Today was our first time here. I brought in my two 3 month old kitten for grooming services. They were ready in about 20 minutes and smelled so good. They are home now and playing with the toys they were gifted by A+ Grooming. If you have any doubts about this business for grooming services, don’t. Bring your fur babies. You won’t regret it!

I had been taking my dog to a well known pet store for three years to be groomed. On day I called them to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed, but they were booked for the next few days. I googled pet groomers and I came across A+ Amazing Animals Pet Store located on the Westside. They were able to groom him that same day. Taking my dog there was one of THE BEST decisions I could have ever made for my dog. When I went to pick him up, my first thought was that he looked soooooo handsome. On the way home I noticed he was in a very playful mood. They even sent him home with a Doggie Bag of treats. Normally, when I picked him up from the other pet store he wouldnt be playful and he would just mope around the house when we got home. I thought maybe he was having separation anxiety. Hes up in age and not that playful anymore. Almost a week later, he still had that playfulness in him. I made a special trip back to A+ Amazing Animals Pet Store. just to Thank them for an amazing job and to let them know that Bruiser will be coming back.

Over priced for sure. This was my first and last visit Groomer did pretty good on the hair cuts only problem was not only did I spend over $100 dollars on two small Yorkshire terriers. (Female 10lbs Male 4.5lbs) Groomer cut my 4.5 male pretty deep inside his inner thigh and didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t notice until after driving home after picking them up from this place. So I will not return here with my babies every again.

I absolutely love coming to A+ for my pups grooming needs!! Such great service, hardly ever any wait time and if there is, theyll let you know they know you are there and waiting to serve you and your animal. Both my pups come home happy as ever after getting groomed 😊

I have been doing business with Jared and his staff for over 6 years now. He is an excellent business man and very knowledgeable. And I can promise you that this is the best smelling pet store in the area. Cages are always clean and the store is always clean. I highly recommend doing business with this store. Great folks!

I am really happy I found this wonderful locally own shop and it’s really close to my home, which is another plus. I was having a hard time finding a groomer that wasn’t across and town and double the cost. The price for full groom is very affordable and the groomer always does a great job with her, considering she hates it. Always cut they way I like her and the scent last longer than most places I’ve taken her. The guy behind the counter is always pleas sent and gives little treat bags each visit. We have a forever home with them 💕.

I bought two turtles from yall two baby turtles and the bigger one is basically bullying the other one trying to eat the younger one I called to swap out because theyre in the same cage and yall told me yall cant do that !

This place is just the best. Even though the guy working the desk one day tried talking my husband and I into getting Dubai roaches for my bearded dragon. Hell no! Im not bringing that in my house! I hate roaches and I would never snuggle with or give my beardie kisses ever again if she ate one of those nasty things! It was funny, though. He was very nice, funny and engaging. Theres good products here, but stay away from the organic cat treats. My 6 year old cat wouldnt eat them and even my moms new kitten wouldnt eat them. Theyre no good.

My son came to the house and said mom there is a pet store that you need to go to,so you can get crickets for Codys spider.Since it was time to feed her i agreed. What i found.Budgies enclosure CLEAN,Rabbit enclosure CLEAN, the ball python enclosures CLEAN. (My grandaughters fell in love with those).Fish tanks CLEAN, turtle tanks CLEAN. Walls and floors CLEAN. I purchased my 6 large crickets for my sons tranchula,left and told my oldest son excellent place ,good findTo the owner great job!

Theyre very friendly and welcoming. The two people that helped me with grooming my new puppy were amazing. They did exactly what I asked and in less time than what they originally gave. I mean I know pet stores have a certain odor but walking in made me want to head right out. Seemed so cluttered with a very small selection of live animals. Wouldnt go back again.P.S. I am aware the store I visit as my girlfriend is a groomer and wanted to compare what jacksonville had. We were looking at the reptiles you had in stock which were a few snakes and even baby turtles.

Took a friend there to get her little dogs nails clipped. Store manager and assistant were very nice but to the point. I told them how my birthday was the next day and I got three human treats and three doggy treats. Before we looked away, the nails were done, over, and clipped. Quick and efficient.

Small exotic pet shop. Horrible stench was overwhelming inside. My son wanted to buy a snake. I was told that he couldnt hold the snake unless he was willing to buy it. It doesnt make sense because you wouldnt know for sure if you really wanted to buy it unless you really held it. I would rather try to find another exotic pet shop.

I moved here about 6 months ago, I bring my bird in once a month for pruning. I find the owner and staff to be professional and friendly. I see the dogs and other animals and patrons leave happy as I do. Sunny and I will be happy to see you soon. Thank you!

I always bring my mothers five shitzhu dogs in for grooming. They always do an excellent job. The cut is always perfect. The treatment and care of the pets is well above any other groomers we have tried. My mother will not take nor trust anyone else with her dogs. They are also very economical and efficient. Amazing value for the money.

This place is horrible. I bought a baby turtle and it got sick a little bit after I got it, and today it died. Yes it lived a couple months, but it should of lived longer. I kept the tank clean, I cleaned it every Friday. I did not use any soap, just a scrubbing brush, that I put NOTHING on it and there is no way that a turtle can get sick out of the blue. I think the turtle was sick when I got it because when I got him he was okay then as the months went by he started to become lethargic, and would not move or eat. At first I thought this place was a 5 star rating now I dont even give it a star. Just before you buy your pet from here just be sure to double check before buying.

I brought my very large dog there for the first time yesterday. I am overly happy with the results of my dogs grooming. She still smells fresh and her coat is so soft and shiny. I want to also add that I appreciate the fact that the groomer was honest about service I did not need after viewing my animal. She could have taken me for another 10 to 15 bucks but instead explained to me how the services I requested would not work with my dog. We wi be going back.

This is an amazing place to take your pet for grooming. I take my guinea pig, Joshua Timothy Gordon, II to have his nails trimmed at this store the staff is friendly, the store is always clean and smells great. I enjoy the quick and pet friendly service my pet and I receive from the groomers. Every time I go to the store it makes me want to bring home another pet.

Hi,I recently bought a leopard gecko and she seems to be doing great eating regularly feeding mealworms and crickets cover in calcium had everything I needed I will continue to go there and pick up mealworms and reptile carpet!! Gecko was a bit underweight but honestly good service and with a bit of mealworms he peeked right up easy to handle and very friendly!!! Thanks!!!
