Canon- Why do you force people to sit on the phone for hours for technical support? I can only imagine your phone bill. Its been like this for months your hold time is expected to be greater than one hour....please enjoy our hold music while we hold you hostage at your desk in case we do answer earlier. Your call volume is obviously high, why not hire more techs or join the 21st century and provide the option to leave a number for callback? At this point Ive wasted literally 12 hrs of my life listening to your jazzy hold music.

Ones of the worst place to delivery...!! They dont have space and nor receiving persons, but they wont tell you, they make you waited for 4-5 hrs. AND THEY LIED !!
