AutoNations service department is the BOMB!!! In a very good way of course. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I had an 8am appointment to have my drivers side airbag replace in my Ford Ranger. They took very good care of me and I was on the road by 9am. When it is time for a trade-in, I will definitely see the great folks at AutoNation.

This was the easiest car buying experience Ive had! Everybody was very nice and personable and very accommodating to my precocious 3 year old. My mind was made up about the car I wanted before I spoke with anyone and no one tried to persuade me otherwise. Im very happy with this experience. It wasnt stressful and I was in and out with my new car in about an hour or so. David and Chris are awesome!

I was greeted by Wayne and he made me feel at home. He prepped my vehicle for further inspection. My service advisor “Jigna” was outstanding!! She took great care in providing me all the options for the repair of my vehicle and scheduling my return visit for the completion of my repairs. I have been rattled to no end about being in a car wreck today but Mike Shad has the best customer service in the world. J.R. is my service rep. and he took care of me as if we were blood relatives.He contacted the insurance company immediately to ensure proper handling of my claim and movement of my vehicle. The original USAA representative seemed new and had planned to have Co-Part tow & salvage my car which didnt seem to make sense. J.R. explained the services that Mike Shad Collision centered offered and their outstanding, long term relationship with USAA which allowed USAA to make a better decision in keeping my car in place for analysis and possible repairs.I dont currently know the outcome of my car situation but I do know that Im in good hands. I highly recommend this service center for all your auto needs. Relationship and repairs with a smile. Thank you for your support.

This is hands down the best, most diligent, perfectionistic collision center I’ve ever taken any of my vehicles to in the past! Not only is everyone highly professional, but extremely efficient, and knows how to get things done, and do not mess you around! The tell it to you straight, treat you like a human being, (not a file folder or just another customer number), and they meet/exceed expectations when it comes to getting my get vehicle repaired on, or before estimated time initially given!! Was able to get a service appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Very thorough with inspection and service. Honest about services needing to be done. Dave Craddock was very nice to work with. Worth the drive across the St. Johns River.

The work that was done was completed collectly; however, I was told it would be done that day but I never received a call telling me it was ready. I attempted the next morning to call multiple times and the phone system was horrible. Finally, I tricked the system by calling Sales and was able to leave a message. Still no call back. Eventually I was able to get my vehicle back late that day. Oh, did I mention that when I got to the dealer, they could not find my car.I understand that Covid / Gov’t checks are hurting them getting help but this was unsat. They use to have a well run organization.

Took my ford here for a oil change... made a appointment a week in advance... 10am was my appointment. Got my car back just right before noon. Seriously... 2 hour oil change... and at 100 bucks. I expected to be in and out in maybe 20 minutes... Nice staff... But not worth spending 2 hours when i made a appointment.

They need to hire more workers, and if that means raising prices, so be it. I thought the prices were already pretty high already though. It took weeks to finish some very basic work on our motorhome, and the main point of contact--though he was very helpful and friendly--was hard to get in touch with. They desperately need to raise their salaries to attract more workers.

Brand new (10 days) and freshly hand waxed Mustang convertible taken in due to a bent bracket on the soft top leaving a huge seal gap creating wind noise and letting in water. After all day I was informed that I needed to leave it overnight to investigate water leaking in the cabin above the accelerator. When I returned the following afternoon to pick up the vehicle it was covered in sun-baked water spots. I asked why and I was told that I had to request a wash. What?! The car came in gleaming and I somehow needed to request it be returned in the same condition? The convertible top gap was better, but not repaired fully and there is still a gap in the window seal. I was told that they bent it the best they could. Why it wasnt replaced is beyond me. Absolutely no resolution on water in the cabin. I was given the condensation excuse. Considering my other options for future service.

I will tell you what... I went into the service department to have a Recall service done on my 2008 vehicle and the service advisor David, was absolutely 💯 WONDERFUL!!! I could not rave enough how well he treated me and how he took my disabilities into consideration during the checkout process... I will be asking for him for all my future visits to this Auto Nation!!!

I can’t stand this dealershipI’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Took my new Ford for its first service appointment just oil and tire rotate, made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for 10:30am. 5 hours went by without a phone call for pick up, tried to call the dealership 3 times for update as I made an APPOINTMENT, and we were going on almost 6 hours. for. An. Oil. Change. 6.5 hours later I get a phone call, ready for pick up, once I picked up realized, car was never washed, it always was in the past after a service appointment, back tires were 29 PSI, front tires were 30 PSI. I drive a Ford Explorer. They never cared to check the air in my tires when rotating them.. so did they even rotate them!? Who knows. This place is a joke. And now I drive an hour each way to go to Bozard Ford in st Augustine. THEY are the best. Not this place.

Always had a good experience with the service center but my last visit was anything but. Service done on my car and theyve always filled the windshield fluid, cleaned car, checked the tires but this time only did the oil. Maybe my fault, not sure but it is the 4th or 5th time Ive been there and every other time they did it. Also, they told me I need fluids changed in transmission etc and have quoted me a crazy price so Im not sure whats going on. I miss Tammy!

Awful service brought my car in for them to repair a squeaking noise they told me it was the back brakes after paying to have them repaired it still didn’t fix the noise brought the car back to AutoNation Orange Park they told me there was nothing wrong with the car. Asked to speak to a manager they said he was busy.Took my car to another dealership and they fix the problem within a few hours

I had a scheduled oil change July 31st and was going too wait. I was told the wait time would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours, I had a vet appointment 2 hours from my scheduled appointment time so I told the service manager to reschedule me the following week same day and time. Did he schedule me, claiming he was taking care of it…not hardly! I‘ve bought several cars from this dealership and had them all serviced at this dealership. When I went in on July 31st, I couldn’t believe how that service department when down hill, talking about clueless individuals holy cow! I will never set foot in that place again!

I live in NC and Nathan did an amazing job for us and even picked us up from the airport which was 30 miles away from the dealership. Bought a 2 yr old truck here. Less than 2 months, truck has check engine light and shuts off. Bring it in under warranty and they reprogram it. Doesnt work! Bring it back the following week, they keep it for 4 days and do nothing. Told to pick it up and use it over the weekend cause i cant get a rental. Now have it back there on 3 days. No update... probably just sitting under trees getting sap on it again. Poor service. 10 days without my new truck and counting. Called and left several messages with supposedly manager Mr. Sweet no answee or call back. I just dont matter to these people. BEWARE!

I brought my car in for a recall, got a nail in tire on the way there. Was told car would ready in the afternoon. I called at 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 before anyone would answer and give me info. Recall was done, but brakes needed replacing, tire did have a puncture and needed to be replaced. Let’s get it done! Saturday, next day, no one calls, I call at 4:15, we haven’t had anyone work on it today, we close at 5:00, you can come pick it up before 5 and reschedule. That’s fine, has the tire been replaced so I can drive it, NO! We haven’t order the tire yet. Monday, after being told it should be ready before 4:00, I show up at 5:00 because no one has called or answering phone. I understand staffing may be limited, but no one answers phone or calls to give updates on car. They had my car for 4 full days and never received 1 call from them. I emailed an inquiry on a new car and have been inundated with emails and phone nonstop since about buying the new car

Great dealership with fair prices that sells high quality vehicles. My salesman Nathan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I spent quite a bit of time looking at used cars at other dealerships and finding various undisclosed issues with the cars they were trying to unload on me. I highly recommend saving your time and money by coming to Auto Nation first, they will be my first stop for any future vehicles.

By far the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced, 2013 f250 goes in for a second key programming, and truck comes back not running due to them doing a RECALL without my permission, wiping out the tune that was on my vehicle. What reputable shop does a recall on a vehicle without first asking for permission to do work and instead of owning up to their mistake, their rebuttal is to disclose that they should of been told the truck was tuned, well if they did the job that was asked instead of being shady this problem would of never occurred. The service manager here is rude and a joke including Jeremy who okay’d the recall work.

There was a long line of cars when we pulled up and we could see a couple of service people coming and going, but the line never moved. Apparently, all the cars in the line were already checked in and werent moved out of the line. So there was about 7 or 8 cars in line just waiting to be helped, but no one came out. Finally gave up and walked inside to find someone to move the cars and get us checked in for an appointment. After this, they did great. There was a recall for the problem we were having which needed parts. When the rep called to tell me they needed the car for 3 days, he was already setting up a rental. That process was as smooth as it could be and they were good with the communication.

Went in for our new Mustang’s first oil change. When lifting the car up, the technician damaged our passenger side, lower skirt. Nothing was said or pointed out to me.Once I noticed it, working with the service department to have it fixed wasn’t a positive experience. I don’t trust the service department now, so it it unlikely that I’ll be going back.I’ll likely try out Autonation Ford Jacksonville next & hope for a better experience.

***buyer beware***Went to buy the Mach e mustang today. I was willing to pay full sticker. When they were drawing up the paperwork, they added a $2500 “Limited availability fee”. When I questioned the manager about it, he arrogantly reported they added that in there and would not take it off. We will just wait and buy it somewhere else. Hidden fees and arrogance lost them a guaranteed sale.

I found the vehicle I wanted and sales team were great and convinced me to buy the extended warranty. I’m glad I did because unfortunately I found myself back at the dealership within two weeks with a list of issues with that vehicle. The service team is a disaster. First, I was accused of lying about the vehicle issues, then it’s “wear and tear” so they’re not responsible and it’s not covered warranty. I’ve had my vehicle for a little over a month and it’s been in the THEIR maintenance shop twice and once for a week and it’s still not fixed. I purchased THEIR bumper to bumper warranty and now the electronic issue with the vehicle, that was brought to their attention within days of purchase, may not be covered. I’m still going back and forth with them about this issue with zero faith they’re going to fix/replace the part, which is included in THEIR bumper to bumper warranty. All I want is for them fix my vehicle so I can move on and go there again. My strongest recommendation is to stay away. If I could do it over again I would have never bought my vehicle there.

Management has lost site of true customer service. My first visit was made with a waiting appointment only to find out 3 hours later nothing was accomplished. Service manager made me another appointment to drop off my vehicle and they would provide a ride home. It took 4 HOURS for them to get me home and STILL had to make another appointment to get vehicle repaired. General manager called and apologized. I was met with an enthusiastic service tech. When I picked up my vehicle I was told by the only service tech that he was leaving because service feels they have enough business they dont care if customers leave unsatisfied! WOW!!

Bought my truck in April and have had nothing but issues with this dealership since. Service is a joke. I made an appointment for an oil change on 07/27 and sat for an hour in the service lane because no one could find my appointment, when I finally stepped into the service writers office and exploded they magically found it. I was never given a repair order only the internal copy that they should have kept for my records. I have called for over 3 hours today about engine fan cooling campaign only to be told it wont get fixed until my sensor malfunctions and the engine overheats and damages my motor or the radiator cooling fan decides to not turn off which in turn will damage my starter and my alternator and cause me to have to replace the battery. I purchased a maintenance plan and have absolutely NO CLUE what that even covers because I wasnt given the paperwork nor the name of the company who holds the warranty. As a manager for another dealer I will never do business with this dealership again.

Had oil change and systems checked on my 28’ class C RV that rides on a E450 chassis. Not many places can handle this baby. They had me in and out in under 4 hours. Outstanding!! James was pleasant and friendly and carefully went over the things that were due or showing signs of wear.Lounge area was nice with coffee and water available, with seating spaced out so people could sit comfortably. Masks were encouraged but not required which is awesome! Let people live their lives and provide spaces where everyone can feel welcomed and safe. Customer focused baby!! Good stuff. Will definitely come here again for my future service and maintenance needs.

I took my truck into service by a Ford certified technician because I didn’t want a corner mechanic shop to just throw parts at the problem. It took two visits to rectify the issue but the problem was solved.Couldn’t give five stars as communication by the service advisor just wasn’t there.

The experience was absolutely ridiculous, this is coming from an 18 year old girl. They had three months to order a small part for my car and failed to do so until the day of my service appointment. I then needed a right turn signal light fixed, which we actually bought and provided the signal lamp. (The car was bought with both parts broken and they agreed to fix it rather than giving us a discount on the car). They then proceeded to break a part of my car and while fixing it then lied about it. I had to come days later to a new service appointment; they treated my sister and I rudely and many employees were extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I have never wrote a public complaint on google but honestly I think they merited it.

Having an appointment time is helpful to some extent but while my truck was being serviced I watched from outside a lot of different people mechanics and customer service staff standing around not doing a whole lot my truck ended up taking almost 2 1/2 hours to get serviced. There were updates done to software. I was told after the fact. The job was completed satisfactorily but trying to get checked out seems to have some confusion and got no supporting documents for anything that was inspected on the vehicle all I got was a receipt for the services that I paid for a little disappointing hopefully they can do better one day

Buying the car from this location was Awesome, but getting my first oil change not good! I was very disappointed with the level of service I received! This was my first oil change, since buying my vehicle, from this location. I scheduled an appointment, When I arrived one person checked me and told me to have a seat in the waiting room, and then another person called me on the phone when my car was ready, no one told him I was there waiting for my vehicle. One day after having my first service, one of my windshield wipers stopped working, I was told by The receptionist to swing by to have them check it out, since I just had my car serviced the previous day. I arrived, and was received by a very rude service manager, he stated sorry we can’t look at your vehicle today! They started the process of getting a rental. While waiting for the rental, they informed me my vehicle was now fixed! They discovered it was just a loose hose.🤬 I definitely think the problem I had with the windshield wiper, was related to my car service I had two days prior, since no one had been under the hood of my car since I’ve owned it. Would not recommend getting service here at all!

Cons: Pricy for the service rendered and not upfront about any pricing, you receive your invoice (surprise) at the end. Short-staffed at Blanding location means lengthy repair and much patience required for check-in/check-out process. Did not receive a call when repairs completed and had to call and call for status when vehicle could be picked up. Blotch/mark left on windshield that won’t wash off.I requested multipoint inspection for my Ford Focus to have leaking fluid checked, headlight replacement, and brakes cleaning. (Highly recommended making an appointment like I did so you can guarantee getting car looked at.)Was told would need to pay additional for diagnostic since headlight blew out as they were replacing it and they said something was wrong with circuit causing headlights to constantly stay on even when lights turned off. Not sure if that’s an upscale tactic (I work in sales) or maybe a lack of knowledge about my vehicle functions. My model car is designed with auto-headlights that are constant; not a circuit issue and I expected Ford mechanics to be educated on my vehicle, considering I purchased my Ford here, and for Ford Service center to have resources to aid in proper repairs. On the bright side, they successfully replaced my headlight and the “leaking fluid” was just condensation from AC. The brakes were no charge because the issue was part of a checklist that I was advised failed to be performed at time car was purchased.Pro’s: they call/voicemail before performing any service I didn’t request (just not upfront about any pricing. It’s all a surprise at the end.)Every associate is kind and courteous.Great hours if you have a busy schedule.They communicate very well that they’re short-staffed so you have a realistic mindset it will be a while before you’ll be attended to…and several days before your car will be ready.Overall: I would recommend going to a Mom&Pop type shop for basic repairs and avoid paying $275 to be told told fluid is just condensation from AC and have a headlight replaced. (The brakes were their error and I was “no-charged” for it; however, they certainly found a way to bill everything still. Just billed as “labor charges.”

Had an issue that continues from another Ford Dealership in El Paso. AutoNation was very understanding and cooperative with helping to get to a resolution of the issue. Only complaint is that I was supposed to receive correspondence regarding the communication between AutoNation and Casa Ford in El Paso and nothing has been sent to me or the other dealership. This is causing an issue because they are not being helpful or aiding with what AutoNation said would happen

They tried selling me services i just did myself 2 days prior to dropping vehicle off for recalls. Was told they inspected my throttle body and it was dirty and required i major fuel induction service immediately . As an automotive technician currently for a dealership i had just performed that service with a full throttle body cleaning and injector servicing. Along with the wiper blades i had just replaced that were all recommended once i had told the advisor I’m a technician and i had just replaced them and did the service two days prior he immediately said your cars ready for pickup rudely. I received my vehicle back with hand prints all over the vehicle and the alignment was way off from the recall performed. I washed and aligned my vehicle myself immediately after.Sounds like poor communication between tech and advisor.

DO NOT GO TO AUTONATION FORD- ORANGE PARK, FLWent to Ford Auto Nation on Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL to have the AC in my car checked, not only the Service Advisor Jeremy never called me to let me know whats going on with the AC, the Tech who worked on the car left the windows OPENED for days, and during that time it was raining a lot in Jacksonville, all that rain got in the car, as you can see in the attached pictures mold has grown inside the vehicle and all over the seats, floor, my sons car seat, his shoes and all over the inside of the vehicle it smelled wet and moldy... nearly destroyed the interior of the vehicle.When I called Jeremy the service advisor to complain about how the car was given back to me, he is never at his desk, left voice messages for him.. no follow up from him, until one day he sent a text message claiming that he is waiting for his manager to follow up with me, up until today 08/23/2021 never heard back from Jeremy or his Manager to explain to me what happened to my car and what they intend to do to fix the damage they have done due to their negligence.Since Jeremy and Ford AutoNation in Jacksonville refused to follow up with me, they have left me with no other options other than to contact an Attorney so they can be held accountable for what happened to my property.And if I were you before I go there I would think twice...

AutoNation has went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I had reviewed not too long ago about some issues I occurred when signing my contract and some of the negative feedback I received. But that all was amended when they General Manager personally reached out to me about my issues and concerns and worked quickly to resolve everything. My salesman Jordan was the main focus of the entire business experience. He worked from the first moment I arrived to get me the best deal no matter what. I had a 2016 Ford F-150 that I bought brand new back in 2016. With curiosity I was seeing what my trade in value would be. He delivered with an amount too good not to take. Few days later I’m driving off the lot with a brand new 2020 Ford Mustang for almost nothing and minimum payments. I will say if you are looking to buy a new vehicle go to Jordan! He will take good care of you no matter what. I did have a few back and forth with signing paperwork and having to redo it a few times. But the customer service and the care they put into making sure I am 100% satisfied is why I would recommend buying from AutoNation Ford every time. Been going to this dealers service department since 1995. 2nd time in a row this year of poor communication by the Service team. First time the service person who my vehicle was assigned to did not come in to work and no one picked up the ticket. Had to call in hours later for someone to realize and get the service started on my truck. This time I received a call stating an additional service was recommended and then once refused they said ok and were going to try and have it done by lunch as requested which should have been able to be done. It was only an oil change and appt was at 830. Never received another call to let me know it was done. I should not have to call to check on my vehicle.

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at AutoNation Ford Orange Park for years. I have always had great experiences. However, this last particular time I went to get a tune up and added brake service because it was a suggestion. Everything was fine until I picked up my vehicle and my tire sensor was on and a Mechanic tells someone at the register, Yeah make sure you tell her to get her tires fixed. BUT. When I dropped my vehicle off the sensor was not on and on my bill and details of my service it literally says my tires are in good condition. So now my tire needs to be serviced. I never had any issues until I picked up my car.

This was my first new car buying experience, and it was wonderful and memorable. Note: It’s a time-consuming process, but as best I understand that seems pretty par for the course. So, nothing new there. The entire staff was very kind and talkative. Any question I had it was answered in a timely manner. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Aaron is Awesome.. when I lived in this area this is where I came to for ALL of my car needs. I was in a few car wrecks as Florida has horrible drivers. My car was taken care of fixed and looked brand new! They even have a car rental right on site if you are in need of a car while yours is being repaired. If you live close by and your car is taking a bit more time than expected they will offer to take you home and bring you back once the work is complete. All staff I encountered where professional, friendly very knowledgeable in their work and they never ever did more or hackled you into more repairs on your car. I really wish I could post before and after pictures of my car, the work was AMAZING and they made sure the car was safe to put back on the road.. because I honestly thought it was TOTALLED.. she looked and ran as good as she did the first day I took her off the lot.. great place guys.. highly recommended 👌

My experience from my last oil change appointment was horrible and unacceptable. Service department had lost my work order and with my scheduled appointment, my vehicle was not completed until 6 hours later. I will not be returning back to this location for any service after this disaster!!

Sales department its great, but the service department that its full of excuse an overpriced service and no one know the price of anything besides the manager sound and smell fishy. At the end service department to waste my time 2 times with fake appointment and didnt address my concern make and force the sales department looks neglect. If they mentioned will call you back in 5 minutes (5 min = next day), so you may know what kind of experience I have....

Dropped my car off for a recall to be fixed. Didn’t have any issues with my tires or indications that any were low. Took 2 days before I got a call that my car was fixed. When I went to pick up my car the tire was completely flat. The mechanic said he would plug it as I said when we dropped it off we had no issues and there were no nails. So he did the plug and aired it up. We went out of town as we told them prior to getting the recall fix we were doing (NC ) when we got back my tire was leaking. We aired it up and took it to sams for a free patch (as my tires are still very new ) and they told us the plug was on the sidewall and he couldn’t believe me and my kids were driving like this!! After multiple attempts to speak with autonation to get a resolution still nothing. No one ever calls back returns voicemails. Richard the manager stated he would call us back on Thursday later in the day…. Here it’s Monday and still no calls

This is my 5th purchase from this particular dealership. While Im not gonna do jumping Jacks over their facility, I will however give the highest praise to the staff that work there. From my salesman to the person who helps keep the place clean and tidy. The customer appreciation that I have always been given is why, despite my lack of interest of the facility, I continue to come back to this location. Every encounter I have with someone there is always a positive one. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I honestly dont know how the mechanics feel about working there as I never gotten an opportunity to talk with any of them, but I have never had to bring back any vehicle to redo any work that was performed. I leave there with a peaceful feeling that I know whoever it was that worked on my truck or car did it right and showed respect for my property. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. You will be treated with respect and shown appreciation for your visit.

I had a horrible experience with Auto Nation and never want to deal with them again. Because of their lack of customer service, I will never own a Ford again. I have a Ford Escape and I love it but I am a widow now and I need people to be HONEST and helpful but that was not my experience whatsoever. They couldnt diagnose what was wrong but wanted to charge me $87 for windshield wipers that I did not need!!!!

Made an appointment, twice...why??? Took 2 hours to get in the first appointment and just for an oil change. ...And they rotated my tires for some reason and now I have vibrations while driving. Made a follow up appointment to resolve the vibration issue and they said at least a 2 hour wait when I arrived for my 2nd appointment. Now I have another appointment to drop off my truck for the vibration that they created. The service at this Dealership is out of control and embarrassing for Ford. Id give it 0 stars.

I have purchased two cars from here. Sale department is amazing. Both vehicles had the Tire & Wheel Protection plan. DO NOT BUY THIS COVERAGE!!! It covers nothing. They tell you that it covers road hazards, NOPE. Finance and service are in debate over whether or not my damage is covered. You can buy vehicls here, but run from the service department.

I have had my 2017 Ford Explorer and have had the battery replaced twice! Since when did batteries only have a 2 year life? Not to mention the dealership only warranties their battery for a year!! I bought one for cheaper than they were going to charge me and this one has a 3 year warranty. The dealership needs to be better with their warranties!

I came in with what I suspected was an ECU problem with my Expedition. Off the car goes to the back for a $69.99 diagnostic. The service writer came back to me with a figure that I saw on the paperwork of over $2500 dollars. Then he commenced to say you need the following 6 items1) Front brakes $209.95.2) Rear brakes $209.953) Brake flush with the brakes $149.954) oil pan leak $436.005) coolant system service $149.956) Fuel System service $239.95I said I brought the car in here for a possible ECU problem not all of this other stuff. What is wrong with the car on the gripe I am here for. He said ECU. Which with an overprice ECU at $566.35 and the labor at $252.99 that charge for that was $819.34.Oil Pan Leak - i said there is no oil on my driveway. He said its just a seep. I could not see it so I agreed to the $436.00 quote, but then with a new gasket not on the quote it was $493.26. Oh and then he said he did an oil change and that was extra. I said the oil should be part of the oil pan and the filter was replaced less than 1000 miles ago. Why would you change the filter anyway. I refused to pay for that so he took it off.Now to the rest if it.Coolant system service - I looked it up on my iPad and it had been changed 14000 miles ago. He said I did not know that. I said you should because it was done here at your dealership. So the rest of the overinflated items did not happen.I did not appreciate the attempt to run up the bill one bit. He claimed he gave me a $100 military discount but I have never gotten that before so my assumption was he jacked up the prices then took $100 off.I will never set foot in the dealership again. I miss Dan Coburn in service. He was honest andI Trusted him.

After months of searching, I finally had found the car I was looking for. At first was disappointed, not towards any employee at Auto Nation or the dealer itself. I was too late in responding to make a deposit to hold the vehicle. Thought the search continued until I received a phone call from Paul stating the same car I found there was available again. This time I made sure to make necessary arrangements to hold it. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for me to look it over and take it for a test drive. Thanks to Paul and A little over 3 hours later I am driving away as a happy owner and new customer. Very clean location and great service. I brought my 2015 mustang in for diagnosing for lights on dash hill assist and brake and head lights flashing. They said it was switch under brake pedal and did fuel injection system but never addressed hill assist light and bogging down.
