Our door would not open and was stuck, so I called them and they provided expert garage door repair service to open it. The tech had a difficult job but he worked really well and the problem was resolved quickly in Irving.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX ANYTHING*** Terrible horrible service. Incompetent. Rude. Negligent. Called this Zomma service on Super Bowl Sunday and got the technician Nathan to come to our building to fix the door. Our door could close 95% of the way and needed some drum/wire alignment to get it to be aligned correctly to seal all the way. At first he looked at the standard commercial grade opener and couldnt figure out how to simply release the door with the chains hanging down-I should have fired him them and gone on to the next. Three hours later and $800 poorer I regret this so terribly. Unfortunately I was patient and gave him a chance to proceed. Nathan immediately started violently yanking on our 15ft commercial door to try to get the door aligned from a slight tap we had with a machine in the warehouse. After seeing that not working, he yanked at the release chain (after I showed him thats how you release the door) and caused it to be stuck. He then got up on a ladder and pulled on the chains some more, causing the left wire to become detached from the drum, forcing the door to be permanently stuck in the midway position. Then the worst part came that every home owner/business owner fears: He made the problem worse! Nathan then wrenching on the drum tightening something 20 feet in the air on a huge ladder that I had to hold because he was afraid of heights. Go figure-a commercial garage door repair man afraid of heights? So then after fooling around with shaking the door, breaking the chain release then freezing the door with the cable taken off, he then proceeds to over tighten the drum which I found out later caused the shaft to break on the garage door. As all this is unfolding, I see him on our cameras on the phone to his supervisor and another company admitting he screwed up and then bailing on me telling me another company is coming out to properly fix the problem, which they did. Our audio picked up him saying he think he broke it, and he later admitted that he couldnt fix the door. I told him numerous times I wasnt comfortable with him making our problem worse than it was to start with and he assured me he would stay till the problem got fixed. Later he slithered out of the building and took off in his truck quickly and left me hanging in windy cold weather with my door worse off, and open stuck for another company to come and try to fix it. He claimed he would pay for the service call for the other company to fix it, but of course just like on me, he bailed on that claiming they did nothing wrong. I fully intend on getting an attorney or small claims court involved in this as the other company showed me how he broke the door and made it worse. Actually a competitor company came and fixed it. What should have been a $100-$200 fix, ended up costing $800 to fix because they made the problem even worse then it was. Youll see the pictures below of before and after and how he left us stranded in the cold with a broken door that HE made worse. Save yourself time frustration and money and do not call them!!!

At 827am, received a call from Nathan, stating hed be there in about 20 min. He showed up on time and was very pleasant in person as well. Did a great job on the repair. He even pointed out how an error by a previous repair company led to the current problem. He replaced all damaged parts with the right parts and now the door works great. Nathan was fantastic. I appreciated it and told him tomorrow morning was fine. He quickly fixed the door and then inspected my door, and oiled the components . The cables were weakened, snagging and shredding. He told me I could wait until they snap or replace now. Nathan offered to replace both cables for a nominal amount which I accepted. Very trustworthy. Nathan even took the time to bend parts of the metal door so you could barely tell I was a bone head and backed into the door, knocking some rollers off track. Highly recommend. At the end of the route, I came to realize these guys are just scammers - high price and pork quality of work.
