Everyone was so helpful & kind & did everything they could to help me. I was given a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired which was so great. This is my 4th vehicle from Bacon & wouldnt think of going anywhere else. A special shout out to Jimi Vargas & David at the repair end. There are several others but do not know their names. They all made a bad experience for me so much easier. Great job Bacon in Jacksonville, Texas......& thank you.

Made a appt a week in advance to have the A/C checked as it was not blowing cold air. Take it in and was told they could not look at it for 2 to 3 days. Been told by a local mechanic it would take all of 10 minutes to put gauges on to check, they didnt even do that. After going back and forth they made a appt for Tueday.I just wish as much effort would be put into the service dept. As it is with the sales dept.

These people are incredible they meet you with a smile they treat you like family and they give you a good price and make a living simultaneously.Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years in Texas as well as other states and Ive got to tell you this place is top shelf.They earned my respect in my business.In fact it was some other people in the area that referred me to them for parts and service.And I found the people that referred them were absolutely 100% correct and their analysis of the people in this business model.When I say business model I mean they treat you like family I mean they got that handshake pat on the back want to know how you and your families doing and justice nice sweet and kind to their customers as any business Ive ever seen in my life.I do a lot of traveling and anytime Im in the area and I need anything this is where Im going to goIt seems like Im always between Texas and Alabama I have property in both States so it is good to know Ive got my number one place in Texas and if Im in Alabama and I should need something I have my number one place there as well.Its not uncommon for me to drive 50 mi or further for trusted loyal and dedicated service.If I was in Dallas Id be willing to drive the hundred plus miles to get to this location thats how satisfied I am.Mr Scott the service manager is as humble professional as they come hes a guy I could go to church with or sit on the bank and go fishing or even get out in a boat or have to my home for a barbecue.I dont know some of the other peoples names but I met several other staff members and they were almost a carbon copy of him I mean I seen teamwork understanding reasoning logic critical analysis from the smallest of things two more substantial things.That was actually my second trip there because apart had to be brought in overnight and they worked me in when they should not have been able to do so which was a godsend to me but during my visits and meeting other staff members I found that they are a team that works together like a handing gloveI say God bless the owners the employees and their clientele and their families amen.Chief.

Nice not having someone come out immediately. I like to look and then go in for assistance. Everyone polite. Paul is a great salesman. Answered all questions. Very complete in showing me how to use all the accessories. Had car I wanted, all paperwork completed quickly. No complaints.

Transmission went out in my truck and David was awesome I called him and he had my truck picked up by a wrecker from my place of business, diagnosed my truck with the issue within a few hours and had the new transmission on order and truck was repaired within 3 business days. I was also giving a rental truck for the days it was in the shop.highly recommend Bacon Chevy in Jacksonville.Professional, knowledgeable good hearted people.

For my visit I requested that my rear view camera be checked due to it giving me a blue screen when in reverse. The problem was noted. However, the mechanic that would be able to thoroughly evaluate it was busy for the day. If that were the case, why would I need to schedule a visit to have a specific issue looked into? In addition, I requested that my wheels be rotated. It seems to be no fault of the dealership, but rather a GM policy to not perform the rotation if that customer has aftermarket wheels as I have Gotten this response from two separate dealers now. Both issues listed above are waste of the customers time. I am a very loyal GM customer. However, the Sierra 1500 is the last one in my driveway due to multiple issues that Ive had over the year. Unfortunately I think that this would be the last.

Brought car in because we were told it had an oil leak. Engine was just rebuilt under warranty four months ago. Turns out it wasn’t a leak from the engine, but rather an issue with a loose brake seal....which they wanted $110 to diagnose. Going forward, the expectation is that the dealership would do a little more research on leaking fluids prior to telling me one thing, then trying to gouge me for a “diagnostic fee”. I travel to multiple towns for work...most of which have Chevy dealerships...so don’t know if I will be back

So I took my 2019 vehicle to this Jacksonville location due to some issues it was having and they said they couldnt find anything that maybe the car just ran with the issue I had.. ok.. took it the next week to WAGNER IN TYLER and tada... they were able to pin point the problem and were able to fix it.. the car still had warranty as well. I think Jacksonville Cadillac was just too lazy to actually do some work. ill wave goodbye to bacon auto when I need the great team from WAGNER CADILLAC IN TYLER..

Bought a 2020 Silverado, it has a lot of wind noise and driver side door whistles because of the seal. Garage person asked me Was it windy ? And said the noise is coming grom small ball I had on antenna thats on passenger side. They did nothing .

Had an appt. today for oil change/tire rotation at 4:00. My husband arrived a few minutes early. Another customer pulled in just ahead of him at the same time. Both checked in. My husband let them know he had an appt. for 4pm. He was told the other customer had an appt. an hour earlier at 3pm that they missed. My husband asked if they planned on serving that customer before him and was told they would try to find someone to also wait on her at the same time as him. 15 min. later he realized our vehicle was still sitting waiting and they were working on the other car that was an hour late. Very unprofessional. My husband took our vehicle and left. We will not go back. You NEVER make punctual customers sit and wait so that you can take care of a customer who chose to not keep their appt and show up late. He was told the service manager made this decision.

I took my old new Cadillac there to get a tune up and an oil change and they told me that my Cadillac was not starting and that they where to busy to get it working so I had to ask my boyfriend to help get my car towed home. We looked at it for 10 minutes and after buying a new starter for 175$ + 90$ + $60= 320 later we found a wire was disconnected and with just a little effort my Cadillac is back on the road. Im not sure what all comes with the oil change service, but I need to fill my power steering and brake fluid. I wish the service would have been a little better.

Bacon is a Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC dealer in Jacksonville, TX. I have a car serviced there, and they seem honest and dependable. I have not purchased a car from them, so I cant comment on their sales techniques. Bacon is active in community events, and has a good local reputation.

Not happy!! Took my truck in to fix the heater they kept it two days and charged my 650 got it home and heat is still not working . If they ever get it fixed I will not do business there again. Pluse changed one part that two other mechanics said was good

I want everyone to know Bacon Chevy sold me a 2017 vehicle that has been in the shop with repairs 7 times! Two of the times the car has reduced engine power and just stops in the middle of the road! Safe right? GMC is telling me this is the quality they are power of and because I bought an extended warranty the will do NOTHING for me!!!

Steer clear of this dealership. Pick one that will support the vehicle they sell you! Sent in a request for parts 4 months ago, and still havent gotten a human response. Day after I sent in my request I got a computer response saying my request had been received. I wanted a total of 6 parts. Also, I scheduled my truck in for a 5 minute crank position learn procedure over my lunch break. The service manager informed me it could be three hours, and that they would get to it when they want. The point in an appointment is to show up and have the work performed. I was more than happy to pay the full hour of shop time to just get it done. Ended up borrowing a snap-on scanner from the snap-on truck and doing it myself in five minutes.

If youre a young woman, the old men may flirt with you. They can do inspections without an appointment. If you have a real problem with your car, dont try to guess what it is. Just tell them theres a noise and let them figure it out. They were not able to fix my car, but they did help me with inspection.I returned to this service department 2/26/18. I asked for an inspection and the man behind the desk told me they cant do inspections in the rain. This didnt make sense to me, but I then asked if they could check if I needed an oil change. I expected him to actually check my car. Instead, he sat behind the desk on his computer, clicked around and told me I was last there in April. He said my mileage was 27,000 then and since I told him it was 35,000 now someone must have changed it since. He assumed I didnt know when my own car was serviced, and that I didnt know what I was talking about. I am very insulted and will not return to this dealership for car service.
