING IS OUT THE DRINK MACHINE.. THEY REALLY NEED BETTER.. People with skills running the store

A little tough to get in and out of this location in a small vehicle. I understand that its a truck stop but they also have fueling stations for cars and pickup trucks. Should be a little bit easier to get in and out of the parking lot.

Bought a new truck to use to pull my small camping trailer. They have a scale for personal use also. Great location and good quick place to weigh your rig.

By far the most direspectful employees. There is never anyone to serve the food also if they do they dont wash hands after handling money. Beware Jessica, the black girl at the counter at 5am. Don’t try to buy it diesel or DEF!Because you have it chance broke down in the road! Poor quality diesel and DEF!If you stop and you need it! Get 5-10 gallons to reach next stop! And no way to used it DEF from pump. Only go and buy it backet!

Give me give me give me some of this Cinnabon (in my Missy Elliott voice)!!! Now this is how a gas station should be nice bathrooms, wide selection of food, cleanliness, good gas prices and nice associates. The only problem I have with this gas station is the fact that its not down the street from my house.

If I can leave no stars I would the drivers Lounge is nasty. The shower smell like puke I did a load of laundry and the washing machine didnt even have no water and I could not get a refund and there was only two fuel pumps that work

Very clean facilities. Bathrooms and showers are very appealing, nice and clean. Horrible truck parking area. Absolutely nowhere to maneuver. One way in and out which creates absolute chaos. Fueling and parking area gets a zero star from me.

Way too small and way too crowded. Do not go into this place especially with a trailer. You might get stuck and not be able to get out. The parking here really really bad. Just moving around in this tiny tiny pilot might be a challenge.

Well stocked. Staff could, should be nicer to customers. One at the check out was nice the others need people skills classes. Clean and food very good. The lot is not big enough for the trucks that need parking. Many bobtail that have to take up full spits. Frustrating.

Great truck stop and gas station. Large food station with fantastic pot roast and pizza 🍕.Or stop in and have some Arbys roast beef sandwiches. Yum yum. Friendly folks and good service too. Stop in and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

This truck stop can be a pain to get into sometimes. Parking is almost always full. Alot of bobtails. And local drivers parking for periods of time. Fuel island can take a while to get through sometimes. Overall. Just a use if you have to center.

Very small parking area. 11 reserve spots that sell out quickly. They do nothing about drivers making their own parking. I was blocked by a truck. Was late for my appointment by 1.5 hrs because they dont monitor parking and I couldnt get the driver to wake up.

Good stop for fuel. A little crowded with 4 wheelers. Not too bad. Some drivers have not learned to pull up yet.
