Thought if I texted and emailed to make sure the website was correct it would be. Drove an hour to get a car as listed on the website, after confirming twice, once by email and once by text, that it was still there. The guy said the car I was interested in wasnt there.

Most lying Scamming car. Advertisement vehicles are not whats there. Even though youve checked their price and was told everything in the add on vehicle.But when you get there an hour later, They show a junkyard car and say thats the one they posted even when your showing them their add is. I dont recommend this place. Sorry I have to be honest. It wasted 8 hours of my life and $200 in gas and a rental just to make it here at Motor Mall for a car I was promised to look at. They text me an hour before my appointment that they were ready for my appointment. I got there for them to tell me the car I was interested in purchasing was sold the night before. I was completely lied to just to get me to come and maybe buy a car that I wasnt interested in. I will read reviews more carefully from now on before I head to another used car dealerships because of my experience at Motor Mall in Jacksonville.

They only really want you to buy a car with cash and for that you should go to EVO motors off Merrill, they actually have quality cars. This dealership is a complete joke. The car i was supposed too look at was not there. There was no salesperson too talk too us, and we were aggressively barked at by a group of loud dogs instead. Theres a nice dealership right next too it though, separated by a chain. Definitely check that one out instead.

I’ve never made a review before, but this horrible experience made me feel like I have to. These people are liars and scammers. I was texting someone the other day asking about the out the door price on a car from their website and they responded to me saying the price was the listed amount and about 500 in dealer fees. I also had a phone call with someone else confirming that the price was what I was told before hand. Spent 2 hours driving there to see the car, only for the person there to tell me that the price was 2x the amount I was told. I literally have photo evidence of an employee telling me the price. On top of that, the person was extremely rude, unprofessional, and the building was also dirty. My only mistake was not checking the place’s ratings online before making the trip.

Called this dealership and the guy was rude from the start. He didnt want to talk about nothing, about anything, just for me to show up. After questioning one of his advertised cars thats the last thing he wanted to talk about. Stay far away from such an awful person such as him and this dealership.

If you see something you might like online, I wouldnt bet on it being there when you get there ( that was sold yesterday). This place is a joke! My husband and I read the reviews on our way there and sure enough we got lied to also. We asked to look at a TL that was listed on their website and they said we were 4 hours late and that it had been sold. That was the same thing that numerous people said happened to them in the reviews. We called 20 minutes before we got there and they said it was available, but when we got there it was already sold.They just want to get you there, and then get you into a car thats no good. I don’t know how this place is still in business. They advertise cars they do not have on their lot. Even after confirming via their text/email option. I’m actually glad I didn’t get anything here you can tell they do fixer uppers on cars or whatever to get it on the road. You can see it just by their lot. Luckily I went with a carpainter who does bodywork/collision repair and he immediately said not to purchase anything from this place. It’s a WASTE OF TIME.

I inquired about a vehicle on behalf of my in laws who live 3 1/2 hours away with this company. My in laws spoke with Motormall on the morning of coming and day before they came down. I spoke with Alfred in regards to down payment for the vehicle , as on their website the minimum is $1000 down payment. Alfred confirmed on 5/12/21 with me the down payment and the estimated payment amount. I relayed that information over and my family came down on today 5/13/21. They arrived At the dealership only to be told they had to put down half of the cost of the vehicle as the down payment which was $15,000. There needs to be better communication across all parties and better advertising.

Looks like a junkyard....Called and inquired about a 2007 Toyota Tundra and was told they still had it. When i called it was right before closing so I made an appointment to go and do paperwork on it when they opened the next morning at 10am. When I got there I was told they had already sold that morning and he had 4 people fighting for it. My question is; how in the hell was that possible because it had only been open for 10 mins. They tried to get me to take a different truck and when asked if there was anything wrong with said truck I was told there was nothing wrong with it. When my son and I went to look at it it still had someones work tools in it and the rugs where nasty looking. Then was told by someone on the lot that it had a blown motor and not to buy it and that I wasnt the first person they lied too. So dont waste your time and money and buy from them. Also they advertise they have 244 vehicles on the lot, yeah all junk cars.

Was there Saturday, September 18, 2021. Emailed the about a specific vehicle and had it been damaged in some way. They replied that they were unsure. When we got there we were told all their vehicles are rebuilt in some way (accident, flooding, etc.). Not a good experience, for certain.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSTried to sell me a 2015 Kia Soul and made us make an appointment. We drove 3 and a half hours through downpour from Tallahassee for them to not even have the vehicle on the lot. Meanwhile the place looks like a junkyard, the kia they did show had a dead battery, they took the relays out because people tried to steal our cars, here was empty water bottles and busted seats in the one they did show me. Meanwhile the salesman just talked about his knives and guns he carries on him, completely unrelated to the sale, and then tells a story about how his wife pulled a shotgun on a customer and it turned him on..

These people try to do everything to get you in the door. I can’t believe this level of unprofessionalism. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I contacted them yesterday in order to see a car today. I even sent them multiple messages to make sure the car was available since I would be DRIVING 3 HOURS to go buy it. Upon arrival they told me that it had been sold last night before I even messaged them. This is ridiculous, If you don’t want your time to be wasted don’t bother coming here. When I went there multiple people told us that the same thing has happened to them.

Its a shame to give one star just to be able to post a review. Echoing previous reviews ~ stay far away from this place. My husband was searching CarGurus and came across a truck MotorMall had that struck his fancy. He messaged thru CarGurus as well as the dealer website to verify it was still available ~ no one responded on the dealers phone. It was affirmed by email, the author asking when he could be expected ~ that day or the next, which he replied next morning at opening time. The next morning at 10:00 a.m., he was waiting for someone, anyone, who worked there to show up. Finally an employee did show. The truck had been sold. Right. A week later we see an 03 Chevrolet Avalanche, 4WD with 120K miles on it. Sounded too good and when he called to make sure it was still there, for the asking price listed, and verifying mileage, the person who answered the phone, representing the dealership, confirmed. He told her that we would be there shortly, and if it drove well, we would be driving it off the lot today. Positive response. The salesman greeted us with maam and sir but after that, the encounter went downhill. The truck we sought has a blown engine and transmission and the only way its going off the lot is by tow truck. That would have been nice to know when we called earlier this morning. Dont waste your time.

Complete and total waste of time! I took a bus 11 hours to Florida from South Carolina. I spent 70$ on the ticket, $70 on a hotel, and $$85 in cab fares just to find out the car they guaranteed me ran and drove, was SO DAMAGED IT WOULD NEED TO BE TOWED!! I have been talking with these people for 2 weeks now and they study blowing my email up about these five different cars that I looked at needless to say I went tracking out there today spent over 30 minutes standing in the lot needless to say nobody was even on the lot so I called the lady back and shes like oh Im so sorry I dont understand why no ones there then some dude come up 20 minutes later talking about some they had to close because the machines were down absolutely awful. So you close down a dealership at 1:00 because your machine is down to make license plates. Not only that it was me and three other cars full of people that all had appointments at 2:00

Drove 3.5 hours each way to buy a car that we found out is actually at a dealership in Colorado. Motormall never even had the car that they claimed to be selling in their possession. Do not buy from here or waste your time. Anyone you speak to is a telemarketer who know nothing about the cars because they are hired out. Then the salesmen claim they don’t have any working phones and they sold every car you’re looking for “last night” even though they don’t have ANY cars from their website on the lot. 🤔

Terrible company, called to get details on a vehicle I was interested in and was told I was asking too many questions and would have to come in to see a sales person. I asked to speak with the sales person on the phone, apparently company policy is sales people dont speak on the phone! WHAT??? Big Scam! Do not even bother going here. They claimed they had the car I wanted a 2012 Infiniti g37 but when I got there the guy was outside blowing smoke in my face with my baby right there and said “oh that’s just what the telemarketers post”. He also said that the only Infiniti’s they had needed a lot of work and were basically repos. Long story short it’s basically a junk yard with a bunch of totaled cars. Just save your time and look into a proper dealership.

The staff is very very nice, with a special shout-out to Phil and Neil in sales as well as Rick in service. I purchased my vehicle, a Jeep Liberty with less than 95,000 miles, from Neil and Ive been very satisfied overall.One of the big pluses for me about Motor Mall is the fact that if you finance a vehicle through them, it comes with a 3-year warranty! Within the first 7 Days of owning a vehicle, if there is ANYTHING wrong, Motor Mall takes care of it 100%! After that time, the buyer would only be responsible for any labor if anything should need repair.Theyre very upfront and very honest and you know exactly what youre getting into before any paperwork is signed. In full disclosure, I did have some issues with the vehicle I purchased. However Rick in service took care of everything. To be honest, I did have to take the vehicle back a couple times, but everything was taken care of. So I highly recommend them. They have a great variety of vehicles to choose from and again, the 3-year warranty was a huge selling point for me! Go check them out!

Awful! No parking places... Got parked in and couldnt get out for quite a while. Vehicles were very dirty and beat up. Lots of flat tires. Very few had prices on them. Went to look at an avalanche and the guy on the phone never told us that it didnt have an engine.

FRAUD ALERT!! They advertise vehicles on multiple car websites under different dealership names like Jacksonville Dealership or Crazy Jax Auto, but all phone numbers are for Motor Mall. I called them to confirm the availability of a vehicle. They never answer the phone, but you may get a call back from either Richard or Havia telling you that they definitely have the vehicle and that you can come over and they will assist you. When I went to MotorMall, some white guy with a beard wearing shorts and sunglasses greeted me and asked what I needed. I told him that I was here to see Havia to which he responded Havia doesnt work here, he just answers calls at another location. I told the guy that Havia told me to come there to look at a vehicle - which the white guy confirmed they didnt have - and I told the guy that I figured this would happen based on the google reviews I read and I added that they should advise their answering service not to say they have vehicles they dont have because it just causes them bad reviews to which he responded I dont give a F_ _ _. I dont even want to work here anyways If you try calling MotorMall back to complain, then they will just block your number. Very very shady business and should be investigated by the police for running a criminal racketeering business.

PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! Motormall is crossed out on the paper receipt my sales rep, Edgar, forced me to sign so he could run my payment before ever releasing the contract. Motormall is also no where on the actual contract itself. If you sign you’re “leasing” from Prime Financial and Ocean Auto Sales - none of which were identified or explained during my app process. Please understand when I say you’re “leasing,” I mean they force you into a Lease Agreement (Not a Purchase Agreement), where BUYERS DO NOT OWN THE VEHICLE AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT!!!!! Instead you have an “option to buy” for an additional fee - mine was an additional $2k on top of the $13k they tried to swindle me into when I was told the car would be “financed,” (again not “leased”) at $5-7k.Edgar shared absolutely None of this info with me the customer and claimed he didn’t know what was in the contract because he “didn’t generate it” ..but bragged the entire time about the Multiple contracts he executes every single day...? It absolutely does not make sense and they truly need to be investigated and shut down.They claim they have cash cars on the lot for the low prices listed on a fake website which is how they lore people in, but when you arrive to the actual lot, none of those cars are there, “all the cash cars are sold and they only have finance vehicles left where the price on the window is the down payment,” is exactly what I was told. This doesn’t even include the gentleman they hired to field calls from the website who told me the price listed is the cash price before I drove down from Gainesville. This also doesn’t include another buyer I met there who is Still waiting to have his car he purchased from here released from the police impound because it was reported stolen and Motormall/Prime Financial/Ocean Auto Sales (which ever entity is actually responsible) did not complete the paperwork correctly..like what!? This ALSO doesn’t include the salvage title on all the cars on the lot which they also don’t identify if you’re not savvy enough to read the sticker near the vin # on the driver side door.None of this tops off my current situation where they’re seriously trying to keep my $2k deposit I was told I had to pay prior to ever seeing the contract that Edgar refused to print out and forced me to read very fine print on my phone - which I never signed and never received keys to any vehicle. When I requested my payment be stopped that same evening because it’s still pending as I write this, Edgar texted me saying “because it’s tax season they’re not issuing refunds.”They’re complete liars! Do NOT buy here.

Shady. You go to LOOK at a vehicle one day, the next theyre sending you plates AND a title for a car you never purchased! What is going on here? So, we played their game. Called to come pick up said vehicle.. of course had to leave a voicemail because they were away from their desk ... That was over a week ago. No call back. Imagine that.. wheres the customer service?

I drove 30 minutes,this place is the Worst place to ever go to. if I had a chance I would not give them any stars.the cars that they have on their website they do not have on the lot!! the person that picks up the phone for them is not even in there office let along not even in Jacksonville and they also give you the wrong price and information this whole dealership is a scam! My daughter went there to look at 3 different cars. Was asked if they had the money down and a sales person took their money and dropped it into a safe then proceeded to tell them none of the cars they wanted to look at were at the auto auction, then my daughter and son in law asked for their money back and they were told no one could get their money and it would take 14 days to get a refund of their money, but it has been almost 4 weeks. When my daughter calls the manager he never answers the phone until you threaten to call the police. Then someone calls her back and says they are working on it. This place is full of crooks and just wants to take peoples money. The sad thing is my daughter had a car lined up to buy but this company caused her to miss out on the car she wanted to get , because of the shady management and sales team. I will be getting the news and law evolved also will be writing letter to the B.B.B. I wouldnt go there to get a car if it was the last place in jax to get a car from. The only reason I gave this place a one star is cause it wouldnt let me choose no stars.

Scheduled an appt to see a vehicle. When I got there there was no one outside to help. Found a guy inside who said the car I wanted was sold earlier in the day. Im pretty sure at this point the car was never there to begin with. I should have listened to the reviews but you live and you learn. Please dont waste your time people.

Nothing they had online was there and the cars they did have where all busted up and wrecked. Couldnt get anyone to help. Just a terrible place from what I could tell.

I would be very careful in dealing with this dealership as literally just last night I was looking at two vehicles they had listed for $2,999, bit within an hour of my inquiring of these vehicles, they went up to like $5,500. Not only that, but I went to look up the VIN on both the cars I was looking at (Hyundai Genesis) and one has a SALVAGE TITLE, but somehow Motor Mall appears to have had these cars since about 20118. Additionally, nobody answers the phone or text or email......DONT DO IT!! Once a title is deemed Salvage it canNOT be turned into a CLEAN title, it can, at best become a rebuilt title.......

Stay away. This place is a joke. Advertises vehicles they dont have, and most of them are junk. Hard to find assistance, and feels seedy and shady.

This is the place to get your vehicle, they are so polite and have great warrantys I worked with Lance a salesman who I recommend Ive dealt with other dealerships and they by fare are the best speak with Lance

I had a question about a car they had for sale. Even after reading their very ominous description on their advertisement that read:“PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS VEHICLES GET RECONDITIONED PICTURES MAY NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL VEHICLE FOR SALE TITLE MAY BE BRANDED. MILEAGE NOT GUARANTEED AS MILEAGE DISCLOSURE IS EXEMPT AFTER TEN YEARS PER FEDERAL LAW VISIT DEALER FOR DETAILS. INVENTORY IS DEEMED RELIABLE BUT NOT GUARANTEED MILEAGE NOT GUARANTEED PLEASE SEE DEALER “I called them to ask some questions and they just wanted me to get to their car lot and make an appointment. It’s very clear that they just want to get you in the door regardless of your inquiry. I would never recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car.

No stars , at all they are money hungry they switch out parts from other cars and put it on your car oh and they give you paper tags that’s fake and not registered a friend of mine got pulled over and went to jail for a false tag given by these people DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will take your money continuously and give you false paper work
