I love the fact that they had a great sale on Always pads regular price $7.99 and I got them for $5.99. To add the experience great. They have a Starbucks inside the store so I stopped and got a medicine Ball tea.

Looked for porterhouse steaks and there were none. Had sticker shock on rib eye prime steaks at $27.99 per pound. Parking was a nightmare. No handicapped spaces were available for a good while.When I was ready to leave, customers stopped in the parking lot right behind my car to go thru their shopping bags and then look for their car. Im halfway out of my space and they homesteaded there. Ugh.

Overall great location. Definitely cleaner and better stocked and managed than the Kroger up near MacArthur, better produce & meat.ONLY downside, extremely limited vegan options and no vegan deli meats whatsoever.

Staff here is why I keep returning to this location. Theres always a great selection of sweets. Yes, I have a sweet tooth. The video says it all. The promotions offered here on a weekly basis are hard to beat. For a grocery store, there is an amazing selection of wine and beer. Im a returning customer for the bagels. Always fresh, always soft. I highly recommend giving their bagels a chance. Let me know.

Very clean and spacious yet seemed to have a plethora of unique items that I was able to pick some new foods to try because I love trying the latest and newest snacks available just to have some new variety to try and then of course they had all the staples of my weekly and daily grocery list.

Nice and clean, found everything I needed and definitely much less crowded than the bigger chains.

Tom thumbs always has a good variety and nurse I ate and their stores are very clean and nice when you go in And the people are always friendly

Ive been here a few times when on business trips. Ive felt safe walking here from a nearby hotel. Its the only grocery store Ive seen with a piano. They have good selections from one end to the other. The only downside is that you need their loyalty reward card for the best prices, and theres no way to sign up at the register.

Horrible Management of this store. This store, many yrs ago was great! Some of the staff & managers are rude. Customer Service is a thing of the past!

The store is a very typical Tom Thumb. Nothing special, but since it is the only store in Irving, it has to be a cut above. The prices are what you expect for Las Colinas, higher than other areas of Irving. More people are not wearing masks than are, take that what you would. You need to sanitize the carts. Service could be better.

Super clean, was there only 2-minutes, getting Mini Palmieres for my Mom, cant find them on Oklahoma.

The bakery department was amazing and helpful. They are making my childs birthday cake for this weekend. I will go to them in the future for cakes.

I have shopped at this Tom thumb a lot over the last 10 years. The level of quality of service and cleanliness has significantly deteriorated. I will no longer buy any seafood or meat of any kind there. The fish area is not clean, it has random fish scales everywhere and the whole case is absolutely filthy. It used to be one of the nicest stores around but its so dirty now, I don’t understand why they would let it get so bad.

We have our second covid shot, and Victoria from pharmacy told us to wait wherever in the store but not there because they have other appointments. Note that before she attended us, we wait 15 minutes per other two patients before us.I understand that there can be side effects right after receiving the shot

This Tom Thumb location was very very clean and there was hardly anything out of place. I always come here for the produce and the fruit and I am never disappointment.

They are extremely understaffed after 9pm but those who are there work hard to take care of everyone as quickly as they can. i appreciate them.

A little more expensive than Walmart & Krogers but Has Great Sales Fresh Produce and the Deli has Great hot foods

I got there early, just as they opened. All the advertised specials were available. The cashier was friendly & bright eyed at 6 am.

The cashier was very friendly. It was one minute til closing and the dude in front of me brought a half empty jug of tea trying to return it because there were floaties. The girl very politely found a way to tell him we cant exchange half a jug of tea right here with no receipt and customer service is closed. She handled it very professionally.

Not the cheapest prices, but it has decent selection and is easy to get to and its not as crowded as other stores close by.

EDIT...I just heard they are keeping the mask requirement. Yay! I dont have to find a new store! This one is my favorite, clean, well stocked, friendly.Disappointed that the Tom Thumb stores in TX wont continue to require masks after March 10. I spend about $800 a month here. Gonna take that money to a grocery store that requires face masks to protect employees and customers. This has been my favorite store for years. I wish they had made a different decision.

The only place I grocery shop dew to variety and freshness. Be sure to get a club card for savings, offsetting the somewhat higher prices of Tom Thumb.

Nice and ckea . Staff and customers were polite and everyone is helpful. The girls at pharmacy are always good for a laugh. We use a stamp card which gives us 20% off when you get five stamps on it. I think they are the best grocery in Irving.

The one that will ate it on me in the deli gave me the wrong meat even after I said it about five times I knew that she meant well but I told her specifically no honey ham I do not want honey ham I want Virginia big ham and when my kids made a sandwich they said it was honey ham and I tasted it and it was honey ham be careful when you buying something that you check to make sure they gave you exactly what you asked for

Tom Thumb was open during winter storm Uri, when many other businesses were closed. Thanks to Tom Thumb and its staff my family had drinkable water at home, and basic food staples which otherwise we wouldnt have had during the full week when we didnt have electricity or water in our apartment. Thank you!

They were somethings on the shelf that were expired or either what what was on sale was already cleared out. The employees in the front are always working hard and as fast as they can. Im assuming they dont restock the shelves until after hours because Ive went at different hours and I never see employees on the sales floor.

I found the candy and tomato basil soup I had been searching for all over Irving and other cities. The prices were reasonable service was great. Never had a negative experience at Tom Thumb.

Organized and clean location. Several products with green clearance stickers though Im not sure if that means theyve been left out and then returned to the shelf? Helpful employees. Unfortunately no enforcement with one way isles or face masks. Saw many not following and no employees cared.

Still a great place to shop. Used to live near here 30 years ago. All I miss from this Tom Thumb is the baby grand piano they used to have someone playing as you entered the store and to the left. !

They have fantastic deals all the time and the employees are always willing to help.

It was extremely busy with few lines open. However Emma did a great job to get me in and out as fast as possible. One of the main reasons I go to tom thumb over walmart is the easiness to get in and out but this place seems to forget we go there for the convenience.

Love this store, usually has everything in stock. Previous to corona during this time they have a man playing Christmas music on a piano and hes dressed up. Cant wait for things to get better to see that again.

Staff is spectacular. Theyre out of my favorite beer on occasion...but that changes day to day. I always see them wiping down baskets and cards as I enter. These folks are on the front lines of consumerism and I applaud them for sticking with it. Also...you cant beat the weekly deals here if youre a rewards member...I mean...have you seen some of the prices on shrimp and chicken lately? Wait...scratch that...dont buy all of my cheap chicken and shrimp.

Came to purchase fried catfish in the deli, was told store had not received a shipment. Second time in 30 days.

I was accused of stealing a few months ago. When I go check my items the cashier and the clerk having unprofessional conversations. If there was another store near me I would drive to that.

Fabulous place to shop. Shelves are stocked and there are always people available to help you find what you need. My neighbor and I went at 8 oclock to Albertsons by our homes. We couldnt find items needed and shelves were empty and no one was available to help us. We left Albertsons and went to Tom Thumb to do our shopping. Thank you so much, Tom Thumb

He was really nice black man and was worrying his boss,who just turned the corner would be mad. I gave the white boss a look like, please leave him alone. He was being a good human being. Is wierd that generosity and kindness is frowned upon at TonThumb.
