For my wife and I, our truck is another member of our family. You cannot separate us from our BigBadWolf and just like any special member of our family we want nothing but the best for its care. It is very hard to find a mechanic that we can trust. My wife came across Supreme Diesel Performance and decided to give them a try based on the excellent reviews they have received so far. It took no time to realize that the reviews so far were on point. We were very impressed by the knowledge that they have in diesel motors and the professionalism and integrity the crew had throughout the process of getting our truck back on the rode. More specifically showing me the issues and the steps taken to ensure we would not have any further problems down the road. Whats more, they squeezed us in their tight schedule knowing that we were on our way up North for a long road trip. There was no doubt in our minds that there passion in life is diesel performance. We have a 2012 6.7L power stroke and I could not imagine going anywhere else to keep my truck running for another 150k miles. Nick and Vic were very personable and spent time with the both of us addressing any questions we had. Overall, they treated us and our truck like a family member and I felt confident in their abilities. I wanted to leave this review to explain that these guys are serious about what they do. And If i need anything done, it is worth the commute from Cocoa Beach to get the best service Ive had in over 5 years.

When I took my truck to Supreme Diesel everyone was really busy. Brandon was first person I spoke with. He listened while I explained what my truck was doing and instead of just telling me we need to do this need to do that. He set me up an appointment to get a thorough inspections. I was late for that inspection and he still made time for my truck needs. He walked me thru everything he thought my truck needed. Gave me a few different options with different pricing. Great plan with a fair price. It was the outstanding customer service sold me from the beginning. Thanks Brandon, Nick and your wonderful team. Y’all really brought my truck back to life. I will trust my truck with this crew for as long as I own a diesel. As clean as I keep my truck, Nick still went over and beyond to detail every square inch of my truck top, bottom, inside and out. This is the best family owned diesel shop I have been in. They repaired the DEF system on my 2013 ram 2500. They set a very reasonable price and stuck with it... would not take a penny more even though they did more than anticipated. Took my truck to Supreme Diesel ! After speaking to Nick on a few different occasions I decided to upgrade my performance! Man I wished I pulled the trigger sooner. Top notch facilities,extremely knowledgeable,no pressure sales.He just tells you what’s best for your truck and was spot on. He even fixed a few things without even charging me a penny more. Trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Up front about possible delays and wait times, then when finished theyll give you a full run down about what went wrong and why. Could not recommend these guys enough!Long Story:Purchased a 2003 Cummins from alabama that broke down several times on the way home. I was only able to limp it as far as Lake City FL, so I decided to bring it to the Dodge dealership in town, thinking I would get a good diagnosis from the ones should know the most about the vehicle. Turns out the manufacturer knows less about their own vehicle than the guys at SDP.... The dealership quoted me almost $3,500 for what they said was a bad ECM, I gave them the go ahead to do the swap which they told me would be done within a week. After two weeks of waiting with little to no communication I had enough, I couldnt trust their diagnosis or the service advisors who sold it to me.I looked for good diesel shops in town, found SDP, and had it towed to their shop after talking to Victor on the phone about the whole situation. He told me they would start with a full electrical diagnosis to ensure the dealerships diagnosis was correct before they go and order me a $2,000 computer. Low and behold within 24 hours I got a phone call back from SDP and it wasnt the ECM at all! Several small issues throughout the entire charging system caused the breakdown, and they had me back on the road within 48 hours. That quick turnaround wont be the same for situation, but the level of customer service offered by Nick and Victor throughout the process reminded me why it is so important to support the local business that view customers as more than just their next pay check.

Awesome work done at a great price. Great communication and made suggestions for immediate need and long term repairs for my stock 6.0 Super Duty. They really brought my truck back to life with a turbo rebuild, oil cooler replacement and a custom tune and it runs great! Highly recommended. Thank you!

These guys were very knowledgeable and thorough. This was my first time going to this shop and I was very impressed with the staff. They were personable and friendly and emphasized quality work and doing things the right way. They took the time to explain everything which I really appreciated. They also did all the work under my budget and finished the job sooner than expected. I will absolutely be returning to them for more work on my truck.

I can’t really say enough about my experience with Supreme Diesel Performance. From start to finish what a phenomenal job these guys did. From Brandon keeping me updated on my truck as far as what’s going on wrong with it to when parts are coming and when it will be done. I go to pick up my truck and Nick (owner) goes out to my truck with me. He literally walks me thru every little thing that they did to my truck. Trust me it was a lot too. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Supreme Diesel, Brandon and Nick absolutely deserve the recognition for running a great business that supports local diesel truck owners in our city. In my recent experience with them I never felt like I was pressed or sold on the idea of something specific. They simply laid out my options and gave me straight forward pricing that was spot on when the job was done. I was traveling through Jacksonville florida when my truck gave me the power reduced sign. These guys fixed the problem and gave me a peice of mind. I recently had my truck in for extensive cab off repair and maintenance. Brandon and Nick were very knowledgeable about what my 2010 F250 needed. They walked me through the repair process and kept me informed throughout the repair. After picking up my truck Brandon gave me a call a week later to check out the performance of the truck. I can highly recommended Supreme Diesel. They are my mechanics for now on.

One word describes this place. HONEST. I brought my truck in to correct some issues, but after an expensive move I wasnt exactly prepared financially to do all of the needed repairs. Brandon had me bring the truck in to diagnose it and found a decent amount of issues on my 2011 f250. Instead of blowing me off after he found out he wasnt going to get the entire job and all of my money (the norm for diesel performance shops where Im from), he actually encouraged me to fix some of the issues he had diagnosed on my own to save money, while he handled the diesel specific issues that I was clueless about. I work in the automotive industry, and for someone to lose out on about $2000 worth of repairs that they couldve easily bsd me into doing is rare to say the least! After picking up my truck I found the areas repaired to be clean and reassembled properly. I am very satisfied with my experience, and would recommend anyone that drives a diesel truck to use them. I will definitely be back to do additional work, and to have some upgrades done!

Brandon and all the guys at Supreme Diesel Performance are the best. My 2015 Ford F350 dually was throwing all kinds of codes that implicated the Fuel system. We were traveling long distance moving the last of a household move from Chicago IL to St Augustine Florida. Assuming the worst, we pulled into a Ford dealership outside of Atlanta, Georgia after limping at 15 mph 175 miles from home. Called Supreme Diesel Performance, spoke to Brandon and told him the symptoms, asked him for a tow recommendation, he provided Tylers name and after his discussion with me and hearing from Tyler regarding the tow from near Atlanta to Jacksonville, I knew my truck was in good shape. Brandon reassured me that he would diagnose the truck correctly and only repair what was wrong. The quote from the Ford dealership for a Fuel system issues was anywhere from 9K to 14K. Once Brandon received the truck and was able to diagnose the issues, turned out that the emissions system and several factory installed plastic parts were the issues. The bill was significantly less than 9K to 14K and more importantly, the truck was proper diagnosed and the correct repairs completed. All said and done, I would most strongly recommend Brandon and Supreme Diesel Performance for all your diesel truck needs. Thank you for a job well done

SDP is a awesome shop. Brandon and Nick are very honest people. They tell you the truth on what is exactly going on with your truck.I looked at a lot of shops and chose them because of the reviews. I took my truck in to get a few things done and a day later my check light came back on so i went back to see Brandon and he was completely honest with me he had totally forgot about replacing the glow plug so he took it to the back changed it out for me. Any other shop would have told me something different and charged me more money. I will definitely be back for all future work!!

I have a F350 6.7 diesel and I wouldnt trust my truck to anyone else but Brandon and the guys at Supreme Diesel. It is definitely a business you can trust. My truck was having some fuel injection issues and they got me back up and running. It is really hard these days to find the customer service that they bring to the table. They will fit you in even if they are busy and they make you feel like you are there only customer and they always remember your vehicle. It is good to know that there are still places around that do it like they do.

SDP is not only about customer satisfaction but are truly caring guys from the heart. If anyone has anything bad to say about these guys needs Jesus. I trust BRANDON AND NICK more than any other company in the state of Florida. It’s like family. I have been to FOUR maintenance shops. All claiming to be diesel specialist. Supreme Diesel is the ONLY one that was able to diagnosis my truck’s issue and provide me with a plan. Honest and reliable. Those words fit Supreme and not many other places. This is the ONLY place I will ever take my truck again.

The first 18 years of my life I grew up with my dad teaching me about diesel motors. He was a full time diesel mechanic. I dont share that with shops I go into. I dont work on my own diesel because of my full time job. I take my vehicle in and let the shop tell me what they think is the issue and how best to correct it. I have been into Supreme Diesel four times and each time they have been spot on with the issue & the repair. Fair prices and an honest shop. Not often found anymore. This is the place I take my truck.

You need a pro to work on your diesel. Don’t waste your time with amateurs. Go to Supreme. Brandon is no nonsense, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Supreme Diesel is in fact supreme. Being a business man for 35 years, I have worked with many auto repair shops and seen a fair share of cons artists and rip offs. I cannot express how honest, friendly, and professional Nick, the owner, his wife, and the rest of the crew are at SDP. I purchased a used F450 and found the rave reviews for SDP, so I decided to call them. From the initial phone conversation I had with Brandon, I was very impressed with the knowledge everyone had about makes and engines. I set up an appointment to have them overview all the systems in the truck after my purchase. Everyone kept me informed as to the status of my truck, including some education on diesel trucks in general and some suggestions for future service. For the level of service SDP provides, pricing is very fair. I will come to this shop in the future when needed for my truck. If you need an honest, fair, and friendly mechanic, the only place you should go is SDP.

I was super impressed with the staff and the quality of work at the shop. I had my truck towed there and a previous garage had had the truck for 3 months with no progress this place had the truck completely fixed resolve working running within a week and a half all to the great work of the staff especially Brandon. Being a young woman sometimes maintenance shops like to take advantage you. I have experienced that. BUT not at Supreme Diesel. They treated me with respect and honesty. They were up front about a better and less expensive way to complete the work I wanted. This is the shop you want to have your vehicle serviced. I will only go here.

Took my 2016 F250 Diesel to the dealership for warranty work on emissions system. After leaving the truck there for two weeks, calling and leaving multiple messages with no return calls, being told it wasn’t covered by warranty then that it would be back to it wouldn’t be had it towed to Supreme Diesel. Dropped it off on Monday afternoon and had it back by Thursday. Dealt with Brandon who was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Extremely pleased with the work as well as the service Brandon provided.

Ive contacted this shop 3 times in 2 weeks about having my truck deleted and every time Im told that someone will give me a call back for a quote. That still hasnt happened. Cant speak for their work since I cant seem to get any done. But as for customer service, Id say it could use some improvement.

We were on the way to Florida pulling our 40 foot camper, heading in from North Carolina as soon as we got on i95 the truck blew an inner cooler boot, we limped the last 250 miles and next day seeked out a diesel performance shop, since my truck is modified, I needed a special boot that they did not have, however they fixed it enough to drive the weekend and they had new boot Monday, took truck back to them and in 30 minutes later and was ready to go... This is one of those places thatll make you wish you had more than 5 stars to give. Brandon, Mike, Nick and the rest of the crew are at the top of their game and got my truck running like a freight train. I had some hiccups after the initial work was done that was nobodys fault and they didnt stop troubleshooting and working until the truck was running the way it should, it was obvious they were going to make it right. The customer service is at a level not seen much anymore and theyve gained a customer for life in me. If you need work done on your rig please leave the dealership and drive straight here!

My 2nd review of SDP: I recently took a trip to NC; I filled up in NC and drove back to Jax, FL. I wrote down the start mileage in NC and the mileage when I filled up again in Jax. I averaged 31 MPG, this MPG is with the EGR Relief Kit installed on my 2015 EcoDiesel Ram 1500. thank you SDP!!! Joe SykesJust a little late on my review. I had them replace the EGR system with the EGR Relief Kit on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel the guys had some trouble with one of their suppliers that caused a significant delay but SDP guys worked through the delay got the part from another source. Called in for my 2017 superduty exhaust. I got a 5 inch flo pro and wanted to put it on and take off dpf. They quoted me 4.5 hours! For labor. I didnt even want to ask the labor rate told them have a nice day and hung up. Talk about putting it to their customers. I couldnt even be one. Ridiculous.
