You go to QT for the drinks!!!!! Buttttt you find that the machines are not working properly. SMH!

I came into that store last night...about to get me a cup of ice until I seen a roach on the counter....that really turned my stomach & made me feel disgusted. My First & Last time coming in there...That was just NASTY🙄...I definitely want be back.

Worst chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich I had. Chicken was smelling, everything was mushed on one side of sandwich, and there was no ranch. Worst!!

I remember why I stopped going to Qt after I went up thefe early this morning to get some their fresh pastries, and they were still sitting in bins in the middle of the isle. It was around 2:35 a.m. when I asked the clerk about the pastries, and he looked at his watch and said that he would put them out at 3 oclock. Their customer service is horrible. They never go out of their way to appease the customer. I would have been glad to get what I need and placed the lid back on the bin, but that was never an option. I guess from now on I will remember why I stopped coming hefe, and go down to Race Trac where their customer service reps. always seem to go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Its 11:45 pm, n theres only one cashier at the store. ..no one to help him out. ..at least should be 2 people till 12 or 12:30 ..if I was working. ..I couldnt do it myself

Clean gas pumps, ALL fountiin and tea machine worked, everyone friendly and same people so they knew you.I gldo uber so i go there every day.For over a month; pumps has bird drippings, fruit punch Gareraid in out 90% of the time, tea is old or broke and diffrent people every day few know what the are doing.I am going down the road to race track

Ive never had a bad experience here, not sure why some people gave them a low review! If you jave any complaints at all they will help you. Tommy P. is awesome and needs a raise for how fast he worked the register tonight. The rootbeer was out of order, and after hearing so, comped my drink without any prompt. (I wasnt going to say anything, the guy behind my mentioned it.) 4 stars only because I run into the drink problem a little to often.

Why are quick trips always out of Dr pepper?

Qt workers are did a good Job. Some of your customers was rude and disrespectful some of them. It take a long time to get people orders from the kitchen. The night needs to be watched sometimes her attitude is so so.

Always have what I want. Its a pretty easy place to access and very noticable from the road. The facility has multiple pumping stations I didnt do a full pump count but I believe they have at least 16. They also have a tire air machine. The parking lot and building are in good repair. During the day they serve breakfast food and pizza. There isnt anywhere to sit its just grab and go food. They have typical gas station food like hotdogs but they also have a salad and sandwich bar with pre made items which is pretty good. I get doughnuts from here a lot theyre ok but I cant complain when doughnut searching at 3 a.m. My favorite thing in the store is the slushy coffee machines.

The kid working the kitchen Saturday morning was so rude and when asked if he could help with ordering food on the screen he said no that that was not his job and turned his back and continued with his job.

I always stop by here in the morning great place the reason why I’m not giving the 5 star there’s a Hispanic guy that works there around 24 yrs old with his hair back, his always with a attitude and helping out but always grumpy they don’t need people like that!!

First time to be at a QT with low supplies, especially at lunchtime. Low on buns, straws and napkins. Most mustard bottles were close to empty, extras for hot dogs not replenished. Not up to QT standards.

You guys need put more attention to clean included restrooms...

We love the tea here. Only complaint is that it is always super crowded and sometimes we dont stop here due to this.

Thanks for the dry sandwich, dick. Maybe you didnt put the condiments I carried to counter in the bag with my sandwich because you thought I was just bringing them to your attention for some reason. This sandwich is so f**king dry.

The store manager tried to call my company number on the side of my van and report me for buying beer. I didnt know grown men buying a beer was such a huge problem for the manager.

Their quality to the client has dropped considerably, they are not very cordial and without a mask it seems to me a lack of respect, when most of the clients are using it.
