Mike was awesome. My laptop was toast but Mike saved all my files and rebooted it in a day. Good as new. Even cleaned the fan dust. Most of all Mike was honest with his pricing and diagnosis. Justanet retrieved the data from my broken laptop & lightening fried desk top. He transfered the data to an external hard drive...lifesaver!

11/12/2019 UPDATE: Had another crisis today with my HP Laptop. As a Realtor I just cant be without my laptop for the TEN DAYS HP said it would take to get the repairs done and back to me. No way!! I went straight to Just-A-Net computer store and he had it repaired in 3 hours!! Please dont take your computers to anyone else. These guys are miracle workers. I opted NOT to use my HP Warranty. It was worth more to me to get it back fast and pay the reasonable fee they charged me.From 2014: Had a major meltdown and hard drive failure on my old PC. They were (somehow) able to save most of my data and when they put a new 1 TB hard drive in the old computer, it ended up costing me a fraction of what a new computer would have cost. The computer is better than new!! These guys are very honest and fair in their prices and they get it done fast. I highly recommend them and suggest that before you trash that old PC---let these guys take a look to see what they can do to save it.

Outstanding customer service! If you are in need of computer services, then look no further. These gents are the best in Jacksonville! From start to finish, I was treated with absolute care and honesty concerning what was wrong with my computer. They took the time to not only install new components, but also clean up my poor cable management! I couldnt recommend them enough!

My experience with justanet was incredible to say the least. I dont have the words to describe the level of professionalism and knowledge they provided me. With years of experience backing them, the quality of service was 10/5. My computer was struggling turned off for over a year, a replacement I couldnt do myself. They ordered parts for my computer and shortly after found that the fix would be a little more sophisticated and problematic. The charge port was broken and the parts available werent fitting. They took my computer under microscope and found another solution. They didnt quit on it and that is what impressed me. Where other people give up when the solution isnt clear they strived for the solution. Thank you guys at Justanet, my computer really is my lifeline. Work, education, family, I keep everything readily available here. Id rate you guys higher, but there isnt an option for that.

I recently broke my girlfriends desktop computer while trying to fix it according to the experts on the internet. Windows locked up and would only repeatedly reboot after trying every recovery option available. I purchased a new copy of Windows10 on a zip drive from BB, after talking with their experts, only to not be able to access the BIOS either to direct the computer to boot differently. Total waste of my money and time running around.Then I found JustaNet and after seeing their reviews and reading their website, I decided to give them a try. Dan was able to reset the computer and had Windows re-installed along with a few wonderful utilities in no time. We dropped off the computer on Saturday, shortly before they closed and he called me first thing Monday morning to pick it up that it was ready. Turn around time was less than one business day.Do not waste your money going to the giant chain stores and having your computer sent off someplace unknown. Support local merchants and get a lot more for your money than the dumb looks, chin scratching and yeah that might work if you buy this, youll get from the other places.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Like I said to Dan when I left, I hope I never have to see you again for computer repair, but if I do, I know where to go! Thank you, Sir!

I have been a customer of JustaNet for many years. Any time I need a new computer or one of my old ones fixed they take care of me right away.The thing I like the most about them is that they are no BS. If it takes them two hours or two days, they will fix your problem and not try to charge you 500 dollars labor like some of the other people in town will. Justanets prices are by far, the best in town.Justanet will also build a custom computer for you that does what YOU need, and not try to sell you a typical out of the box one with a ton of garbage you dont need but paid for anyways like in the big box stores do.I have bought everything from tablet type laptops to big screaming gaming machines from Justanet and to this day, have never been let down.Aaron
