After someone ran into my wife’s brand new car we didn’t know where to take it. I am very particular when it comes to our vehicles. Prostar was highly recommended by my wife’s coworker. I called a couple other places in town including the dealer, but my very first phone call to Prostar I knew this was the shop to take it to. It is very hard to find a place that offers absolute kindness and respect anymore. I can not recommend Prostar high enough! Outstanding customer service from the first appointment to go over the car and through the wonderful constant updates of the process, until the completion (which was 2 weeks earlier than expected). My 2019 CRV EX was badly damaged this June, while parked in my apartment parking garage. Rear bumper, bumper cover, and trim, among other things, had to be replaced. Prostar people did an excellent job replacing the parts and matching the color. They coordinated the work very well with my insurance. company. I recently returned with new, much less extensive damage, and was treated very well. I highly recommend these folks and would use their services again.

Prostar did an excellent job. Work was completed on-time and in a professional manner. Everyone was extremely courteous and they kept me well-informed as the repairs progressed.

James kept me informed as to status of repairs and insurance claim status. He communicated with them and handled everything superbly. Repairs are not noticeable on my 8 month old car. They are a Honda factory authorized company. I won’t go anywhere else.

After Prostar repaired my car it vibrated like crazy. They refused to bring my car back for repair or to honor their warranty. I told my insurance company I would never use them again. Car is going elsewere to repair Prostars repairs,

Prostar had performed some cosmetic repairs on my previous vehicle a few years ago, and did a great job at a reasonable price. Went in for a quote for a minor touch up repair. They clearly didn’t want to be bothered with the job, so they quoted me an astronomical price to deter my business. The associate was polite, but began explaining to me a lengthy list of intricate processes required to remove my bumper, calibrate this sensor and that sensor, etc. and how it could result in error codes and expensive electrical adjustments at the dealership, on and on. Quoted me $1200 for basically a scratch repair. I went to Victor’s and got a flawless repair for $380. No error codes. No problems. Beware whatever quote you get here.

Prostar is listed as a collision repair choice by USAA insurance. They are the best! I had obtained an estimate elsewhere first and I knew it was low. I took it to Prostar and they got it right! James at Prostar handles all USAA claims so he was very familiar with USAA process and handled everything for us. He kept us in formed of the status of things by text and phone calls. Mr.James(USAA) he was awesome, Im in a wheelchair and I waited at Gerber Collioson- no one came out for 15 mins and no one acknowledged me sitting at the door in my car .So I drove down to ProStar Collision Center on Phillips Hwy 2 miles away to James. Not only did they repair my car helped me with my wheelchair and items to move from rental to my car.My light looks spanking new and he updated me even at chemo everyday on my repair. I’ve used prostar collision a handful of times and they’ve never disappointed. James is who I usually work with and he is amazing, but the whole team is great. I really appreciate how well they communicate and keep you well informed with what’s going on. You’re never in the dark about when your car is ready or what’s going on. I am very particular about my car and I knit pick everything, but they’ve never let me down! My vehicle always comes back to me as it was prior to injury (haha) and sometimes even better! From the beginning, throughout the process, these folks were focused on customer service. Within ten minutes after I agreed to the estimate, they had a rental car delivered to me. They even reminded me to inspect that car for dings so I couldn’t be faulted later. I got a text every day with progress reports. They even corrected repairs that Arlington Toyota had done improperly. It made me feel like they valued me and my business. I wish I could have this kind of experience with all businesses.

If your car needs body work, its probably linked to a bad experience. That was the case with us after a distracted driver plowed into our car from behind. There was good that came out of it however. Taking the car to Prostar Collision was our proverbial blessing in disguise. They did a fantastic job! I have only kudos and high praise for Prostar Motorcars. Not only were they extremely professional, but they impressed me with their technical expertise, craftsmanship and kindly service. My insurance company sent me to Prostar Motorcars to get a damage estimate as part of the insurance claim process. A piece of debris struck my car while highway driving leaving a two-foot scratches across my hood. James Kumpf, the Prostar Motorcars estimator, quickly assessed the scratch and announced, “I think I can save you three hundred dollars” – the deductible on my insurance claim. James then applied a buffing compound and within three minutes, the scratch was totally gone.James then took the time to walk me through the process of “chip painting” an old grocery cart scratch on the driver’s door. He gave me a phone number to a dealership that gave me a discount for the paint. On a second appointment James showed me how to apply the chip paint along with a few pointers so that I could apply the second coat myself. For all of this help, James would not accept any gratuity for his “above and beyond” assistance. My experience with Prostar Motorcars was extremely positive; I received outstanding customer service. In my opinion Prostar Motorcars epitomizes integrity, high character and quality workmanship.

They did a great job of quickly assessing the vehicle and doing their best to save us money. They also did a good job of keeping us updated on the progress of the repair.

They really treated us right! Our came out looking better than when it went in, even before the accident. They went the extra mile and even cleaned the headlights and made sure the body clips were safe while doing the repair work. They were also very easy to contact and gave me almkst daily updates So glad I found them and chose them for our insurance repair work!

My car was rear ended and I dropped it off on a Monday and they were done by Thursday which was a day earlier than their estimate. The paint matched perfectly and the rear parking sensors worked as before. I would use them again. Staff is very friendly and keeps you informed.

His willingness to help is outstanding and due to this I have already referred several people towards Prostar if they ever need body work on their vehicles.

Great service from start to finish! Someone rear ended me at a stoplight and their insurance company quoted the damage at about half of the actual cost. Prostar was able to get the work done right, and went above and beyond. They were very honest about what needed to be done, and seem to be dedicated to quality work. Enterprise is just up the street and Prostar will even call for you to arrange pickup!

Excellent communication, timely repairs, quality of work, and they kept the fire to the other partys General Insurance in order to get paid and get my vehicle released on time. Wish I would have taken my truck here in a previous major repair opposed to Caliber Collision on Beach Blvd, which was the worst experience Ive ever had with a collision repair shop.
