So if I could rate this with no stars I would but thats not possible. There was a bit of confusion since we went in and had a money order for $400 and $100 cash, total of $500 to put down on a used car. Now the sign on the door says they no longer accept cash, only money orders, checks, or similar forms of payment, but we worked through that with them; that wasnt the issue. The issue was that after going through the small selection of over-priced, high-miled, unprepared cars we found something that was decent enough to sign on and they didnt, or rather couldnt, deliver. After signing the paperwork and putting money down, we were told it would take the mechanic 2 1/2 hours to check the oil, water, etc and make sure everything was ready for us to drive off with THAT DAY. We looked inside and already knew there were small repairs to be made and had no problem waiting. They told us that they would give us a call when everything is done so we could pick up the car. After 3 hours, mind you they said 2 and 1/2 at first, WE call THEM. The person on the phone has absolutely no idea on the status of our car but is able to let us know the mechanic is out on his 30 minute lunch break. Thats great, its important to know employees are being well fed. However its also important to know where the car that we signed for with a legally binding agreement is. Anyway, two hours of time wasted on undependable, and unprofessional people later, once again WE CALL THEM. This time were told the car will need to be kept until the repairs are finished tomorrow. Im sorry, but when were YOU going to CONTACT US AND LET US KNOW THIS? After your operation is closed for the day? We tell them we cant really wait that long and need the car. We try and work things out, let them know we can bring it back that week on Thursday and they say OK. Apparently theres a store with a part they need to get for the car which was already closed so thats why we couldnt get the car that day. Lovely, nice to know that these things arent checked with some sort of inventory. We go back up to the place and inquire about the car, asking them what else needed to be done since obviously we werent getting something that was actually ready to be bought and driven off the lot that day. The owner gets mad; sweaty due to the calm confrontation potential buyers questioning his intentions and integrity. Offended, he slides the money back and threatens to call the cops. Needless to say, some words were exchanged and many of them not appropriate for the workplace. In the end we took our money and experience and went off to bigger and better things. This is a shady, unreliable operation with even shadier and more unreliable automobiles. Buy here if you dare, but make sure you have the number for Irving police (non emergency) ready on your phone since the owner, Emad Naser, will desperately want to call them but be unable to find the number.

This is the WORST place to get a car. They will tell you that they will fix your car if there its a problem with it, they lie. My transmission went out in my car and they said that it wasnt their job to fix it. I showed my paperwork from when i got the car stating that they had to fix it if i was still paying for it. Then they gave me a loaner car that broke down a week later and now they are demanding my car payment before I can have my car back, even though i havent had my car because its been in the shop for two weeks.
