Great furniture store! The owner was very fair and a man of his word. Ask for him! This is an excellent place, especially to sell furniture if you are moving out of state or if you want to buy like new furniture for a great price!

Gave them a Queen Sleigh I needed to sell, I called within the 90 days to come and get it because it had not sold. I was told by owner that he had some interest in the bed and that we should extend for another month. I agreed, I called again to check on bed, he had gotten rid of it not sold it. It was an expense piece of furniture! DO NOT DO Business with this person!!!

Great to deal with. We had a buyer bail and had to sell a lot of furniture last minute - they came over next day to price everything and found us a great deal on movers as well. Definitely recommend!

Clean store, though the guy had a IKEA malm dresser and nightstands, the dresser was listed at $199 and a brand new one from IKEA is $179, the nightstands $49 each same price as IKEA....

It can be hit or miss, but today was a great score! Beautiful sectional at a reasonable price getting a new home! Mine!!

A couple of years ago Alter Home sold a chair for me. They were easy to work with throughout the process. I have another item to sell so went to the store to look around. A really nice lady helped us. She was familiar with the inventory and very professional. I have to say that the inventory is nice higher end furniture, accessories, and art. Great prices!! SO, I returned a week later with my item and the owner helped me. He was professional and I am looking forward to another sale. I recommend Alter Home for purchases AND as a place to consign.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CONSIGN AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSEThe owner of this company is ruthless. He gets you to consign your high end furnishing and does not give a copy of the contract, why? His words not mine quote You have to ask for it, although you get a list of your items. If items are not picked up within 5 day of 90 day mandatory agreement, he keeps all your furniture. Although he will not mention this at the time you are consigning! Even if you have to attend a funeral out of state! I feel he stole my Bernhardt sofa, chair 1/2 w/ottoman & Henry Link cabinets. Valued at $2,000.00 used.I drove 45 miles to pick up my furniture , only to learn he refused to release them and informed me he now owned them. For what it is this place has the coolest unique furniture. Theres style for every taste. Ive stocked some of my vacation rental from this place.

OWNER THREATENED TO CUT MY TABLE INTO PIECES.I sent pictures and spoke with the owner on the phone before bringing the table in to be sold. I asked several times if he could sell it for the amount I needed ($1,000). He avoided answering the question and kept saying I will sell it for what you want. When I brought it in and unloaded it with the chairs, he said he would list it for $400. I said I would just take it home rather than make a profit of $200. He said he would list it for $1000, but that, in his experience, nobody will pay that much for a table and chairs.After a week, I called him and asked if I could just come pick it up and take it back since he said it would never sell for what I needed. Rather than waste both of our time and energy, could we just call it even? And truthfully I felt misled since I never wouldve even brought it in had I known he couldnt sell it for what I needed. He said no and that I was under contract for 90 days. After that I could have it back. After pressing him again he said that we could DISCUSS the matter again in 30 days but that he would make no guarantees.I told him that I would be sure to mention The way he does business in my review and at that point he told me...and I quote...well you left your table at the consignors risk so I can cut it up into pieces if I want and theres nothing you can do about it. He then hung up on me.For fear that he would actually follow up on his threat I waited until the table sold to post my review. He did in fact sell it so I guess he didnt cut it into pieces. But I surely wont be doing business with him again and I will advise my friends and family to keep their distance as well

WATCH OUT. THIS PLACE / OWNER IS HORRIBLE. DIDNT EVEN PICK UP THE CHAIR AND THE OWNER SAID MY 85 YEARS OLD FATHER ALREADY PICKED IT UP. I ASKED FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY RECEIPT SHOWING THAT THE ITEM WAS PICKED UP. HE SAID HE DIDNT NEED TO SHOW PROOF. THIS GUY IS A CROOK. WE CALLED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND A LAWYER.

I purchased 2 separate items from this location. A table and chairs as well as a chair for my living room. The prices were very fair and the items were in very good condition. I have recommended this store to others looking for nice used furniture.

I bought three very good quality bar stools here , only paid 70/each, love them ! The owner opened the shop seven years already , they had a lot of favorite furnitures , if you have time, come inside check it out.

Extremely disappointed. When we brought it home, we noticed that it didnt smell quite right. After 2 days, we decided to open up the cushion to find it filled with mold and mildew.When we talked to them, they did not care and said that all sales were final. Then they even told us to not recommend them to anyone. The unhealthy product combined with the lack of customer service makes me suggest avoiding them at all cost.I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Never have I been talked to so rudely. Because I was taking pictures !!! Of things I was interested in along with tag that shows $ & sometimes maker & size ... was told they were uncomfortable with me taking pics of PRICE! Told him that I always did with any other shop / consignment I went to. (my memory is bad ) especially when one is looking for several pieces & to see pics when get home one can visualize if it will work . RIGHT! I TOLD him that I always did ...he then said it was a first time for everything. & it was HIS store & wanted me out ... did mot want me to continue looking .... wanted ~ pointing his finger ~ to get out!I asked please for a restroom ... he said there was none (i knew there was) asked again ~again he said No! Get out. (Before I forget .. see I told you my memory was bad .. also told Jim I had taken many pics there before & showed him.a pic I had_) ..so now back to the bathroom.... I asked PLEASE SIR ...Ive just S#^% in my pants. I have cancer, & sometimes this happens ... especially over the last few MONTHS that my cancer is back. So I left the store telling him & showing him there were two pictures I wanted ... said no ....so you BET his loss. I had to make the drive back home without making any other stops necessary. That was a Very Long 30 minute drive to get back home.Go there NO WAY!Before I had & would have recommended ~ but after that MaN did that to me NeVeR will again.

We were very happy with the service. They sold our Furniture for a good price, and what we made was much more than we could have gotten in a garage sale.

Negative stars if possible! Horrible!!!!!! Rude!!!! I told my teenager to go in and check out a bed they had there and they talked her into buying it. I was shocked when she came home with a $200 twin sized iron bed with NO RAILS just a headboard and footboard. I called the store the next morning to ask the guy for rails, he said my daughter declined them when he asked, said I should not have given her a credit card, and it was not his fault she bought it but he would gladly accept it back on consignment only I would lose 50% of what I paid the day before! Whatever jerk!

There was mold and mildew in the couch cushion that they sold us. They would not let us return and get our money back. Do not go here.

Drove out only to be closed. Says closes at 6:00 on Sunday, got here at 5:15, closed.
