I go all the way to the end and buy my fruits vegetables there first. Its a smaller vendor but he is so nice and helpful. Carries good quality produce and fruit. The next vendor has produce and fruit also as well as fish, nuts eggs etc.. very helpful and friendly there too but we have been disappointed with watermelon and some tomatoes we bought that were grainy and passed prime with rotten spots. In the case of the watermelon it looked good on the outside and smells good but it was so overripe we had to toss it cuz it was just mush inside. If I had bought my melon at Costco for roughly the same price they would have exchanged it or credited. This fender would not acknowledge. Enjoy the experience and the assortments of the flea market anyway. I have never seen such a variety of things that grew somewhere and someones garden and I had no idea what they were lol. Fun!

One of the best fresh produce and fruits stands Ive experienced. The variety and options they had was phenomenal. Enjoyed fresh sugar cane and coconut drinks. Indulged in fresh ripped durian, sour sop, and sugar apple! Husband found a cool wooden frog carving toy for our girls. Very cool must see stop if you enjoy flea market/farmer markets. If youre looking to support Khmer/Asian business stop in to check them out.

Great flea market. Very clean with a. Wide variety of stores. Vegetable/ fruit selection is superb. They also have sugar cane juice which is amazing. Pet store is very nice as well as a lot of vape shops here. Also first flea market I’ve seen with a barbershop lol

This flea market is the best of all . Lots of different items. I think it’s Better than Ramona. Ramona is nice but this one has more variety of vegetables, and different stands not all the same.

Shades by AGM is a great store to shop, located on D12 D14 and D16, great prices on Shades and jewelry.

We love to visit this flea market because we find really good deals on items we enjoy. The best part is fresh the fresh fruit and the fresh fruit juices, they are super delicious; my fav is the watermelon juice, but they have other options as well. The place is clean and covid safe. A++

Great place to buy and sell and those $5 Fridays are great for someone like me whos on a budget and otherwise wouldnt have a space to have a yard sale.Ive sold here twice and had a great experience. Ill be there this Friday to sell womens and baby boy clothing and lots of other great stuff. Everything will be cheap so come on out a score a great deal!Overall a wonderful place! So glad they reopened!

A gem of a flea market. Its layout is slightly confusing because its not a true grid, but easy enough to navigate. Even with the pandemic, there is a large variety of vendors, both professional and amateur. The selection of goods is pretty fantastic and although you have some people who think their trash is worth its weight in gold, reasonable prices are more the norm.

I come mainly for the Adori handmade soaps!!! But I love the environment here

Always some interesting things to find here. Dealers are willing to work with you on price as well. For the most part.

The flea market is back and bigger than ever. A true international experience. Ethnic foods, live music, all kinds of services and shops. The variety is unmatched among flea markets in this area, I believe. It is very crowded on weekends but there are weekday hours as well. No admission fee and plenty of parking around the entire circumference of the buildings.

The place was really empty as in booths to buy stuff. and two different sellers made it feel like they were pressuring us into a sell. One guy almost begging at the end of the day.

Overall good experience this Saturday afternoon. Was not to busy and a good amount of bays were open. Parking was a breeze and we impressed with the size of the flea market. I will say that there Idea of a flea market is different than mine from what I am used to. I did not really see any families selling anything, it was all vendors. The fruit market was cool as well and there is a few restaurants and juice places.

We came on a Friday at almost close. There is a great little area to get all sorts of fruits and veggies for cheap. We bought some oranges and peaches and they were so sweet!!

Kind people and its clean. There is a variety of handmade, new, as well as, gently used items. fresh fruits and vegetables, are sold here too. There are a couple of food vendors also!

Great place to visit. If you want to buy fresh vegetables, fruits at a reasonable prices. You also can buy other items at a same as food clothing use electronics, house items and much more. The place is open on the weekends and it has plenty of parking.

This is a rather large flea market with a lot of different vendors. You never know what you might find here. we always come here for the amazing produce and local honey. There is also a nice variety of fresh fish and street food vendors. A Bavarian nut vendor and locally produced jerky are very popular. From clothes to toys, music and tools as well as vaping and adult products, its always an adventure!

A lot of old stuff and very limited of good. Fruits are bad and people are still selling them. Smh

I was very surprised by this place, didnt know it existed. Walking through I saw a lot of computer and phone repair stores. I didnt buy anything, just went to the Cuban restaurant for a sandwich. Almost wanted to stop at the fish store, but didnt have time.

Walked around to get out of the house. Fun music, cold drinks and great people watching.

Loved it I got a pina colada and it tastes great had a great experience

I love flea markets. This one is special and still has room to grow. They have a little bit of everything. Soup to Nuts. A lot of walking though until you get the hang of where your favorite shops are.

I bought a pair of wireless headphones that they told me where airpods pay 25 bucks for them and they would hurry up and put them in the bag so I wouldnt look at them says I walked away I pulled him out and looked at them and they werent even airpods they were i-12s so as soon as I realize that I went back to the place trying to get my money back because I literally just bought them 5 minutes ago and she tried telling me that they dont do refunds even though I looked at her face and said that was false eyes behind me cuz if I I wouldnt have bought them if they werent airpods then I called the front office and they said there was nothing they could do about it I had to go talk to whoever I bought them from facility all they want to do is get over on people yall stay safe

I am very pleased that the United States has brought in millions more desperate and poor immigrants from poor countries that will work for whatever they can get. It has caused American workers wages to go sky high and we now have more money to spend at the flea market. It really is impressive that these foreign born immigrants love and respect their new country so much that they refuse to speak any other language than English. They tell me that it is like spitting on Americans that have welcomed them in if they go around using their native language.They work for less money or for what ever the job creators are willing to pay which forces the rich man to pay higher wages. This proves that if you flood the labor market with desperate labor from poor countries that will work for nothing, American workers wages will go sky high. Simple economics which makes Beach Boulevard Flea Market a great place to go and celebrate the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Great location, good customer footage on the weekends, but inconsistent website and in person directions. Rental fees are high.

I only go for the walk and the produce market is incredible you can find pretty much anything, also have a small fresh fish market, is a decent place to go for a walk you may find something you like.

Its appearance doesnt do it justice. Friendly staff and good people. If your looking for that perfect thing, then check it out.

The fish market are soooooo fresh. The person are wonderful. So, with vegetables section. Grandpa fixed my watch needs a battery. Ive always likes the flea markets giving some business to help the community....👏

The womens bathroom was closed for repair on a Sunday, one of two busiest days at any flea market. No smoking signs being ignored, not enforced. Bad lighting. Spider webs. Rust. Needs painting and something put in place to actually draw customers to this location!

Great place to find just about anything from video games to food, infact there are vendors that carry a large amount of produce, they also have some food stands but mainly its like a giant rummage sale with all sorts of random goods, definitely worth a look if youre in the area

Probably one of the worst flea markets Ive been to in a long time. Use to be quite a few yard sale like vendors which made it good. Now it seems like a bunch of foreign vendors with imported cheap junk. No thanks. I really dont think thats the purpose of a flea market. Will continue with Pecan Park and Ramona

(It was 10am on a saturday) To many vendor locations are empty. The food section seemed to be doing well and had a lot of options from fresh raw ingredients including fish to a couple of food stalls with long lines.

Management picks and chooses favorites. Rules only apply to certain people. Stay away go to lane if trying to sell. Space rates are stupid high here. We will no longer sell here.

This place has gone bi-lingual. Just prep yourself that some may not understand English well. Excellent vegetable selection. I love looking through junk and this place has their fair share. Fairly clean considering what it is.
