Service has always been outstanding and the owner Kathy knows as much about vehicles as her mechanics do! Most importantly she is very honest and will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and how much it will cost to repair it. I have been bringing my vehicle there for several years now and will not go anywhere else for car care and repairs.

Yelp: 9/13/2019This is for the internet searcher. I bought a 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser (sight-unseen) and was looking for someone in town to work on it. I just wanted an oil change and coolant flush to make sure my new purchase was not bleeding. And Prolube came up as a top search. I went and talked to the owner and they had serviced a few FJ60 Cruisers before me. This was one of the places I interviewed of a total of 13 shops over two weeks before my vehicle was delivered. I was having a sputtering fuel problem and decided to tow my vehicle there. The mechanics on staff were able to locate my issues and fix them. The hourly rate is fare, period. The owner is top notch and mechanics are good, better than good, They know their stuff. I am not a reviewer or internet savvy but am pleased with their service and wanted to share. They went above and beyond of an oil change and showed their expertise in full-service car service which is why I chose them. The knowledge of the staff is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely kind people and very easy to deal with! They did a job on my car another shop was not comfortable doing; and they did it at a fantastic price.I was informed on what else was wrong on the car and even a timeframe on when it should be repaired. Drove my car home after having all the brake lines redone and an oil change. Everything ran exceptionally well!Unlike a lot of shops this was a very positive experience and I will certainly be returning.

2003 VW Rialta HD, after a recommendation from another local shop Kathy and her group of amazing mechanics brought our camper back to life. AC that blows colder than it ever did, and preformed a couple other small repairs while it was up there. Communication was outstanding, the repairs were perfect and would definitely recommend.

Staff is amazing, prices are great. I went to a place before this, for 5+ years, and every time they said something was wrong. That place would mess up, often, but theyd fix their mistakes. I quit going their after I spent $850 on something, then it broke 8 hours later. I found ProLube Auto Repair & U-Haul and everything changed. I always feel welcomed, and they charge fairly. They now do all of my car work, and even my fathers work. Totally recommend them!

I have been patronizing Pro Lube Jacksonville for 7 years and I have never left without being completely satisfied with their work. Never will I go back or recommend this place. How do you charge somebody when you were never authorized to do anything to the vehicle? I told them what the car was doing and asked if they could diagnose it. I was never told what the charge for the diagnosis would be, they never told me that they were going to do so and so to help with the diagnosis and it would cost such and such. They bring the car back out front and I asked if they figured out what was wrong--no they didnt. But they tell me if I can bring it back the next day theyll keep working on it to diagnose the car at no charge. I told her I didnt know if I could make it back the next day. She didnt even make an offer to come back at ANY other time. No thank you!! Youve already proven I cant trust you.
