This is Charles..the man who posted the reviewclaiming that he had talked to me & said that I was rude..I have never seen him or spoken with him..I spoke to his wife for 4 or 5 hours..she is veryfriendly & talkative & happy..she said that she wasdisabled & wanted us to fix her sewing machinefor 1/2 price..I have been doing this for 30 yrs.& everyone has always paid full price..that isat least out of 10,000 customers..but I washappy to help her since she was so pleasant..we fixed it for her & about 2 or 3 weeks latershe called back & said that it had not been repaired properly & was doing the same thing..our technician said that she was doing the same thingthat she did when she brought it in the 1st time..which is to try to run it too fast & to force itto do things that it was not designed to do..I had already told her to take it easy with the machine & to go slowly..she called me & wastalking very fast & I could not make out what her phone # was for me to call her back on..so Icalled her back with my automatic call back& left her a message to call back & toleave a message for me..talking slowly so Icould make out her call #s..I was not trying tomock her or to make fun of her..but I talkedslowly so she could see what I meant by talking slowly & prouncing each word separately & distinctlively..she told me about her church & asked me for an evaluation of her church & itstheology & I asked her if she wanted to know the truth & wanted me to be honest & she said yes..& so I told her that her church had room for improvement & she asked for more details& so I answered her question in more detail..we repaired her machine for the 2nd time..the price for the 2nd repair was $10..shesaid that someone had given her a used machinefor $8 & that she would pick up her machinelater..if & when the new one broke down..Isaid that that would be ok..she never gotmad at me..I think that her husband isoverwhelmed in caring for her & his nervesare suffering from a short temper..I do notblame him at all..I think that he has his handsfull...for sure.

The owner was the rudest man Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with he was extremely rude to a handicapped women because she spoke to fast for him he called her a drunk and a non Christian and said this is the southern slow your speech down. He left not one but two nasty voicemails. I feel sorry for this mans family and customers
