I took two pairs of 15 year worn Frye Harness Buckle Boots to be repaired and refurbished for a wedding I will be attending. Great customer service, price is economical and work is timely and simply superb. Recommend at the highest level.

I found Vitello Shoe Repair after googling shoe repair. My old black ostrich cowboy boots(very expensive ) were in need of repair, a half sole and a small rip across the right boot. When I walked in I met a gentleman and a very nice couple who looked at the boots, gave me a quote and some recommendations and told me when to expect them to be finished. I paid ahead of time for the service. Today, I called to let them know my mom was picking them up for me. They were ready right ON TIME. They warned me that the boots may not be up to my standards because they were pretty worn. When I took them out of the bag and put them on, I couldnt have been happier. These twenty year old boots havent looked this good in a long time!! Thank you Vitello Shoe Repair!!

Horrible service. Dont take your shoes here unless you want them ruined. I came in to have the soles replaced and they offered a free polish as well. I came back to pick them up a week later and they had black marks all above the sole. Annoying, but I can deal with having to come back again after they fix it.I come back to pick them up a few days later and all they did to try to fix this was to lacquer on polish to try to cover them up. They look even worse than they did with just the black marks they had. The soles they put in also are extremely uncomfortable and put painful pressure on the heel.I came back to get a refund for my now ruined shoes and they constantly refused. The son of this family business came up and started arguing with me very aggressively. He told me to leave this place of business multiple times and even told me to Get over and over as if I was an animal. He even tried to instigate a physical confrontation at one point.The father ended up offering a compromise of refunding less than half of what I paid. I accepted just to get out of this situation and to hopefully never encounter these people again in my life.Again, stay far away from this place.

So what a pleasure to discover this gem. Entrepreneurial older couple doing old-school shoe repair. Thats what I needed. Then I learned they have a custom handmade sandal business on the side. Spectacular! Im pulling for them.

Very, very friendly. Great service they made the repair while I waited. I ended up buy 2 pair of Sandals for my wife and daughter.

Came here to fix a buckle on my shoes.. seemed like a very simple task but they were asking for $20. Those shoes were probably only about $50 in the first place so not worth it at all-I took my shoes back and left. Waste of time going there.

I had two wheels replaced on a suitcase and one of the wheels broke on the very first use. $60 later this is unacceptable. Will not be going back/recommending.
