Dr. Bryan is great! Went next door and Brian found the glasses I wanted immediately and helped me with my insurance. He is awesome! I recommend this place to everyone.Thank you Brian for your patience and fabulous customer service.

I went to pearl vision in Irving, Texas today after not being able to see for a week due to losing my glasses on the plane and they were so swift in getting me a new pair. It usually takes a couple of days to get a replacement but I was able to get it same day. I also noticed how diligent they were in cleaning the area after each customer which is really important to me (especially during covid). I tried on at least 30 different frames and they took them straight to the back to clean without complaining or making me feel burdensome. The staff was also incredibly nice and helped me choose a frame suited my face. I will definitely be coming again. If you go ask for Brian- he will take care of you!

We were able to get a same-day appointment, and had so much fun trying on glasses. Even though each pair had to be set aside to be cleaned after my daughter tried them on, the sales associate encouraged my daughter to try as many as she wanted until she found the perfect pair. Our insurance was a bit challenging, but they kept at it and my daughter walked out with a new pair of glasses the same day! Price may be higher than a few places, but the quality and knowledge you get with Pearle is worth it. We wont trust our eyes to anyone else!!

This is my place to go. Since the first time I walked in,Brian was very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to different choices on glasses and other options. This last time I had to get a new pair since my previous glasses broke. I was able to walk out with a new pair thanks to Brian. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Very fast, friendly, and welcoming staff. The doctor uses the best equipment and takes the time to review everything you need to know without over analysis, which can be boring to general public. :) Fantastic experience!!

I have been here 2 years in a row now and I love it. Completing the eye exam and picking out a frame is a breeze compared to what I had to put up with at Americas Best across the street. They are much more personable and willing to do whatever it takes to help you get what you need. Defenantly recomend this place!

I had to get new glasses and my wife wasn’t available, and I don’t know much about getting glasses and styles since I wear my contacts more. Brian was very knowledgeable and they had good tips for glasses Styles for men with prescriptions close to -10. They were on time with what they told me and helped adjust and fit to my head when I picked them up. 100% pleased and will come back next time!

My glasses came with one lens blue coated and another lens not. I think they knew, but I am inexperienced with glasses and didnt notice until after the warranty expired. The non-blue lens also got scratches very easily and it made my eye hurt wear them.

I had great customer service from some great people. Had scratched lenses from another company... and they were super helpful. They took their time with me, answered my questions, and didnt put any pressure on me. When Im ready... Ill be back! THANKS AGAIN!

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff! I was here on business and broke my frame. The staff was able to get my Rx from the Pearle in FL. I worked with Marlene, who patiently sat with me as I tried to figure out what glasses I would be happy with since my old frame was no longer available. I would definitely come back to this Pearle!

I only ordered contacts from this location because its right next door to Dr. Bryan. I wouldve gave this location a 1 star but I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Bryan. I dont remember the gentlemens name but he was Caucasian, tall and hair shoulder length that was back in a ponytail. I told him I had insurance and wanted to place an order for contacts. Somehow he rung me up to pay a substantial amount that was out of the norm. Keep in mind I get the same brand and number to contacts every year. When I questioned the final cost he kept deflecting the question and saying this was the amount I had to pay. The manager overheard the conversation and corrected the calculation. The employee didnt apologize or look my way. The location is in a urban area so not sure if they have a lot of customers that would challenge the employee on the final bill. Honestly it felt like he was trying to swindle me in to paying a high price for contacts. Worse experience ever and wont be going here anyone and I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

There was just two girls working there and I wanted some lenses only. They gave me two prices hand written on a scrap piece of paper. I said the doctor next door recommended Essilor XD lenses. they did not know what to do and said they would need to call their manger on Monday. I was a cash paying customer they let walk out the door. They clearly were only interested in selling some frames, not lenses.

The guy that helped me was very unprofessional I have never had a issue ordering contacts in my life. My doctor gave me an electronic prescription that I presented. The guy tells me it doesnt look like a real prescription as if I made it up and that should have been my first sign to just leave. If anything that should have never came out of his mouth and he should have just called the doctor for verification because the number was on the paper. He also quoted me wrong on my order and every other place I checked the prices were way cheaper than what he quoted me. I also sat in front of this guy and he took my information down wrong and has the nerve to tell me I gave him the wrong dam phone number that I have been having for more than 10 years. I have been waiting for my contacts to come in and find out a week later they were never ordered. I will not be doing business at this location ever again in my life. This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had and I feel like I was mistreated and Im trying to figure out what I did wrong to the guy. The lady was nice but this guy that helped me was trashy.

A few days ago I I visited this location, I was greeted by a girl in the front she walked me through the whole the process to look at some frames I noticed as she was bringing the frames she had chosen for me the heavy set guy who was in the front was looking at me in a suspicious way I felt very uncomfortable as if he was racially profiling me since I noticed he wasn’t doing it to anyone else, That’s when i decided to walk out and I rated less if I could.

I would not recommend the Hardware store for getting frames etc to Anyone. Their Next door eye check-up is really good. However, I got a pair of Oakley from the shop, it is obviously an expensive and a good brand .. been having it for about 6 months, I started noticing the frames were having some bubble in the front and eventually peeling off. As per the manager at this location, they do NOT cover 100% warranty and only 70% , it would end up costing me similar to what Id initially paid for the new one - apparently there is some change in Warranty now ( very unhelpful since before I bought this, I was told that such manufacturing damages would be covered at no cost) . This was a very bad experience and would not recommend to a family or friend to buy a hardware from this location at all!

Once you go in they will answer any question you have. They are very helpful with anything you need. So the customer service is great!

I stopped by on a Saturday with no appointment. The doctor was available to see me. Everyone including the doctor was extremely sweet and very helpful.

I went in today to browse through their frames and to ask some questions. There was a woman who approached us to help, she was fairly helpful. I asked her if prices were the same at all the locations, she said no. She told me they were independent franchises, and the owner sets the prices. I inquired some more about it and she got a little defensive, which I understand. I mainly went in to ask some questions, since my friend got ripped off at another location. I didnt really like the vibe that I got from the woman, from the moment I walked in, but granted I was going in to ask some hard questions. I personally will never do business with this company in general. Im sure the staff is nice, but their practices are absurd....my friend was charged $129 over the suggested manufacturers price, so yea, just buy online or find another company.

This place sucks rude smells bad not clean i walk in there and i wasted time no help.. the fat man was eatin food at the front desk ewwwww place was nasty..

Doctor is awesome and everyone is so nice and professional....

Filed my claim incorrectly! Filed my sons glasses under my name. Now my benefits are being denied and my other eye doctor is not getting paid. The insurance can fix this in just a few minutes but Pearle always says they’re too busy to talk to the insurance. Fix this!
