Went into the showroom this past weekend and was blown away by the quality of product that was in there. The staff and salesman there was very knowledgeable about the product.

I purchased the Tiki Hut bar with the grill, tv, refridgerator etc. I absolutely love the look and have enjoyed it. But, the radio and a set of lights went out about a month and half after it was installed . I have been trying for 3months to get these 2 small issues resolved. At first, the salesman said he was out of town, but when he got back, he would come over to inspect. After waiting a month and saying hes busy, hell come as soon as possible, he instructed me to call the customer service number. I called, they said they would have the service team contact me in a couple days. I waited a couple weeks and called back. They apologized and said that I should get a call in a day or so. Waited another two weeks, I called back, this time I was told that my warranty was up, they would send a new radio and light strip, but I would have to find someone to install the items. Never received anything, so 3 weeks later I called only to be told they have to wait on the service technician to find the answer. Anyways, I have had it. I have wasted countless hours being on hold. I do love the product, but they have absolutely no customer service after the sale. I text may sales rep this morning that I would fix the problems myself. I also informed him that I bought ParadiseGrillsSucks.com to share my story.

We bought a gas grill summer kitchen unit from Paradise Grills in Jax just before the pandemic began. I love it. We use it all the time and it still looks and works great. Had we bought a cheaper standalone unit from the hardware or big box store the grill would be rusting by now. This unit will last a long time.We installed our unit under the covered lanai where it can vent out to the screened enclosure and it vents very well. It looks great. The people at Paradise are easy to work with and gave good service.

Delivery was August 2020. I waited to give the product and company a decent amount of time before evaluating. We fell for the affordable prices hook, line, and sinker. The store salesmen were great but after your purchase it’s all downhill when dealing with HQ and Warranty. Our grill smokes horribly and leaves black soot floating all over my pool. Tiles falling off at delivery were fixed but they left a horrible mess all over the paint making it an eye sore. Two months later, more tiles falling off. Warranty is not local and they are rarely in the Jacksonville (FL) area. So far three no-shows now to fix the problem. I wish I never wasted my money on this product. It’s a $7k dust collector in my patio.

STOP NOW, go somewhere else!! Have had my grill for a month and I’ve never seen a grill cook so hot and smoke so much, on low. My walls are turning brown, my lanai is a smoke bowl every time I try to cook. Multiple calls into the company and so far zero response. Could have bought a grill at Daily’s and been happier. I will be taking this up in court if the situation is not resolved. Absolutely unacceptable.

We wanted a summer kitchen for our new home in Nocatee. I was looking at standalone products: grill, warmer, refrigerator, etc. Then I saw a well built summer kitchen unit with grill, warmer, stainless steel drawers, refrigerator, and power outlets at Paradise Grills. Im very glad that I decided to go with the whole unit. It saved me building the unit, installing drawers and wiring it for power. It had a nice stucco finish on the ends and front that matched my house perfectly and a quality tile countertop.The gas pipes are built in and the propane tank stores in a convenient space under the countertop out of view. Everything matches. They delivered the unit and installed it.We have had it for over a year and we use is several times a week. It has been service free and I cant wait to begin entertaining again as the pandemic passes. Highly recommend.

We bought a $21K unit and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/26/21, then moved to 3/2/21, then 3/5/21, then 3/8/21 and now 3/18/21. They also called us to get our final payment two different times and can never locate our file when we call. Weve spoken with one higher up who says their customer service and organization is terrible. If we could cancel it and get our money back we would. We live in such a broken world and its so sad that companies like this exist.

This is the worst shopping experience. The salesman lies, our contract did not have all the items we ordered, delivery did not happen on time, no one at the store knew when delivery would take place, several non returned phone calls, spoke to the store managers boss to get contract corrected, called the Orlando warehouse to organize the delivery ourselves. Purchase was made on Black Friday, delivery was today 1/10/21, thats 80 days after purchase. We are missing the sink. Would like to speak to the owner of this company. The folks at the Jacksonville FL store are going to ruin this company. We like the product. We hope the lifetime warrenty is just as it states...lifetime. Using the grill tomorrow for the first time. Everything else seems to be working fine. It was the purchase of the item that was very dissapointing. We bought the 8 person 10ft M10-1 island bar and the 10ft GX10C-1 grill island. We spent a lot of money to only be lied to and jerked around. Very disappointed with the sales staff.Been reading reviews. Lots of 5 star reviews. Guess it was just our bad luck to be one of the customers where things didnt go right. But still, it shouldnt have been that bad. We just purchased a product. It was the companies staff that created the situation. Lies and broken promises should not be part of the experience.

Ordered a premium grill on Memorial Day weekend(May 30th) and was told 1-2 weeks possibly 3-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery scheduled for 29 July after I had to call around and find out where my grill was. Turns out, deliveries to Jacksonville from the main store in Orlando hasnt happened. Customer service sucks and they deny refunds after they took all my money 2 months ago!

We received our Paradise Grill a couple days before Memorial Day and had a family gathering that holiday. The grill works superb and everyone enjoyed sitting at the bar while I grilled. The delivery team was very fast, courteous and professional. Received a call from the main office a couple days after we received our grill to check on the delivery and if we had any issues so customer support is great. I bought a Paradise Grill last summer and it is one of the best investments Ive ever made. Aside from the grill itself, the customer service and staff at the store have been super helpful. The owner Geoffrey is amazing and answered all my questions every step of the way. He offered grilling tips on how to use the extra equipment properly, and is willing to bend over backwards for his customers. He even provided with me with new light covers for my grill without me having to ask. 100% would recommend this store for any grilling needs. The quality of the grill is fantastic, but even more, is how willing they are to make sure you are satisfied with their product.

Purchase a total outdoor unit with fridge ,, the fridge stop working, being trying to get a new fridge for weeks and not response . very disappointingany ideas how to solve the problem

We bought a paradise grill over 6 months ago and just love it. My husband is cooking on it every single day twice a day. I cant believe how easy it is to clean and swap accessories! We cooked steak and eggs this morning and now hes setting it up for a 4 hour smoke to make some ribs for lunch!
