We are brand new to the RV community and it is all thanks to ALEX this salesman is the man. He went above and beyond for his service for us, he helped us with anything and everything we needed. We went to a campground for the first time and noticed our Electric cord for the RV was not in the compartment. Unfortunately it was late at night and none of the stores were open he went out of his way and drove to the store at 10PM. I can not thank him enough. That being said if you are thinking about buying am RV DO IT and make sure you go to Travelcamp of Orange park and speak to ALEX the man is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

The absolute best first time buying experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate. Joe was fantastic at making sure that we felt comfortable with all aspects of the sale process. Lori who is the parts manager helped me replace a vent that I lost on my2018 T@B.. She was extremely helpful, especially when I had trouble installing the part. She gave me the information I needed and was exceptionally friendly. Since I live 100 miles away this was all done over the phone and email.

We live in Pooler Georgia and drove all the way 3 hours to Orange Park Florida to buy a camper from Lance. This is our 3rd camper. The salesman Nick was so nice and went out of his way to help even as the store was closing. He didnt rush us and he was so nice. The store was so friendly all the other people talked to us and we felt like a family. Lance did everything to go out of his way to make our camper like we wanted it. He is the reason why we bought our 3rd camper from Travel camp. Lance is awesome. We will go back to Orange Park again to buy our 4th camper.There is an amazing person name Bonnie who works there. When I called TravelCamp Orange Park to inquire about a particular teardrop trailer that I had seen on their website, I was lucky to get Joe Dolgach as my salesperson. I was buying the NuCamp T@B 400 Boondock sight unseen from Michigan. Joe answered all my questions and gave me a FaceTime tour of the trailer. He, along with Lance Gretner and John DeFord in the finance department made the sale go seamlessly. This being my first RV, I had a multitude of questions about the sale and the unit. Joe recommended that my wife and I stay a few nights in a campground in Jacksonville just in case we had any questions or concerns about the trailer. We needed to upgrade being our girls were getting bigger and bringing friends camping. We could see an upgrade coming just needed that right floor plan to fit our needs. Looking online we found it at Travel Camp and Rahni was very helpful and getting the ball rolling. Ben got the numbers we were looking for to put us in the camper suitable for us. Rented a 2021 28z chateau from Dana at the Orange Park location, amazing service very helpful and organized. Very easy to communicate with while out of town as well. Fun filled experiance will definitely do it again.

My wife and I went to travel camp RV where we were promptly and warmly greeted by an amazing sales person, Joe. After speaking with many of the staff members and getting the best experience we’ve ever had with RV shopping we settled on a specific model. The experience overall was honest, to the point and very thorough, having provided our own financing but were given the option to finance through the dealership. Everything went extremely smooth and we couldn’t be happier.This past weekend we did our shakedown trip and everything, as expected, went seamlessly and we felt very prepared for a new trailer thanks to Joe and Hovey.

I went in to rent an RV and the sales woman Dana was very helpful, but the price seemed a bit high considering I needed the RV for 2 weeks. I decided to purchase a towable instead. The salesman Hayden was very helpful and showed me several units. Lance, general manager gave me a great deal on a new travel trailer, and stayed with the deal through completion to make sure I was a happy camper 😁 Financing was easy and I can’t wait to visit the Grand Canyon this summer.

The GM Lance is extremely professional and informative about everything. He’s someone you can trust to steer you in the right direction.

Update: After posting this review we were contacted by management and received notification our items were being sent along with tracking numbers.Found the camper we had been wanting at this location. We traded in a camper and had our new one delivered, the entire process went easy and quickly. Our salesman was Tyler Glisson and he was great....then after our camper was delivered we realized we didnt have the outside high pressure spray hose and nozzle nor a remote for the radio. We contacted Tyler along with other members of staff and were advised replacements had been shipped out however we never received them nor could they provide us with any tracking info. This was one of the fastest purchases we have made but the customer service for afterwards regarding things missing or not correct were unsatisfactory. We have still yet to receive our missing items!

We purchased a Retro 189R in April of 2021. The sales side of our transaction was pleasant and satisfying. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make our time at the dealer enjoyable. The price was very competitive and selecting the camper very easy. There was a small communication problem in pricing of add-ons, but this was cheerfully corrected by our salesman. The pre-delivery walk through was extensive, accurate and very professional.We required some work on our tow vehicle. The work was performed quickly and professionally by an experienced technician. Our vehicle pulled the camper wonderfully.I would buy from the friendly folks at this dealer again and would recommend it to friends and family.

These guys are genuinely great! Easy to work with. Was skeptical about having to pay $1,000 for them to prep the product for sale. But at least they did a thorough check and spent the time to walk me through it all. The only gripe I have is that they didn’t start cleaning it (used travel trailer) until I got there, and did it poorly as a result. They followed up on items, got me a good finance rate and left me believing that their success is built on good customer service and competitive pricing - which is what I got!

Salesperson and buying the RV was just fine. If you expect alot of help for the first timer, prepare for disappointment. If this was a dive shop they would expect you to swim out to the dive spot and not help with what equipment you really need. Gotta poke and prod. I had to ask and ask for what is needed for safety and dumping and braking. They would have just let me buy and take away. My opinion. My walk through was on par. I guess old time customer service is just that, old. Middle of the road rating.UPDATE: Leadership has acknowledged my needs/concerns immediately and assured me of their Family Owned business mission and customer satisfaction pursuit. Leadership has also availed themselves to me for needs over and beyond. Thank you!

All my questions were answered before arrival for delivery. Once there John was our tech and did a great job walking is through every detail of the RV. The whole experience was great...Lance has a great team!Update9/8/20. They have had quite a bit of turnover so my registration was never sent to DMV. I had to find someone who could help. It’s still ongoing and I can’t use my camper due to expired temp tags. Very disappointing.

Saw this camper on Monday and emailed about it, Nick called me Tuesday AM and took a refundable deposit so the wife and I could look at it. Went right after work on Tuesday and loved it, struck a deal with Nick and Lance and wanted to take it right then but they had yet to go over it so we said wed return to P/U on Saturday AM. Returned Saturday AM about 930 and assumed wed be out in 30-40 minutes but ended up leaving about 1230? We had hoped to be home earlier but no one went over the camper until we got there? So we wasted half a day already, Hank was on with the paperwork and Justin did everything he could to get it done quickly as he was just put on the detail when we got there. Overall a great group of guys and I would recommend to those looking for an RV in the future. Just have it ready when you say you will. Thanks.

All I can say is AMAZING!! After looking and looking and looking, I came across the ONE! I contacted the dealership and spoke to Tyler, he was awesome! Spoke about the camper, texted back and forth and scheduled a time to go and see the camper. I was coming from Charleston SC so it was a 3+ hour trip, and when arrived, they had the camper ready and waiting. Hovey, the tech, walked me and showed me the camper top to bottom, awesome dude, answered ALL my questions and was very honest!! Once done we went in and got all the paper work done, they where amazingly efficient, knowing I had to drive another 3+ hours home, they didn’t waste my time. Hands down, best buying experience yet! ***UPDATE: I talked to Lance this afternoon and he was very apologetic for our experience. He was committed to doing what he could to make it right. He is reimbursing us a portion of our initial deposit as a way of making amends for the extra work we had to do to get our camper the way we needed it to be. Its rare to find a company that is willing to take accountability rather than blame the customer. I appreciate TravelCamp doing what they could to make it right.***We picked TravelCamp because of their great selection, competitive pricing, and positive reviews. Unfortunately our post-sale experience has been nothing short of terrible. Every single promise made to us for the post sale was broken. The most significant issue (in addition to not getting a walkthrough and not having the camper delivered on time) is that they were supposed to fix several items on the camper before it was delivered. The camper was also supposed to be cleaned. The issues were not fixed, and the camper was not clean. In fact, there was old food in the stove and “family planning” items in the cabinets! We were promised the refrigerator would be fixed. It has been 2 weeks, and the fridge is not getting colder than 55 degrees. Most of the time it is nearly 70 degrees, which is dangerous. This is true even when nothing else in the camper is on and drawing power. We paid $1000 at the time of sale that we were told was to go toward preparing the camper for us (including cleaning). I have been back and forth with management at this location multiple times, but unfortunately each time it has resulted in more “bare minimum” efforts and broken promises. If you are looking for an RV...just expect a lot of headaches if you buy one at this location.

This is a first rate operation. No question about it. We had a water leak in our tab 320 Boondock while traveling from Key West Florida to Newhope Pennsylvania. I called and asked for help and they said that they were backed up three weeks, I assume they thought I lived in the area. I told them I need it fixed today, and without a moments delay they agreed. We drove 15 minutes out of our way to get there.They met us at the door, sent their chief technician out and solved our problem in 10 minutes. For no cost! By the way their parking lot is full of high-quality RVs. I cannot recommend them enough. First rate

Customer service is so commonly overlooked these days but not here!!! We found a camper on market place and was initially disappointed to find out it was a dealer. We did not need to be! Joe Dolgach was responsive and friendly from the first hello. We drove 2 hours to see this camper first on our list. It wasn’t like being at a dealership at all. Their tech Hovey gave me an extremely detailed walk through of the camper from inside out top to bottom ensuring i knew everything I needed to on the camper. Then Justin Duval walked me through hitching the camper and shred we were all set to hit the road. My experience was beyond enjoyable and I would recommend anyone looking for a camper to give them a call and ask for Joe he will get you taken care of.

Had a good experience with Travel Camp in Jacksonville and in particular with Nick Goldach! I did everything through the Internet and conversations with Nick the first time I saw my camper was when it pulled in the driveway. Nick was my eyes and ears and did the entire deal from beginning to end seamlessly. My sister was so taken with my camper that she and my brother-in-law call Nick and bought An identical one from him as well. We are happy campers! Call Nick when you want to buy he’s really terrific!

Natasha contacted us within 2 hrs after we put in the inquiry online. She had all our requests written down, when we arrived for our appointment. She was ready to show us all campers that fit our needs and towing specs. She work out a great deal for us. The finance person - Hank got us the best finance rate he could possible find. My Wife and I had been looking for an RV for several years and had stopped in this dealership periodically during our search. We had always found the staff to be very helpful and informative. A few weeks ago we went back into Travelcamp in Orange Park and worked with Natasha and the rest of the team there. They got us what we wanted at a price that was better than we had seen online in the far reaches of the country. We have since been back to have some add ons installed and that experience was great also. I highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I had money down on a new camper at an out of town dealership. We came across this new Travelcamp store in Orange Park and were immediately impressed with its sales staff and service crew. After a couple of visits we found a better camper than our original choice for nearly the same money. We look forward to the same great local service we received during our buying process for years to come.

Jim was so amazing. I walked into travel camp to just look around and dream about a future purchase. He made me feel really comfortable and showed me around to all the different types of travel trailer options that would fit my needs. I walked out of there with the camper I thought was only a fantasy. I took my camper on my first adventure the weekend after i bought it.. Jim called me to make sure i was comfortable with using everything and to make sure everything was going smoothly. Jim is a great asset to Travel Camp, I’ll be recommending people to him going forward.

This spot offered us, hands down, the best deal on what we were looking for. Unfortunately getting a hold of someone AFTER the purchase is completed for support or follow up proved extremely difficult.My wife and I purchased a new RV from here in November 2020. The buying process was great, and many of the 5 star reviews echo this. I would stress that most places will make sure to provide a great buying experience, since that is where they make most of their money.A common theme I found in my research was folks stating that you get lots of attention and replies when buying, but afterwards that support is non-existent (to be clear, not from this dealer specifically, in the RV industry as a whole). That was, unfortunately, the case for me.I tried multiple times to follow up via text or email (the same ways I communicated to purchase the rv) but got non-committal or no responses at all.I needed a tv bracket that was promised but missing from the camper, and we noticed a speaker was malfunctioning immediately after we got it home, as well as the financing paperwork took until DAYS before the first payment was due to come in. So for a month I couldnt get a hold of the sales rep, called the main line once to get some finance info and never got a return call, finally called the office a second time and got the info I needed (I bought the bracket myself and am living with the bum speaker, which is not a big deal but unfortunate).All in all I would absolutely shop here again for the great deal I got, but with the realization that after sale support is not there (or at the very least it hasnt been for me, maybe you will have a better rep/experience).EDIT: After re-reading this I wanted to further elaborate, the sales guy was top notch, very helpful, very friendly. Nothing negative to say about him or any of the reps at the dealership except I cant get in touch with them. I wanted to make it clear that was my only issue, but is a kind of big one in my book!

We read reviews before going and it was just like others stated, you can shop around but Travelcamp is the place you want to end up at, they will not disappoint. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the no pressure on a purchase, we were truly impressed. Alex was our sales rep who made us feel at ease right from the start. He took the time to understand our needs, budget and not simply to make a sale. After looking around to compare, we were very happy to purchase from Travel Camp. The Tech walk thru with John was both insightful and outstanding. He took us thru every aspect of owning a trailer including preventative maintenance schedules and real life experiences. I would like to take a minute to share my experience with Travelcamp. I looked on their site and found a camper that I was very interested in. So, I called on Friday around 4:00pm and spoke with Nick who made an appointment for me to come look at it. The appointment was set for the morning on Saturday. I had to drive from Ocala to the Orange park location which is about a 2 hour drive. I was running about 15 minutes late for the appointment. So, I called to let them know I was running a little late. I was told that it was ok and that they were expecting me. I arrived and asked for Nick so I could see the camper. When I spoke to him I was told that a deposit was just made for that camper, about ten minutes ago, over the phone by Josh. I spoke to Josh and he said that he was sorry but we are all just trying to make money here. I explained that I have just driven 2 hours to look at the camper and he acted like he couldn’t have cared any less.When I spoke with them originally I was never told that I needed to give them a deposit. Had I been told that i needed to leave a deposit I would have most definitely done so.The lack of customer service at this place is terrible especially from Nick and Josh.When I left from there I went it General RV in Orange park and the customer service was top notch.This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I do not recommend ever doing business with this place. If you are Looking to buy a camper or RV stay away from there and go down the road to General RV.

After an exhausting search for a Toy Hauler I chose to deal with Travelcamp(TC). TC was very patient with me despite my OCD nature and they followed thorough with every commitment they made. After finding a few small items which needed attention before delivery they promptly decided to deliver it to my house the next day rather than have me wait around for the service to be completed.
