I wish I had time to perform my own service, but I dont. I use Goodbys because I trust them, they have reasonable rates and they have the boat ready in a timely manner. The staff is very personable and that goes a long way too!

We waited almost 2 months to get our boat in for service/routine maintenance due to the Covid-19 pandemic(they were understandably busy), and it was well worth it. Goodbys Creek Marine Service did a great job!!! They gave us a written estimate and it was accurate. They did the all the work that they promised in a timely fashion and the boat runs perfect. I was even surprised when I first received the boat back and it was almost as clean as we left it, as I have used other boat service centers before that have trashed the interior with dirt and greasy foot prints. They are very busy and I can see why. I will definitely be using the them for all our future boat maintenance and repairs.

Absolute rip off and scam artists. My father took his new Suzuki outboard there for warranty work. They performed unauthorized and unnecessary repairs and charged my father. Please be aware of this place.And after owners response I would think it would be good customer service to call before making repairs not under warranty. Is it normal for these newer engines to go through plugs at 60hrs?

Before buying a boat I had them check it out and since I had never been a boat owner I had a million questions. They answered all my questions and gave great advice on somes decisions about motor sizes. That was 6 years ago and I have been nothing but happy with my purchase. I am now ready to upgrade to a newer boat (new to me) and look forward to having them check it out and HONESTLY answer (which is rare nowadays) any questions I have about the new boat.

Goodbys Creek has been taking care of my 23 Regal for 10 years. They have a honest and talented team that I can depend on to look after my boat. They have done regular annual maintenance as well as fixing the couple of mechanical problems Ive had. I have always thought they did great work at a very fair price.

Been bringing our boat to them since 2009. The mechanics definitely know there stuff about boats. Repair costs are reasonable also.Will continue using them whenever we have a problem.IOW, the go to people for marine repairs! 👍👍

Sounds like someones mad they didnt get something for free. If you cant afford a $100 bill then you shouldnt have a boat thats my opinion. Plain and simple

I would give 0 stars if I could. This marina has the longest delays and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told they would have my boat ready in a couple weeks. When I inquired about picking it up three weeks in I was given an updated time frame. They have now missed 7 delivery dates and I still dont have my boat back. They have had my boat puled apart for three months and they are charging me a huge amount for what should have been a simple repair. There are too many marinas close by to waste your time and money with these people. Please take your boat somewhere else.
