Bought a couch in April had to wait until September 2nd to get the couch. September 2nd comes and everything comes except the left facing chaise. We call to see when will it get delivered and we are told November 2nd is the earliest we can get it, okay so now we have to wait another 2 months to have a full couch? We go up to the store and oh they are having a moving sale and selling the furniture off the floor. So we talk to someone in the back (I’m being nice and not mentioning names) she tells us the soonest is November and they can’t give us the chaise from the floor because they can’t break up the set, we asked several situations and told no to everything. We go and sit on the couch and multiple sales people walked past without speaking to us another couple actually helped us get someone’s attention. She comes over we ask to buy the chair from the set and she goes to ask the manager comes back and says no then goes and gets the girl who greeted us at the door who then was rude and first said she never greeted us (okay so do you not want a possible sale?) then tell her our situation (which she barely cared to hear) I asked for her to bring the manager over so we can speak to him she then comes back and tells us we can buy the chair on the 23rd if it is still available, okay but where is the manager? So at this point I’m not happy with the customer service, wouldn’t you want to make previous customers happy so they don’t return the product? Guess not instead they care more about selling everything as a set. Well guess what? You can have this couch back because I’m not happy.

My experience at Rooms To Go by the avenues was absolutely phenomenal! My sales woman Madeline Schorr went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and as if I were a part of her very own family. She was very knowledgeable on the products and was honest about quality. Which might I add their quality is great! She was very kind and bubbly and I absolutely love her personality! The selection and quality is pretty good, granted I don’t know much about furniture and it has yet to be delivered. What stood out was the service - top notch professionalism from management on down. The sales rep Clint welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door and was incredibly pleasant to work with as we shopped for a living room and dining room set. We were given space to browse, however the staff was clearly paying attention, with Clint checking in at just the right moments to answer questions. It was the perfect balance that made the experience truly pleasant. I will not go anywhere else for furniture, the service here has made me a customer for life, and I highly recommend to everyone. Whether you’re just looking for some room accents or need to furnish your entire house, it is well worth your time to stop in and check out. A side note - a dining set and entire living room cost less than my sectional at my other place, so it’s easy on the wallet too!

We came in looking for a king sized mattress, even though my boyfriend used to work for Rooms to Go, Rick greeted us with a smile, showed us the newest technology with bedding and gave us time to look on our own. We got an adjustable base and the protection plan that covers it for at least seven years. That’s insane. If you need an honest salesman go in and ask for Rick. First off, let me start by saying that we had a great experience with the salesman in Jacksonville. My wife and I travelled from Gainesville toJacksonville to look at a couch for our new apartment. I relocated up here to serve our veterans and the COVID patients as a nurse in the VA MedicalCenter. I appreciated the fact that the salesman was cordial, practicing social distancing while maintaining a very helpful demeanor in assisting us in selecting a couch. He told us that it would be a month until we get our couch, and while although disappointing, we understood and went ahead and purchased the couch.Our issues started with the day that we were supposed to be getting the couch. I received a phone call from the driver stating that he “wasn’t sure what we were going to do about getting the couch to our apartment, as the truck wouldn’t fit”, and if I “had a truck he could put the couch in?” I don’t understand how this is a situation that I should be obligated to be involved in? We paid for the couch and for its delivery, so I don’t see how it is in my scope of practice to be involved in moving the couch myself. On top of that, the couch was delivered with such a lack of care that there were scuff marks on the back. As I mentioned in a following phone call,there was a cut on one of the pillows. And to make matters worse, the couch was delivered with no legs. How is this acceptable? We waited a whole month for a couch to be delivered poorly, with no legs, only to rest on itself until the legs arrived. The legs that arrived were packed poorly and covered in scuffs (as shown in attached photos). Unfortunately, the weight of the couch itself, resting on top of the upholstery has caused irreversible folds in the cloth, that are not only ugly to look at, but a disappointing reminder that we spent a lot of money on a couch that wasn’t delivered correctly, and not a representation of the quality we thought we saw in the showroom. We feel undervalued as customers and are very upset that this is the situation we are in. After waiting all this time for a couch, my wife and I have to struggle to put legs on, which should had already been done.I come home after a stressful day of work to spend time with my family and unwind in our home, only to be greeted by a couch with damaged legs, damaged upholstery and scuffs/scratches. Is this how you value your customers? We paid for a good delivery process and a couch that we thought would allow us to be comfortable in our home, and instead received nothing but, a damaged couch and pillows, and a couch we almost had to deliver ourselves and had to put together ourselves.Side note, its been 2 weeks since we were told we would receive a new pillow for the damaged one. Still waiting. This is terrible customer service.

I first went to IKEA and then I wanted to search a little bit more for a mattress to invest in. Once I walked in I was welcomed in by Diana! She was wonderful she got me exactly what I wanted and still gave me all my options. I’m so happy with my new bed and will definitely be trusting them again!

Lisa in the RTG Kids section is great. She helped me several years ago with my daughter’s first big girl furniture set. I came back in recently to replace a trundle mattress that was under the mattress protection plan that had a stain. She was able guide me to another mattress that was comparable to the one that needed to be replaced. The trundle mattress is also used for my petite adult sister when she visits. It needed to be supportive enough to suit her, and I found one with Lisa’s help and expertise!

Hello everyone. I don’t usually post reviews but felt that I needed to this time. My wife and I have been looking for a living room suit for several months. We were helped by John today. He was very helpful without being pushy. John was able to answer all of our questions professionally and accurately. He was very helpful and even indulged us by moving several lamps so we could get some better ideas while putting together a complete living room package.Highly recommend John and his rooms to go team.

I came in looking for a couch and found a lot of options. The sales person who greeted me was Travis, and he was super friendly and helpful. He didn’t make me feel pressured or followed around while I was trying to make a selection. He was very knowledgeable about the products, styles, and care of the furniture. This was my first time buying a new couch, so it was great to have such a positive experience and I will definitely be back whenever I need to get anything else!

Horrible customer service- will never purchase anything again at Rooms to Go!I ordered a childrens bunk bed on Memorial Day. The earliest they said they could deliver was July 9th. Annoying, but I choose to still go ahead with the purchase. The day before the arrival, we got rid of the bed to make room for the new bed. The delivery men arrived and noticed that they had received two wrong pieces in a completely different color and could not assemble the bed with the incorrect pieces. Called customer service. They never apologized for the mistake but only said we can get you the correct pieces in two weeks. That is unacceptable in my book! They made the mistake and now I had to wait an additional two weeks for the bed. Plus I got rid of the other bed and kid had to sleep in a cot for two weeks in my bedroom since all the remaining pieces had taken over the room. I emailed customer service as well and expressing my frustration and asking them to make it right. They responded a week later and said that the issue was resolved. So frustrating! I will never purchase anything again from them! I hope this helps other be aware before they consider buying anything from Rooms to Go!

My husband and I visited Rooms To Go today and David Rourke was our salesman. David was extremely pleasant, informative, efficient, and friendly. He was available to help us but gave us time to view the merchandise without feeling bothered. We purchased several pieces through him and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase.

I dont usually write reviews, but when you receive excellent customer service and you feel like your salesman, Super Dave, treats you better than just another person walking through the door, then you have to say something. He was so helpful and very patient as I worked to pick the right furniture for our new home. Our delivery date was scheduled pretty far out into July, but Super Dave assured us he would be checking the dates on a regular basis to see if we could get it moved. He is a man of his word, not only did he call to tell us we could get the furniture sooner, he worked with us to connect both deliveries (some of our furniture was bought at the Daytona store) so all furniture could be delivered at the same time. He made that call to the store, not us, which in my opinion was going above and beyond what his job is. Not too many businesses or people today, go that extra step or offer to do so. Super Dave, we appreciate all you have done to help us and if we need anything more, you are the first person we call.

Paul Adair is awesome! We walked in tonight feeling very discouraged after being told time after time at other stores that we would have to wait 2-4 months for delivery on a living room set for our new home. As soon as we described what we were looking for, Paul was on it. He showed us every option we had for a timely delivery in the colors and style we wanted. Stepping in the front door was like being accosted by the characters of the movie Boiler Room. These guys talked about other customers across the room over new guests. I have worked in sales, these guys were the ones that forget their customers are people. The ladies in the back of childrens furniture treated us much more human. I understand the store is shutting down, but this wasnt the brand that RTG wants, Im sure!

I did furnish the entire house in November 2020 from this store, and Chris the sales person Advised me to get warranty on the leather ,and that’s what I did.. It was a great advice, and I believe everybody should bye the warranty ...My couch and armchair was damage ,and I called the warranty department, They said A technician has to come to the house and check the furniture...They gave me a confirmation number and they said you can go in the store and speak with someone. I went to the store And asked for Chris, he referred me to speak with his manager Christopher. He was a great listener!!!, and resolved my issue in 15 minutes. He gave me full credit for my furniture, I edit it more money to the credit he gave me and got a beautiful selection from the same store. On two different occasions, in waited all day for my delivery. The 1st time, after waiting all day... I called them and was told my order wasnt on the truck. Ok.fine. The 2nd time, they said they came and they sure didnt. I waited all day. I called 6 times. No one called me. After 3 calls i asked my husband to call. Well they called him back in minutes! They now said Ill get my furniture 8/3. The original delivery date was supposed to be June 17th.Im absolutely furious with RTG!They could care less!

I was hugely surprised with the varieties of Couches they had for sale (which i was shopping for) and they were customizable. You can buy almost every couch with/with out reclining and manual, power reclining with an additional cost.Also, the folks at the sales are very helpful in addressing all the questions. Not pushy at any point. Good collections of other furnitures as well.

After being incredibly satisfied by the delivery and quality of our first purchase here (a dining room table), we decided to head to Rooms to Go to see about a new couch.Travis, our contact, was fantastic. He wasnt pushy, allowed us to walk the showroom and get our bearings and seemed to pop-up at just the right time to ask questions, etc. We are quiet shoppers so dont enjoy a lot of engagement from sales staff--something that he picked up on instantly haha.While I was impressed by the variety available in the showroom, I especially appreciated Travis thoughtful questions. He really gave the impression that he wasnt going to let us purchase something we werent 100% sure of, which is integrity I appreciate.Ultimately, we found a couch we love -not the one we expected to buy!- and couldnt be more thrilled.
