Repairs better than expected. Lisa is the best adviser. Not their fault completion took 10 weeks for a bumper and sensors. Vehicle manufacturer and dealers did not have parts available.

Courteous staff and very friendly. Although I had a very sad ending, I was given an honest opinion on the damages to my car, I feel like they did a great job.

Had to bring my car back in two times and will be three times when the part comes in. They broke a piece of my door trim when repairing the original damage and never fixed it. Then when i brought it in to get fixed they just glued it. Then my front tire that was getting repaired wabbled in the wheel well due to a crack in a ball joint they never fixed. But the desk clerks are very nice.

They kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Awesome customer service.

I was sent here by my insurance, what a mistake. Aftermarket parts instead of oem , bumper and fender not aligned.. never again..

I would recommend this company for any body work needed. I can’t say anything about their other services but they are down to earth people and if I was closer to them I would have them for all their service that they do.

Went there for one thing some how my window stopped working and they would not even diagnose or give me an estimate for repair. Instead they stood by the claim that my car problems was no longer their problem and for them to diagnose or give an estimate I must first prove they are the reason my window is no longer working.... Ok I wont argue Ill just leave cause its not worth the stress. I wouldnt trust this company or recommend them to anyone for the simple fact they never attempted to diagnose and make sure that they were not the cause of the issue.

By Far My experience with them was amazing Ms.Amanda and Ms.Natalie was amazing they guided me step by step through the whole process they made everything easy despite my horrible insurance. Ms.Amanda updated me on everything with emails and calls and made sure that my car was well taken care of and my damages was well beyond fixed the hospitality they had was amazing and I couldn’t of wanted it any other way so I thank them for that .

They installed wrong color trim on my car so now it has 2 different colors of trim. Also did not reprogram locks when they put door back on, this caused the anti theft to lock my car up so couldnt drive it.

They wrecked my truck while it was there for a new bumper..took a month to get it back and it wasnt even fixed right then wanted to have additude..when I got mad cuz they tore it up...the hole side of my truck had to be repaired they said new guy did it...wow would never go there again..that place sucks
