Don’t let the proximity to base scare you! My husband and I purchased a car from OCMC a couple of weeks ago and have no issues this far. Got a great deal and the service was fast. Took about thirty minutes in and out there was no hassling over prices or warranties. If I could give ten stars I would. Ask for Cameron! We worked with him and he professionally handled all paperwork necessary. Car buying can be a pain sometimes but they made it very simple.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I heard good things about this place, leased a car and it blew up on me after 4 months. Conveniently right after their 3 month warranty expired. Now I am in debt for a car that didnt last me a half of a year! Get better mechanics to check them before you sell!

We worked with Perry on getting a vehicle. The vehicle we originally wanted sold before we were able to buy it but he kept us in the loop and recommended another car they got in. There was no pressure to buy it. Bought a low mileage vehicle for our daughter the last of November 2021 with less than 50,000 miles, 2013 model Chevrolet. We immediately drove it to Florida to her just before December and had some mild electronic issues on the way but when we restarted the vehicle, it resolved. It has been in the shop in Florida 5 times since and had to be towed one of those. Now she is experiencing more issues as well! I will never buy a non-certified vehicle again and frankly, will stick with Toyota, Honda, or Acura from a certified dealer.

For starters, Im from California. I have Bought 2 cars from CA and let me tell ya. If youre not from CA you dont know how bad dealers can be. CA dealers are screwey and full of BS upcharges. They only care about the money in their pocket. Kevin/OCMC on the other hand I believe is 100% in it for the individual. Kevin helped us with buying a vehicle at OCMC. Very respectful, straightforward and a true man of his word. this has been the easiest and laid back car buying experience by far. So if youre thinking about buying a car this is a solid choice.On a side note, have a plan if youre going to buy a car wether it be cash, loan or a deposit on a vehicle. They still have a job to do and thats selling cars. No need to waste their time. Thats all! :)

I purchased a 2012 red Chevrolet Sonic back in December 2020. First few weeks car ran fine. The next week the check engine light came on. It was throwing a cylinder #4 misfire code. I changed the spark plugs and core packs with no improvement. Long story short I thought I was headed for a nightmare used car experience. My salesperson Kevin Thomas told me to bring the car in and they would have a look at it. A few days later he called and informed me I would need a new motor and they would take care of it. Purchased 2013 Chevy Cruz in December of 2020(cash purchase) with just over 40k miles. Had 90day/4K miles power train warranty from dealer. My wife and I drove it to Panama City beach Florida to give it to our daughter as she was in need of a vehicle fro work purposes and her 1999 Honda Civic with 220k miles on it was in need of some repairs and her job was dependent on reliable transportation. The trip was long and the Cruz performance was great except for a minor electronic glitch that was easily resolved. Average mpg was great at 34-36 mpg. BUT on Christmas Eve my daughter called me from Florida to inform me that the Cruz had stranded her several miles from home, at night ,in the rain. Tow truck was called and delivered to bill carine Chevrolet dealership for repairs the following Monday after holidays. OCMC did pay the $200 repair bill.(under warranty but it was technically not covered as it was an electrical issue) since then it has been back to the dealership 4 times for more repairs including valve cover replacement and more coolant issues(over $1000 in repairs so far with less than 50k miles on it) 3 of those times have been since March and is now going back in the shop again for more coolant issues including AC not working. I have reached out to ocmc about this and ask if they would consider helping with at least part of the repair bill but their response was “ I’m sorry but the warranty is out and it is a used car”. Well lesson learned. Never will I do business there again and never will I own another Chevrolet product. I’ve own 3 in 5 years and 2 of them had significant problems with Less than 60k miles.

Took my papa here to get a new car and had an outstanding experience. Kevin and the team are extremely welcoming and treat you like family. Not only did they uphold a professional attitude, but they were also straightforward and told us what needed to be done without sugar coating anything. Great customer service, However we didn’t put a deposit because we were told that we would be in contact the next morning. Next morning they text saying that they sold the car. Very disappointed when we were able to put a deposit but were told we were good to go. I’m still bummed out about it.we really wanted to do business at this place.

Over all they are vastly overpriced for a used car lot. They have priced every vehicle on their lot to the high end Kelley blue book pricing.I found the salesman unbending over pricing as we had cash in hand. I would not recommend this business.

Guess I just picked a bad one out the bunch. Two months of driving the Yukon xl off the lot the check engine light comes on get what we thought was the problem fixed it comes back on a month later now needing a new engine🙁

Even though our warranty had expired by a few days they still replaced the water pump and radiator at no charge to us. So after all that car troubles we have been through OCMC did us rite with a slightly troubled car. There was radiator problem and water pump leak. Not sure who did it just know it was not my wife or I. They replaced the radiator and water pump at no charge to us and the car seems to be great so I absolutely would advise buying from an actual reputable company! Most dealers would of screwed us on a brand new car brand used but they did not and for that my family and I are great full. I truly cannot say enough we have been done wrong by a couple of places but they made sure they took great care of us after knowing all we had been through. I will be back to buy my next car or my daughters first! Thanks OCMC You Guys Are The BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frist off perry was my salesman and it was awesome. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about him. As for my experience....the owners and perry bent over backwards and did everything they could to get me in a car and trust me I gave them an impossible task (take my word IMPOSSIBLE.) I don’t know how they did it but they would not give up and long behold I drove away in a Brand new car! I’d recommend them to anyone. Very nice, talk to you like your a person and treat you like family!

I had given up looking for a Jeep until I stumbled across a beautiful Wrangler on their web site. Kevin responded to my e-mail immediately and stayed in contact with me until I was able to make the two hour drive to OCMC. The transaction was easy, there were no issues getting me the right amount for my trade, and the finance process was smooth. I spent almost 16 years in the car business before changing careers, and I can tell you if I had been a part of a place like OCMC back in the day I may have never stopped. Great group of guys and would recommend them to anybody.

UPDATED: a month after buying my vehicle I took it to get serviced to go on vacation, found out my car had multiple issues with it, I ended up doing $2000 worth of repairs, and found out they sold us a car that had a different motor in it than the original.

These guys are no BS your going to get a good deal and excellent southern hospitality. Would highly recommended to anybody looking for a used car. Will be using ocmc again if I ever need another car.

Drove an hour and a half to look at a truck. Got a quote and told the sales rep Id be back the next day to make the purchase. It wasnt until I called THEM to tell them I was on the way before they told me they were selling the truck to someone who just showed up. What type of customer service is that? Ill take my 26k to an actual dealer.

I bought a 2007 Chevy equinox in June 2018. It was having a few problems and without one question Kevin told me to bring it in and they handle the problem quickly love love this place and the staff are awesome. I wouldnt buy a car from anyone else ever😎😎😎

Dont ever waste your time here with these people because thats what they will do. They wasted my familys time since tuesday of this week. We were told if they ran our credit. We could be approved for a car loan. Did the paperwork and everything with Peter. We were told we would be called immediately. Kevin lied to us for days. Saying they were waiting on our credit score. Come to find out almost a week later. Peter sold the car they ran our credit for on tuesday. He sold the car my family waited a week for. The very same day. My 6 year old is crying because we thought the car was ours pending. This business is dishonest and unprofessional.
