Your got to be kidding! Store is open 1.5 hours a day but if you got there, you cant enter store. Very limited selection and prices just arent that good. Better watch the quality! Definitely a Big Bummer!

This business forces its customers to park on the street, often blocking traffic. Did I mention the street is a busy highway? Theres not a lot of space in that emergency lane and someone is going to get seriously hurt. They have a whole parking lot to let people pull into so Im not sure why they refuse to allow people in. This is a safety issue and I would not do business with a company that acts this way.

Drove across town to take a look at a product they say they had in stock on Facebook marketplace. I get there and they say they dont even know what it is. I had called 2 days prior to check to see if they had it and they said they did. When I get here you have to wait outside the gate even with a mask... I ask to buy some fiber cement boards while Im ALREADY THERE.... And they say I have to come back tomorrow even though Im within arms reach of it and have a mask and drove across town! This is crazy and complete BS! Dont waste your time on them and go to Lowes or home Depot.

Floor guys were fantastic but every board delivered was broken. When called to figure out how to get the boards I could actually use delivered to me, a very snarky woman told me that I would need to load and bring them to the store to get the boards replaced and that they wouldn’t send the drivers out with new ones and pick up the broken ones. This place is almost an hour away not to mention that I paid over $250 for my boards so delivery was included. I’m hoping this woman actually has a manager call me, as promised. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. Hoping the manager will make this right and if so, I’d be more than happy to write another review with a better rating.

Great quality flooring at a good price.

Friendly loaders, seller not flexible. Bought two rolls of cap sheet for my project but the sqf coverage was way off from what they advertised, response was I was supposed to check the material before leaving the store How am I supposed to unroll cap sheet at their location to see if the coverage is 100sf per roll?... I was short at least 50SQ for my total coverage from what I purchase. Seller was unwilling to admit nor give a discount on another roll . I ended up buying a new roll just to cover a 45sqf ...wasting the rest even though they new I requested coverage for 150sqf from day one. In addition both rolls were collapsed and did not have the support cardboard insert roll. My first job with them . Advise would visually inspect anything I buy there and weight your rolls before they load them...a difference in weight means less material... my mistake was they loaded it for me and it was not till next day when I noticed the weight difference. Surplus does not mean short change on your quantities,. If you buy material to cover X amount of sqf and they tell you need x amount of roils , then that is what they should sell and make it up to the customer when you are wrong.
