I ordered a wrap-around wreath for my stepfathers memorial service. Since I am out-of-state, I put my order in online. I was contacted later about delivery and they were very helpful in ensuring the arrangement was delivered at a time when someone was home so it wouldnt be left out in the heat. The staff I spoke with on the phone were professional and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Flowers of Jacksonville. This past weekend I co-hosted my sisters baby shower. Living out of town I was nervous but… We placed our order the week of the event over the phone and with lots of help we were able to design the perfect floral designs. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Could not have been happier. They have everything at the store we needed (buckets, tape, etc.) thank you so much for helping me bring my vision to life!

Went above and beyond to deliver flowers to my wife. Most flower shops would have canceled the order, but this company called me, clarified where I wanted the flowers delivered and delivered them without any delays even though I made a mistake. Thank you to a great group of people! The flowers are still alive, beautiful and smell wonderful on day 5.

I highly recommend Flowers of Jacksonville for any event. All of my wedding arrangements were done by them and they did an amazing job of helping me find exactly what I wanted. When they arrived on my wedding day I was absolutely blown away. We received so many compliments on our bouquets as well as our decoration pieces. The first pic is what was delivered. Count the roses. Look at the color too. See what was ordered. My girl lives by the beach and it’s summertime so I picked this out specifically to go with her beautiful blue eyes. I said will it look like the picture? I was told YES. Not what I got. Now as far as the girl who took my order she was very friendly and she earned the 3 stars. The arrangement is a fail.

I found Flowers by Jacksonville by chance. I read the reviews and decided to stop in to order flowers for my brothers funeral. The arrangements far exceeded my expectations. Obviously, they are stunning! What I didnt expect was the level of service that I received. I was greeted with compassion and a genuine desire to reproduce my ideas to honor my brother. They took time to comfort me and listen to my ideas at a time when I was quite frankly, a mess! I highly recommend this florist not only for the amazing arrangements but also for a level of customer service that is rarely seen these days. EDIT: Unfortunately the flowers started dying by day 3. That is extremely quick, especially for the types of flowers in this arrangement. (Roses, lilies, sunflowers) I am not very happy.I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement to help brighten up our table this year. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. Some of the lilies are still buds, so they will open up over the next few days, keeping the arrangement fresh. One small request, please include those flower food packets so we can extend the life of the arrangements by giving them food.

I’ve been a customer of the flower shop for over 10 years and I’m appalled at the new staff they have acquired. Whoever hired Amanda is completely incompetent and so is she. She is very rude and short with customers. I will not be returning unfortunately. Kuhn now has my business. I guess they’ll just hire anybody these days.

We contracted with the Jacksonville Flower Market for our wedding flowers. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. We started by emailing them and setting up a consultation where we went over our vision, showed Pinterest photos, and discussed how many flowers we needed. We opted with bouquets for bridesmaids and the Bride, boutonnieres for the groomsmen, dads, and grooms, corsages for the moms, petals for the flower girls, loose stemmed flowers for homemade centerpieces, and a large floral piece for the top of our arbor. The arbor piece and the bridal bouquet we used for the sweetheart table when we transitioned from the ceremony to the reception. We had them delivered and setup, the staff arrived on time and were very friendly. The floral arrangements were more than what I expected and absolutely beautiful! Made a custom flower arrangement for my daughter after her surgery. It was the face of Stitch and she absolutely loved it! Glad I was able to find someone to customize a flower arrangement for under $100. Other places said they couldnt do it or wanted $150 which is too much for something that will last a week. Customer service was excellent as well!

Such a bummer. I was expected to see a lot of fresh flowers at at least the price of a grocery store. There were none. Mist flowers were withered and the prices are outrageous, starting $2 per stem.

I waited to the last minute to order flowers for Mothers Day. Everyone across the city stopped taking orders. They took my order two days before, the arrangement they made was stunning and my mom keeps commenting on the quality of the flowers in the arrangement. Will definitely use them again!

I placed an order for a baby shower everything was great from order to pick up. The flower were all beautiful. Followed all the instructions for transporting them seeing as I was making my own arrangements. Picked them up on Friday 11/13/2020 @ 2pm had them in a bucket of water then cut them before putting them in the arrangement. Saturday 11/14/2020 morning @ 11am the two special hydrangeas I order one blue and one pink were wilted and sagging. Yes the others were beautiful. I took a picture to show the florist because it was the morning of the shower and I didn’t have time to call. Fast forward to today 11/17/2020 I went to discuss this with the florist and was told I waited to long to let them know that the flowers died. Even though the picture showed the date and time. I would have thought after spending $250.00 they would have been a little more apologetic.

First of all, this was the ONLY flower shop open on Sunday that I could find.Thank you for being opened today!! I just ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a restaurant for a graduation. David was so great, patient, and willing to work with me, thank you, David! Customer service was great! I have not seen the arrangement yet but I have total confidence I will not be disappointed.

This flower shop also offers a good quality of fresh, affordable bouquets to choose from, and its site is easy to operate. Nice arrangement however it’s very apparent flowers aren’t from good quality growers. Some of the flowers and filling greenery were starting to dry from the moment they were received and lacked the wonderful scent of freshness. It’s not even 24 hrs later, water was less than 1/2 way and already had to fill up to water specifications on card included. Tulips usually have some sort of tube to keep them standing these did not so they’re droopy. Arrangement was gifted to me by a loved one, I had never seen flowers from here, personally I will never order from them nor will I recommend. A florist SHOULD have exceptional quality greenery and flowers, it’s what the business is about. My suggestion to the management of this establishment is that they change whoever they get flowers from.

This place is simply fabulous! I called from KC to have flowers delivered to my mother in a Jacksonville hospital. Not only were the arrangements (we got 2) most beautiful they were delivered promptly the next morning due to the late call in the afternoon! My mother loved them!! Highly recommend!

This was a very disappointing experience with this business. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day Wednesday to be Delivered Friday of this week. I received a call at 4pm on Friday to notify me they would not be able to fulfill the paid order. Seriously?! Its the end of business day on Friday before Mothers Day and now you call to tell me that the order cannot be fulfilled. I am infuriated. I will never order from here again and I will be sure to let everyone know of such terrible business practices. I should have been notified yesterday at the latest.

I didnt personally find what I was looking for. Theres both cut flowers and rooted plants, but I wasnt comfortable with the price points on most of their products. Staff was friendly, the store was immaculately clean.

I often goto this floral shop to get fresh flowers and recently I had surgery. Coincidentally my colleagues from out of town ordered me the most beautiful bouquet from here that was so full of many different flowers that are gorgeous, fragrant and stunning to stare at. They really make a painful recovery so much brighter and put a smile on my face.

Pretty flowers but Over priced. You gotta make your own arrangement buy the flowers separately and than a vase. I mean theyre pretty but I ended up spending $17 on these and was thinking I should had just went to Walmart or Publix.

I received flowers from here yesterday. They were absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful. Ive purchased flowers from here in the past myself to make my own bouquets, however this was the first time Ive had flowers delivered from here. I highly recommend choosing this flower shop. The only reason for 4**** is because some of the white roses had brown spots the day they were delivered. Usually those spots show up after a week or so of having them.Update on review to 5*****. Im pleased to say that I came in and had some flowers in my arrangement replaced. I change out the water, snip the bottoms of the stems and add some food. They look almost as pretty as the day I got them. I highly recommend buying your flowers from here. The day I had some flowers replaced, I ended up buying more flowers to make my own fall arrangement.

Order beautiful arrangement for Mother in Law b-day, with beautiful card and balloon. Flowers came, no card, no balloon. This, after I had called there after my online order to fix typo, she said no problem and fixed the card. When I called to express my disappointment, the manager refunded me a 30$ fire for being outside area code, which I wasnt. Then they hand wrote the card and misspelled words in the card, biggest disappointment with a florist ive after had and kinda ruined the birthday. I note they did bring another arrangement with balloon and misspelled card

Without notice they replaced the primary color (blue) flower and added cheap (white) filler flowers along with green shrubbery which was not in the photo. They also attached a tacky blue ribbon which also wasnt in the purchase. This bouquet looks like a $20-30 bouquet I could have picked up from Publix instead of a $70 professional arrangement.

But, the smiles and kindness of the employees, will be the reason that I never buy fresh flowers from anywhere else. It was a little expensive side. I needed to find sunflowers for graduation gift. It was $2 per stem (I got 5) and pick my own vase for $4 and ask them to put it together. There are fee for designing .. they put baby breath and some other green leaf all together was $27. I feel like I can get it cheaper at Publix. The store do have plenty of other flowers you can pick and make it your own.

This was by far a great choice for Valentines Day

We lost our very much loved Mema at the age of 90. I called to inquire about having a stand up arrangement made from her grandchildren. The lady on the phone was super sweet and informative. She advised me that I need to place an order no later than Friday for a Monday funeral. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon around 4 pm. When I arrived at the florist I was greeted by a younger female who had no clue as to what to recommend or provided no suggestions. Mind you, I was grieving and needed some ideas. I ended up ordering the arrangement and payed an extra 10 bucks for a banner that had “Beloved Mema” and 30 bucks for delivery. Upon my arrival to the Church, NO FLOWERS. I had to step outside to place a call to ask where the flowers were. I was informed there was a mistake on the delivery and that someone would head out now to deliver. Mind you, the flowers are now late and I was embarrassed. The arrangement finally arrived late and had no Mema banner. They knew how upset I was and I NEVER received a call from a manager or owner. Not only heart broken, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I do not recommend this place and I will NEVER order from them again. Buyer beware!. If or should they want to make it right, please call. I’m not look for anything free, just would appreciate a phone call from management or owner accepting and apologizing for their error.

Heard about them giving away flowers on the radio so I decided to go check them out with my friend. The staff was so friendly and very helpful! They gladly helped me add greenery to my bouquet that I had put together! And then wrapped it up for me. Their flower selection was absolutely gorgeous, they had so many to pick from! Love this place, greatest flower shop. The quality of the flowers are the closest to the Colombians roses shiped to Miami from Colombia. I didnt mind driving an hour from Middleburg to get the quality I hot. I already spread the word and today I have friends going to see the place.

My mother lives in Jacksonville and I live 8 hours away so I was counting on them to pull it off for me for Mother’s Day. Scheduling was a breeze and they had a great variety to choose from. Ive been going here for about a year now. They have a great selection of all kinds of flowers. I try to go at least once a month just for a little color in the house. They are so fresh, they usually last a week or so, and you cant beat the price.

Won’t go back! Have to pick my own flowers to make my own arrangement. Had my own container cuz it was cute and wanted to use it. Only asked how far to cut them down so they would look the best and she wanted to charge me $5 extra dollars!!! When I was like what!?! She said it was a designer fee...? So I said never mind she roughly chopped half my stems off, not even the right length for the my container and charged me over $17 for 9 flowers... Not happy cuz now I don’t even have enough to fill the container and have to drop them instead for a birthday gift to a friend as is, in a paper wrapper.

I ordered The Lavender Splendor Bouquet for my wife. She was very impressed. Online ordering was easy and the delivery was fast. My only disappointment would be that the bouquet did not come in the vase that was advertised but they did make it up by adding extra flowers. Overall she was happy so Im happy.

After finding out that a friend had a stroke and had just been moved out of ICU at Baptist Downtown, I wanted to have flowers delivered to her hospital room. Due to the pandemic, it was understandably very difficult to find a local florist that would even attempt to deliver flowers to a hospital. I wanted to support my local small business and decided to just order flowers from Flowers of Jacksonville and hope that all would work out. Not only did it work out - but I could not have picked a better florist! Within minutes of placing my order, I received a call from David at the shop.
