After several years of dealing with an issue with on sliding glass doors, someone recommended we call a lock smith. Secured lock was the only company that agreed to come look at it. Luke was wonderful! Knowledgable, kind, and efficient, he had a new door handle that actually locked installed on our 20 year old door! We HIGHLY recommend the company!

I came in to get 2 simple keys cut but when it came time to pay I realized that I forgot my wallet! How frustrating for me! But not for them, the lady that helped us was so nice about it and allowed me to come back and pay with a smile. We use them to cut keys for my work and they always do a great job. Jessie went over and beyond the call of duty. I was locked out of my house. I requested for him to unlock the door in my garage, which he did. I casually told him about my issue with the keypad on my front door. He kindly asked if he could check it out. He ended up fixing my deadbolt keypad, which saved me from having to replace it. I ordered a extra car key online and I brought it to them to get it cut but I didnt want to pay for programming cause its expensive to me. It was a quick process and when I got my key back they informed me that they went ahead and programmed it for me. I am very thankful.

Needed the locked changed at our store front and many other companies had not been able to do it in the past. Called Secured Lock on Sunday morning and Luke was out in 30 minutes and got all of our locks changed and working in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with the service and price.

Wow! Jesse with Secured Lock was called in to assist a non-affiliated Locksmith on a VERY difficult Gun Safe job that had been ongoing for six hours and lasted another four hours. Poor quality in actual cutting holes for dead bolts... would not recommend. I paid over $170 for 3 doors and they didn’t even finish one of them... not only that they didn’t even chisel the hole for the strike plates..

I drive a Suzuki pickup and I had to call a couple different places in order to find one who would come out and make/program a key for me. He worked extremely fast and had my truck running in minutes. Plus, they were priced much more affordable than their competitors.

The mobile safe technician failed to show up to an appointment. He had called the day prior but left no voicemail and subsequent attempts to contact him back (I left a voicemail) yielded no results. We were left high and dry waiting for a no-show appointment with no follow up. Awful experience.
