I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The owner(Rashad Scurlock) is very unprofessional and tried to argue with me when I told him (after I had an accident) I did not want a specific repair done on my vehicle because it was not something I was concerned with being repaired. I found myself sitting on the phone(as the customer) going back and forth with the owner. I was very calm while speaking with him but I will NEVER respect a man that wants to argue back and forth with a woman. I dont even do that with my husband. The work that was done on my back bumper(where I was hit) was shoddy work at best and my husband had to take my vehicle back for them to fix something they should have already fixed, then they left me with a passenger side brake like that does not work. Apparently they dont check there own work before they tell you your vehicle is ready. I wish I never never PATRONIZED this business and I absolutely never would again.

So driving home on 9A on Saturday there was an unfortunate nerve wrecking incident caused by debris on the highway. The pick up truck that was in front of me (that the debris mustve fell from or also damaged) pulled over. This spontaneous event caused major damage to my vehicle and my bumper dislodge more than 80%. I contacted Custom Collision and spoke with the owner who told me to bring it by. Not excited about the possibility of having to file an insurance claim he stated that he would take a look at it and see what we could do. Agreeing to complete replacement of the current bumper I was able to get my bumper replaced, vehicle repaired and my out of pocket costs were minimal in comparison to having an insurance headache. Not only that, but I am looking forward to having a future car painted by the professionals at Custom Collision. There was a beautiful Audi in the driveway that the owner himself specializes in. Im back safely on the road! Vroom-Vroom!

I was referred to custom collision by one of their former customers when I had a fender bender back in April 2019. The staff is very professional and the work that they do speaks for itself. When my car was damaged two weeks ago by rocks falling off of a dump truck, I did not have to second guess who was going to do the body repairs. Custom Collision will always be my first and only choice.
