A really cool and really special treat. The liquid nitrogen process makes a super smooth and creamy ice cream that you dont find in very many places. Probably the creamiest ice cream Ive ever had. Be prepared for a wait, but its totally worth it.

Walked in, place was empty but the worker didnt even acknowledge me. He sat there with his headphones on not saying a thing. I asked him if he was working, and if I could possibly order. He said yeah... , Thats it. Just yeah. I tried to order some things but he said they had nothing. I use to love this place, never coming back again.

Walked in at 10:44pm after dinner on a Thursday. Three workers behind the counter on their phones said they’re done for the night and closed. No other customers were in. I wouldn’t walk in a restaurant 15 minutes before closing but this is ice cream lol. Change your hours of operation to when you are actually operating for business.

This was the saddest experience I’ve had here. The ice cream was tasty, but the restaurant was filthy, the restroom even worse and seemingly only one person was working. After waiting in line, three more employees appeared from the back and proceeded to watch videos on their phones while we ordered and then they jumped in to make our order.

That was only one employee when we went there today. He was a new employee. He gave us much lesser ice cream, than how much should have been given to us. I feel terribly cheated. Horrible experience. Avoid this location

I will never visit this location again! This place was nasty. The restroom was gross as well but cleaner that the front! The waffle machine looked like it had never been cleaned and all of the mixers had ice cream stuck on it where the white mixers looked brown Although they were busy when we answered the establishment we were not greeted. Once we got to the counter the young lady at the register was looking on her phone for at least three minutes before she asked if we were ready. There were three other young people working making the ice cream. There was no unified uniform on the employees. Everyone working looks like they just showed up to work because the original staff didn’t come in. The music playing in the store was the uncut version. The music was not appropriate for the children waiting on the ice cream. We busted the store around 7:30 pm. They were out of a lot of things. Once we finally got our ice cream we decided to sit outside at the location. The outside was filthy as well. Trash all around their outside chairs and table. My ice cream tasted fine but nothing spectacular where I want to pay 6+ dollars again for the total experience that we received.The above can be blamed on poor management. The workers were obviously teenagers and I’ll assume never been taught proper customer service. If the type of service continue and especially in the area is and I don’t see it continuing to do well. I’d rather drive to Brahms or Dairy Queen.To the owner please secret shop your own store because whoever is running it and employees is running it down.

This was a pretty sad experience. Ice cream tasted fine, but the poor employee was the only associate in the store. Place was filthy. Needs help ASAP.

This is the worst ice cream place that you can go to in the entire area. Previously used to be an extremely good place to get some amazing ice cream and while the flavor of the ice cream is not terrible still the staff make this place absolutely horrendous. I have no idea how any of the management team decided to hire any of the workers there but I promise you if you go here you will wait at least 15 minutes for your ice cream and it will be terrible with the workers and staff touching all over it with their hands and also don’t forget the fact that you won’t be attending to buy anyone for at least the first 20 minutes why they said they’re with their mouth wide open on their phones not wanting to make your ice cream do not go to this place until they decide to hire a new staff absolutely unbelievable unbelievable

There service is horrible and very unorganized...I use to work there and its not very sanitary its badly managed and people rarely show up they hire us to do every last thing instead of hiring staff for each task. The icecream good tho

Let me start off by saying I love creamistry and their sea salt caramel but I’ve seen this location just plumet. It’s alwaaaaaays something every time I come in yesterday they had no dairy. Hooooow ?? Today their reward system where you get points for your purchase isn’t working but that happens almost every time I’m here. There’s always a new face so that must mean there’s a high turn around it’s really annoying honestly cause something is always wrong also couldn’t redeem my birthday present because they said they hadn’t been “taught how to do that yet” lol… Over it I blame management at this point because their just negligent with their store. And they can always use a good clean wipe down.

Worst experience ever! My daughter never received her ice cream 35 minutes after ordering. We canceled order for a refund. I chose not to order because the place was so nasty. There was no structure and the oldest employee was a teenager trying to manage things. Customers walking out due to chaos. Visited Saturday 9/25 around 8:30.

VISIT ANOTHER LOCATION!Honestly EXTREMELY disappointed by our visit here. The deterioration has been evident since we first started visiting this location. They have teenagers running the place without clear management. We stood there waiting for 15 minutes as we watched the employees curse and play with each other. They kept dropping the bowls on the floor and picked them up to use.The place was filthy with piles of dirty utensils, dirty counters and again 0 management.Please notice the young man in a hoodie, which is clearly unacceptable in any customer service environment.I really hope the owner of this place reads the recent reviews and trains it gets new staff.

Disappointed and annoyed, they sold me an ice cream that was super expensive and not even a shadow of what they offer, terrible presentation and not half the amount of the glass

I mean, there’s not a lot of places around that you can get a vegan or even non dairy based creamed desert that’s worth anything. So the time it takes for them to make them is worth it to me number one. Number two you can definitely taste the coffee in the Quantum Coffee one and my 14 yo daughter loved the strawberry bond nitro shake. It’s worth a try if you’re a non dairy girl like me.

Came here twice and wont come back. There is only one pace for the employees here and it the speed when you dont want to do something so you drag your feet. The first time there only one employee was working while the rest just stood there talking. It took me 10 minutes of standing there waiting for someone to take my order. The second time the guy was on his phone and paying more attention to that then working. Talking about how the person on the other end has road rage... etc. This is my first review I have ever done due to the experience here. The place was also a very dirty place. No mask, no gloves, no hair net or bread net was worn by the employees. It probably be a great place to come if the management team were here to run the shop.

This place was a disaster. My 1st and only time at any Creamistry. The staff was so slow. The order did not look like the menu picture. The place was a filthy, disgusting mess. The staff had on face masks but wore them below their chin, so what was the point. One young lady was eating ice cream at the register while she was taking customer orders. I will have to try another location to see if they are any better than this one. This place was gross. Interesting concept though.

Horrendous experience coming to this location. They were out of all toppings and were extremely unprofessional. On Instagram when we walked up and messing around when they should have been making our ice cream. This location used to be good and not sure why it’s gone so downhill. Would recommend you look elsewhere to spend your money.

It’s ok. I got the Unicorn, and with all the toppings, it was way too sweet. Very possible the other ice cream flavors by themselves are better. All this would’ve been fine if it weren’t so expensive. A “large” Unicorn (12 oz cup) with one extra topping (though it did pile high) was over $11. I know it’s fancy liquid nitrogen, but I’d rather save my money and get regular ice cream!

Id avoid this place for now. This place seems to be under poor management currently. Yesterday I saw someone by himself working, struggling, and obviously new. He had spent almost 30 minutes of time to make a large ice cream only 1/4 of the way full, and was arguing with the lady who ordered it that its what she ordered, even though she knew better. After seeing that I immediately left. Came back tonight and its two different people working. The entire time one of them is shouting at the other how to do things while one asks. There were at least 8 people who came and went because the wait was so long. I got my order in about an hour after entering the place and it was not the quality I am used to from this place. I hope things turn out better.

First time to visit Creamistry. I love the concept, ice-cream made with liquid nitrogen. The process is fun to watch. Unfortunately, the store seemed rather dirty. The staff had not kept up with cleaning between rushes. The quality of the ice cream was not great either. Ice-cream made with nitrogen has an odd texture.

This location is dirty ... toppings in storage containers from the back room, dirty counters, dirty floors, filthy baseboards, & a wet smell.There were only 2 employees tonight, but it honestly might as well have been only 1 person working. The girl at the register barely knew how to process orders, so she had to keep asking for help from the guy who was making ice cream, cleaning dishes, and practically everything else in the store. During my hour long wait for 2 signature creations (which ended up looking NOTHING like theyre supposed to) 5 customers who had paid either asked for a refund or just canceled their order and left. Not to mention the several customers who turned around at the door after seeing how many people were waiting for their orders.There was no level of efficiency in how orders were being handled & no communication between the staff or even with the customers for that matter to confirm orders before spending time mixing them, which resulted in a bunch of messed up orders. They werent offering nitro shakes at all & apparently had no whipped cream even though 90% of the signature creations menu calls for it.Its in a prime location & could be a super good spot for dessert from all of the late night restaurants & movie theatre in the same shopping center, but at this rate-- itll be closed and replaced with something else shortly.I usually love the creamistry experience & find it cool & on brand-- this fell completely short. The one star is generous.

Usually don’t have anything negative about this place but we went there yesterday and were told by the girl at the register that they can’t make any ice cream because it’s only her and 1 other person and they closed in 10 minutes. (Literally verbatim what she said) what’s the point of being open if you can’t do anything? All she was doing was sitting there on her phone :/

I have been to this establishment twice within the last few weeks and have been refused service for no reason. I showed up on both occasions while people were inside and they were still open. Both times i was told that they were done taking orders for the night 30-45 minutes before the store is even scheduled to close. I do not know the reasoning for this but i do know and feel, that if your business is open and others have ordered and eating while i am there, then i should be provided that same right as the others.

It was great. I got a regular cup with mini chocolate chips mixed into my cheescake ice cream. The cheescake had the texture of an actual cake, which wasnt exactly my favorite because it was lumpy, but it was still really good. I would definitely recommend this place and go there again!

Incredibly slow and just plain rude. I waited an entire hour for one scoop of mint ice cream. The girl at the register was sitting there cutting up receipts, I was waiting for her to be done to place my order, since she hadnt otherwise acknowledged me and she goes ORDER??? ... It was very uncomfortable. The ice cream is very good, though pricey. Maybe try a different location if you want to try this place.

The ice cream was really good! Had small indoor and outdoor seating which was nice. The team working when we went worked great together and when they ran out of spoons they divided. The manager went to buy more and another employee went to a neighboring restaurant for help and kept things running smoothly.

Y’all…..do not go here. Every time I’ve gone there’s been problems. The first time I went, I walked through the door after a 30 min drive to be told “we are out of ice cream.” Thinking that everyone deserves a second shot, I come back tonight and again, there’s problems. To start, they were out of regular base so we had to chose a vegan base, aka cashew or coconut. That’s no problem but then you are forced to pay the $1 extra for the vegan base, which upset me considering the fact that i had no choice in the matter. On top of this, there was no strawberries, no brownies, and many more things were out. Before we were able to order, we were informed it would be a 20 min wait because the tablet to take orders had died! I will never return. This place is clumsily ran and is obviously always out of stuff. Any recommendations for a reliable ice cream shop??

Horrible experience!!! My boyfriend and I walked in to get ice cream and there was a guy with dark hair about 5’8 in height working behind the counter. He didn’t acknowledge us. He kept wiping down the counter top. We stood there a bit. Still nothing! We waited a little while longer, he turned his back to us and started acting like he was wiping the back counter. We looked at the door to see what day and time they were opened, even though it was 5pm on a Monday and we just walked through the front door with no problems. Maybe we were wrong, but NOPE! They were open, they actually don’t close until 11pm. He just didn’t want to service us. We decided to leave and trust me, WE WONT BE BACK & we’ll tell everyone we know, NOT to go to this horrible place.

Did not have napkins. Lots of flies. Smelled pretty gross. Served us ice cream that was already melting off the cup.I used to come here all the time a month ago, it was great. Now the standards dropped a lot.

Many of the previous reviews repeat what I’m about to say here, but this place is disgusting. It’s all teenagers that work there, so I don’t blame them. I blame the owner/management. The counters and equipment are all filthy and look like they’ve never been cleaned. They have good ice cream, but I suggest going to one of the other locations and avoiding this one.

Just stopped by at 2:15 in the afternoon to get some ice cream. I walked in the gentle and did not greet me I had to ask what flavors you have. He said a a. I said are you not open. He said no. Wow I guess I don’t need to come back

I had very terrible customer service tonight at the Creamistry in Addison. I walked in it was hot as hell. Nobody greeted me. I waited to order for 10 minutes before catching a staff member with the dark hair and glasses with the black shirt on. I asked if I could order because I was waiting for 10 minutes and by the time i asked there were 3 ppl making ice cream at that time. I was very patient until the third came out instead of taking my order they start making ice cream. The girl in the black shirt who took my order felt a type of way after finally taking my order so she decided make me wait longer by fixing the couples ice cream behind me. Even they whispered about the experience i had. Not very customer service. I do not recommend petty customer service at all. Very frustrating experience. Had she just told me they were busy instead of having side conversations and ignoring me i would’ve been fine but i felt very disrespected by the whole experience.

I wish the staff would have a uniform instead of wearing their what looks like PJs! The tables outside were super dirty!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in ANY food service business ever. The store was filthy and looked like it was closing with chairs still stacked on the tables. The team member was on the phone ignoring us when we walked in. Since the store looked the way it did, I asked if they were open. He looked at me like I was an crazy and as if he was doing me a favor. We made a 30min trip specifically to this location because we love the ice cream, my two kids were devastated when I decided to walk out. My husband went back in to place a to go order because the kids were so upset. As if the service wasn’t terrible already, the ice cream texture was like warm yoghurt. This will be the last time we go to this location.

The girl working the afternoon shift on Labor Day is a champ, I never saw her stop or slow down. But she was on her own; I did not see any other employees at this location. Whatever shes being paid, its not enough. Not even close.

We love coming here and have been for a couple years now. It’s great for me because I have a dairy allergy and they non dairy base options. unfortunately in the past few weeks the staff has been incredibly rude. The vibe in the store isn’t what it used to be :( one in particular I’ve noticed with a consistent attitude is the girl with black hair. They were slamming everything around so hard tonight like they were mad. It used to never be that loud. The best way I can describe how it feels in there is, It feels like your parents got in a fight & you’re sitting there awkwardly feeling like you caused it or did something wrong. The store has also been really dirty lately too. I walked into the bathroom and there was urine in the toilet, the pickup counter had crumbs and toppings all over it, the chairs are sticky too. The cup of icecream I had tonight was sticky with cream all over it. When I visit my parents in the colony we always go to the location there and it’s a whole different vibe. It’s much better at the other location.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO THERE! We went today around 9:30pm and the place had some customers inside. The line was incredibly long and the high school kids working at this place were not handling the business appropriately. I am amazed how disrespectful the management of this place is with the customers by not having and efficient system. After waiting in line for HALF HOUR, the kid taking orders went away and left me at the register waiting. I was not able to order. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. Management put kids here with no customer service at all and you will be waiting in line forever. I will make sure this situation escalates corporate and will NOT promote this place at all.

The girls working here don’t know how to work efficiently. The manager/owner here is obviously doing a terrible job running this place and training their workers because I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a scoop of mediocre ice cream. Lol an absolute joke of a ice cream shop.

2 yrs ago I gave this place 4 stars, today only 1. Place is a mess, no line but still had to wait 5 mins to be helped and then 10 more mins cause they were out of base.. the place is a filthy mess. The servers use their hands to add toppings to the ice cream. This place has gone down hill...

The worst service I have ever experienced at this location. One worker is making the ice cream at the slowest pace. The other worker on the register has no idea what she is doing, so the person making the ice cream had to constantly stop and help her. Both workers are very unprofessional and unhelpful. People have been waiting over 30 minutes for their ice cream.

The customer service had gone down the hill. Went in there and the employee was on his phone taking phone calls and totally try to ignore me and my friends when we were ready to order. He acted like it was a chore that he hates so we just walked out. And the place smelled like mold. Shame it used to be so good and friendly

It took him 30 minutes to give me two scoops of ice cream that cost $15, the whole setup is kind of messed up if you ask me its not worth it 💔 Im not sure if they were short staffed or what but it took a very long time to receive my order and there was a lot of people there that were complaining so my first impression was not good, Im not sure if I am going to come back but just giving the word out just in case someone needs to know this.

Amazing place!! You can make all kinds of interesting creations. I had capn crunch ice cream with fruity pebbles in it and marshmallows and bananas on top. Basically if you can imagine it, you can create it. Also I expected the ice cream to be weird and grainy because of the nitrogen. Good news, its not a gimmick! Some of the smoothest ice cream Ive ever had! And their gluten and dairy free options are delicious as well. This is the ice cream shop dreams are made of. Its a little expensive, but if you know that going in, its definitely worth it.

Pretty cool experience to see the ice cream being made. Definitely recommend going at least once, or going with friends that havent gone yet. As far as tastes go they have some good flavors and actually fruit for toppings if youre into that. I will say, however, that there was something lackluster about the taste as I continued eating. It was still tasteful enough to the point were I would consider coming again.

The place is dirty and the person serving us didnt bother to help us. He was listening to music and we had to get is attention 4 TIMES. We asked a question and he just pointed so something which didnt answer my question and then he just said what?. I dont recommend coming to this place. Terrible staff and awful enviroment.

Terrible. Waited in line, ordered everything at register, waited again ... which was all fine. When they prepared our order, we get told We are out of whip cream, toppings, syrup, cookies, etc, etc., but heres your ice cream. Literally paid $10 each for cups of ice cream. When I asked why we were not told at the register that they were out of everything, the girl shouted Oh God, another complainer to her boss. Mind you ... literally out of whip cream ... no cookies for the cookie monster. The boss said if I wanted a refund I would need to wait in line. It really was unbelievable.

Very interesting concept and delicious flavors. I love that they have non-dairy options as well. They should definitely consider getting more staff because there is always a back up with customers waiting for quite a while.

Rating this place 1 star based on the customer service, the employee was rude, sarcastic & very slow worker. Almost deliberately slow. They had on job training which led to a build up in traffic and the customers who were waiting scams upset and started arguing. Overall just took the magic out of the experience. This place is disguising inside. There are crumbs and milk and syrup all over the counters. Mixing Bowls stacked on the floor even the windows at this place have stuff on them. Ice cream mixer are not wiped down in between orders or from the looks of it at all. Service is sloooow watching these people work is like waiting for grass to grow. The only thing more disgusting than the overall cleanliness of this place is the staff’s attitude. They are rude and there is no effort from them. This place needs to take notes from the victory park location and have some standards. If you really want to enjoy your trip to creamistry go the extra mile to the victory park location.

About a year ago this location was fast on getting the orders out but now it is a lot of teenagers that work here , I came in on a Saturday night they have about 8 teenagers working and the lady said the machine was rebooting and they couldn’t take any orders (which I believe they unplugged it on purpose) , so I leave and come back 20 minutes later and it was still down also when I pulled up I seen an employee running outside with a knife playing with another employee.. the other employees were playing inside the restaurant going back and forth locking the door.. it was really unprofessional.. i will never go back ..

Paid $10 for a large unicorn and got this. I confronted the cashier about it not looking like the picture (no pink, no whip cream) and they just told me thats the unicorn. They already seemed upset I was in the store at all, so I left because I just dont wanna be there.

The other reviews are right... This place was so dirty. Cookie crumbs, banana peels just chilling on the counter, toppings all over the place, napkin dispensers were empty. Hilarious.They ice cream was tasty, though.

It taste like average ice cream, but you can only pick on flavor, it takes 45 minutes, they forget half the toppings, and costs 18 dollars.It’s a neat gimmick but once you go once I can’t see why anyone would go again.

Dont waste your time. I went here Sunday, June 20, 2021, at 3:30 p.m., and ordered a large ice cream. The store was packed with people waiting unhappily. There were about 12 stickers which represented orders ahead of mine. And they were taking online orders. There were only two people working, one who took orders, and had to go clean pans. These take about 3 minutes or more to make, and with only one person doing it, if 10 in front of you, you are looking at a 30 minute waitI asked if a worker had called in sick, and was told no. They just like working like this, making customers wait a long time.After 10 minutes, when they only filled 1 order, I cancelled mine. The jerk looked up my order, and gave me a credit card credit for the ice cream cost, but kept my 20%, $1.30 tip, like a crook.Just a bad experience. Dont support crooks who hate customers.

Was not able to enjoy the ice cream. Went in and apparently no one had a charger for an ipad, something that they need to make orders. Makes no sense. Not only that but the store was a complete mess and workers did not seem to care. I doubt Ill be going back not a great 1st experience.

Terrible experience there. this place is filthy!! Only 2 people there working. They told us to come back in 1 hour because the manager had to get the milk for the ice cream base. The screen were not properly set up, they had netflix showing. This place needs maintenance urgently. It was dirty, and lack of management is clearly happening there.

This place was so nasty when i walked in 2 girls talking by the register stared at us as we walked in, did not greet us. We had to tell them we were ready because it seemed like we were interrupting their chat. Once we were ordering one of the girls starts saying they ran out of basically everything. I feel like that’s something you tell a customer as soon as they walk in. Waffle maker looks like it has never been cleaned or ice cream makers !!!

Im 8 months pregant, and my family and I drove over 30 mins away to get some ice cream, at 11pm, and the store was to close at 12am. And as we we were getting ready to order at 11:10pm they denied out order stating that they were no longer taking our orders. We asked why, and they just said sorry we arent taking orders. Shortly after leaving we saw another group of people walking out with their ice cream served. I don’t understand the discrimination, let alone their lack of aboloty to explain. Hugely disappointed. Wont be coming back.

Cool place for ice cream! Organic ingredients, freshly made to order right in front of you. They have non dairy alternatives like Almond and Coconut milk. Worth the experience!

Came in yesterday with my friends and was immediately greeted and felt welcomed! The girl at the register was very sweet and helped us out understanding the menu and even gave us some amazing recommendations. Great ice cream and great customer service will definitely be returning!

It was so incredibly hot in there, 10-20 degrees hotter than outside. The ice cream was pretty expensive, and the place was super gross, and unclean.

It was super busy when we arrived but we managed to get our orders in and picked them up within 15 minutes. I love the ice cream here because its custom made with nitrogen which is a whole other ballgame for flavor.

Its ok, even if gimmicky. Because of how the process is done, it takes quite a long time for each order, so if the place is crowded, at least bring a book with you to do something while you wait. The idea itself is not bad, but its so very extremely heavy and dense. If youre a fan of gelato or froyo because of how light they are, your are definitely in the wrong place. These things are LOADED with fat and sugar. I had the salted caramel plain ice cream (no toppings), and i actually felt like i was slurping on a stick of butter out of the freezer

Interesting texture, creamier and melts slower. They have many flavors and combos to choose from. The area where they prepped the ice cream is clean. Unfortunately the same cant be said about the outside. We are ours standing up...even the outside sitting area is not maintained.

The ice cream quality and customer service is good but unfortunately the prices have indirectly gone up. I ordered the large size and received this child size cup for $11 which did not include the tip. I felt 😞 because the large display menu above the work station showed the large size being least 16oz but instead I received a 8-12 oz cup for the same price. Unfortunately, this is my last visit to creamistry. The company should be more clear about the change. This large size ice cream is smaller than a coke/sprite can.

Really amazing ice cream and a cool experience. A bit pricey compared to Baskin Robbins, etc, but absolutely worth the few dollars more. Highly recommend the smores set up!

The person behind the counter seemed annoyed I was there at 10 pm (even though they close at 11) and said they only had vegan options left. I asked what they were and it was just coconut. Very frustrated and disappointed.

They need more workers because there is always a back up. During this visit there was a scuffle with some patrons not wanting to wear a mask. I realize that the CDC says they are not needed but if a private business asks yo no u to wear one just do with the business asks instead of causing a scene

I will say the ice cream here is pretty top-notch. they have a couple of different formats and its cool to watch them use the liquid nitrogen to freeze everything and create your dessert. They have a lot of pretty cool pre-built options and you can get them either in milkshake form or regular ice cream form with some toppings. The seating area indoors is pretty small and there are a couple of tables outside so theres not a ton of places to eat your dessert but we made due sitting outdoors. Id say the main downside is the cost. It was about $17 for a small cup and what is considered a large which is basically a 12 oz plastic cup. And the ice cream was super good but I guess I wasnt expecting to spend that much. You know theyre making a pretty healthy margin here per unit sold.

I love Creamistry but this location is horrible. My strawberry nitro shake was a frothy milk drink (I threw it away). Money wasted! The area behind the counter was filthy and they need to wear hair nets, I was so afraid someones hair would end up in my order. Side note, I saw a customer come out to get paper napkins because there was no tissue in the restroom. Go to any other Creamistry but this one.

The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is decent. I just wish they had more space inside.

They are selling some $hit over there . That place smells like spoiled curd . Never go there . They are losing good customers.

Walked in at 10:25 and were looking at the menu and the employees noticed us. At 10:32 when we tried to place order, she tells us we cant order anything since 10:30 is when they stop taking orders. Closing time is 11:00, and if they wanted to serve us, they could have notified us when we walked in.

Pretty bad experience

Can I rate this 0 stars? The staff was so unbelievably rude!!! I love creamistry! It’s my favorite ice cream. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Mary was the rudest. This location is run by a whole bunch of 15 year olds. I drove 30 minutes and they told me “our iPad died” with an hour left to closing! DID I MENTION THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 times?! Not to mention you can charge an ipad lol? And when I asked for a supervisors number they gave me a fake number!! So rude. I left and 3 other couples asked me for the number and said this has happened to them many times and they want to report it as well. The supervisor needs to step in already. It is also very dirty (but that’s a whole other story that I’m not even going to get into).

Ice cream was really good, but the staff was incredibly cold and rude. We came in at 10:35pm, and they don’t close til 11:00pm. A couple came in after us at 10:40pm, and the guy behind the counter said they were already closed and couldn’t serve them. At 11:01pm, they straight up turned the lights off while we were sitting there! I had lost track time, and I even said “sorry”, as we got up. The guy behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge that we said sorry as we walked out the door.
