Pathetic owner. Filthy grocery store. i have been here for several times, always noticed rotten fruits and veggies, age old groceries and price is 40% - 50% higher than nearby Indian stores. Common sense, why would someone spend so much money and gets filthy food. Neither owner nor staff, nobody wears face mask.

Awesome Indian Restaurant to dine-inn for wide range of Indian breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As for the cafe, food is decent but customer service is really poor. At times, you will see 2-3 people behind the counter, talking on phone or chatting with each other, ignoring customers in front of them. As for grocery, some of the items look like they were being on the self for too long. There are other Indian grocery stores close by that have much better turnover and will offer you fresh stocks.

Nice place! The serving size is big & sufficient and the prices are very reasonable. The food tasted good, staffs were courteous and place was good. Do try egg bonda, found it to be exceptionally good. The cafe entry is the extreme corner door or can be entered from inside the supermarket as well. I went in noon and though the sign on door says open I found it little confusing as from outside it was looking little dark inside. So wanted to tell, don’t get confused like me ;) the place was great and food really was good. Total thumbs up!!!

I went to get Ganesh Chaturthi pooja samgri and murthi from the store and to my surprise, they had everything that I need, well packaged and bundled together. Did not miss a single stuff.. Thanks to the store owners!

I went there to buy some curries and the menu made me eat pesarattu which is a bliss and the curries are also tasty.

Brilliant breakfast place! All the items are priced pretty low and worth every penny. The Dosa here is too good, you guys better not miss it! JUST TOO GOOD !

Food is authentic and tastes good. Quantity, verity is good and price is reasonable. Place is connected with an Indian grocery store so it is convenient as well. For a South Indian restaurant, it is annoying and a complete turnoff when if asked for extra sambhar or chutney you are being asked to pay. If it wasnt for service value and extra money issue, would have given them 4 stars.

Mostly I come here for snacks at cafe. Amazing snacks but the place is always crowded by smokers. Funny thing is owner himself smokes right under the no smoking board and this promotes the smoking culture. I’m tired of second hand smoking. Their food is not that worth after all risking my health.

Either they lack space to store groceries or just not managing the space very well. We didnt find key grocery items that we normally get in the India bazaar.

This place has authentic south indian food. The staff is really sweet and friendly. The non veg items is halal which is great.

Love SaRiGaMaI! i Like the store and the products offered. I can get 90 percent of my groceries there. Prices are usually less than any where else on quality products. Because of COVID they have Curbside pickup option which is good for everyone. we just have to place order online and they will bring all your groceries to your car....Finally i loved the service.

I gotta give this place a 5star! Not sure if it is underrated but I love it. Try their curries specially daal and chicken curry , hands down the best. It’s nothing like a simple homemade meal with not too much spice and drama. So plain and good! Also the mutton biryani was good. All are priced so so reasonable... and OMG they have awesome and filling FRESH breakfast ever. Love it !! My goto - no brainer !

I love this store! All the things in this store are fresh and delicious! If youre looking for high quality groceries, then this is your best choice! Only thing is that some things are costly otherwise very great!

Age old biryani and rotten masala in Dosas are their Specials.There is no point in making prices affordable when they dont serve fresh food. I faced this problem couple of times here.

Good store for all indian groceries. Vegetables are fresh all week and much more varieties available. All kind of flowers available for festival. Employees are well behaved and respectful towards customers. Overall it is a good place to shop.

Horrible food + nasty environment

I have worst experience from this store many times. The prices are too high as compare to other stores and when festival comes like diwali, ganpati, durga puja the price of flowers or any pooja accessories is so high that we come to conclusion...he just fool people and taking benefits of peoples emotions towards God.

The prices here are too high for convenience. Groceries stores are not in the immediate area. I went in to get some butter and it was $8. That’s double what you would pay at any local supermarket. Today was my first time going in, and it will be my last.

They don’t have price tags for their items. I asked the clerk on why we don’t have price tags but he goes it’s just to tiring to change the price every week. Smh !!

Impressive staff, Great hospitality. I bought flowers from this store and I couldn’t be more happier about how fresh it was. I’m impressed with their dedication to serve the community even during the pandemic.

Very good food. My first time eating Indian food. Spicy but not like jalapenos. The people were so nice at the counter. My husband had the buffet and loved everything. I ate off of the snack area and enjoyed the potato wrapped thingy. It had lots of spices and was very good. I also got a fried bread that was good and a sweet that is in the photo.

Tasty Food, Neatly maintained place, Reasonable prices and a great collection of Indian Groceries. This is a place which serves awesome veg and non veg biriyanis. The chicken pulao is classic. Definitely a must try spot.

You cannot maintain social distancing even if you are the only customer in this store. It is so tiny and cramped and crowded. They do not even have a cart because you cannot push a cart inside this store. They have 4-5 shopping baskets for which you will have to stand in line to get in the first place. They have very few brands and they are all things I have never heard of before.

Large store with great produce and lots of variety. I always find what I’m looking for.

Great food and some of the best biryanis Ive had in a very long time. Their Gongura Chicken Biryani is A MUST TRY!!! Menu is priced well and more importantly, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have snacks available to compliment their casual setting and also have a grocery store connected to pickup groceries while youre there. Will definitely be going there more often from now on.

Great food at the cafe. The market is the true star attraction. I have been searching for a place where I can get all of the authentic essential ingredients for making Indian food at home. This place has everything you could possibly imagine needing to make great Indian cuisine at your home. So glad I found it.

I have been visiting the SaRiGaMa Indian Cafe since 2009 and the service is going from bad to worse off late. Over the last few days:- The staff at the counter is confused about the discounts (10%, Cash, Card, Taxes included/excluded etc).- This place has all the possibilities of being a COVID spreader as there is no social distancing inside, nor is mask mandated for those who are entering. And the door handle needs to be touched no matter what.- The staff at the counter would do better with an hours customer service training. They strangely stare at you and maybe, have been trained to judge, respond and sell.I would be very hesitant to go there myself again or with a female family member.

This place was good, but now-a-days getting bad especially during this pandemic situation. The groceries are way over priced now-a-days. i bought a idly rice bag which usually sold 13.99 $ was now 23 $ here. Not only this mostly all the products they sell now is over priced. This ppl using the situation and selling the items for more profit. people should feel shame on using this kind of situation. I know if it cheap ppl buy many items and stock but you should limit the no of items to solve that problem, not selling the items way over priced. I know many of my friends who buy from this store now most of them not happy when they spoke to me. American stores are genuine and good when compared to this kind of Indian shops in current situation.

I would not recommend this store. One of the worst store in Irving. Almost all the items dont have the price tags. Prices are very very high. Its more than 50% higher than the other stores.They are selling 5 small roses for $5.

We ordered Deer Biriyani to try it for the first time and we had a horrible experience..Guys at the counter didnt ask whether we need less , medium or spicy..After sometime we got our food and when we started eating, it was very very spicy and meat had more salt.. We have to drop everything in garbage..Not every customer will be eating spicy food before taking the order we should have been said about the spiciness in the dish that we would get accordingly we could have ordered..Hospitality at this restaurant is not good..Not a recommended place for good food..

Ive been coming to this place for almost 5 years now. I dont know what happened but recently, the service has been declining at a frightening pace. The employees are not even bothered to make an effort these days. The girl at the counter literally seemed angry that we came in because she was on her phone (not the business one). There were 2 people there when we came in and she still acted as if she was swamped with customers.Note to owners: Please make sure your cashier who is the face of the business has well-known customer service.No complaints on the food, just the service !

This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for fair rates. Regularly neat and with good atmosphere. Will come back again.

I would not recommend this store. One of the worst store in Irving. This is a small grocery store with little choices. Almost all the items dont have the price tags. Prices are very high. Even after asking to put the price tag several times, they dont bother to put it. You come to know the price of item during billing and you dont have choice other than buying as you already wasted your time to select. Its more than 40% higher than the other stores.

I bought naatu kodi chicken from this place. only after going home and when we started cooking I realized that it was not even cleaned properly in the first place. I wish I could post that pic here. Chicken pieces were looking so disgusting.

Visited the cafe and this is a go to place for homely food.They’ve got simple Thali’s which would be the best deal for weekday dinners or lunch. Their snack counters reminded me the roadside snacks and sweets back in India.

Recently I ordered groceries through WhatsApp for Crubside Pickup, Most of the items was unmatched and low quality products, but they charged double prices for all the items, Due to this pandemic Situation they catch business to blame customers, I totally unhappy with their service.

Small place to eat but their staff is great. We were a party of 20 and needed an south Indian breakfast and this was the only place open at 10 am. They did their best to accommodate us and our orders. Made sure everyone was satisfied with their order. Great job !!

The reason I love this restaurant is it has breakfast. You can either go for buffet or order food. The food is fresh and home made. Whenever i get a chance to visit Irving, I stop by here for a quick byte.

Friendly staff, helped me to understand how the cafe worked [as it was my first time there and I was lost with the menu.] I was able to sample a few amazing dishes before deciding on a curry. Their tea is some of the best I have ever had & was rather inexpensive.

The sell 3 curries for 11 something, which is comparatively cheaper. Their grocery store is ok, not so great ; they sell essential Indian grocery stuff. Their restaurant cater both veg, non-veg food. Taste is good, occasionally spicy.

There the lunch buffet is good in terms of taste.But the ambience is very bad.Even to refill an item, they take much more time than expected.Good for college students.

The sweets are very good. The inside is nicely decorated. There are rails and a 2 set of stairs that makes for a nice skate spot.

I am a frequent customer of Sarigama for last couple of years. I have seen a tremendous improvement in the quality of food last few months. Their curry combo is the best. Having a grocery store right next door is very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone missing homemade food from Andhra!! :)

I could have give less than oneOne of the worse India restaurants, they don’t know how to treat customers, I went couple of times , when I ordered goat biryani, gave me chicken biryani then I called them asked to refund , they told me that they will refund but when I approach next day , these guys played excellent job. Really very bad experience.And also one more time, we ordered punugulu snacks , they did not heat it up, its taken it from refrigerator. When we asked them the same , replied very recklessly 😥😥

I miss going to this place, me and my friends used to visit here almost everyday. Everything is a Desi feel here, the snacks, the environment, the hospitality all feels like you are back in India.

Decent food. Probably on a busy day if I dont want to go too far for food I would go there. The supermarket has good Vegetables but heard from someone that they are comparatively costlier than elsewhere.

The supermarket is well stocked and you will find most of the basic Indian grocery items here. The snacks at the cafe are ok but not great.

We ordered two veg biryanis and they were not tasty and good quality. It seems they served us the biryanis that were cooked long ago. They should have told about it upfront so that we would not have ordered them. We would not return to this place again. We had a very bad experience there. Also, the food was very less compared with the price we paid for the food. Didnt fill our stomach fully.

Went in to pick up a pack of naan. It wasnt even 10pm and doors werent locked either. The cashier who was on the register said we are closed. Poor customer service

The food is OK one day and the next day will be total wack. Same menu item but the food is cooked differently with different recipe. Save your money people. The worst experience! Took my 10m lo & 6.5 yrs for dinner by walk as it’s close to my place. Asked for high chair, they said no high chair🙄.Asked for buffet, she got 2plates with some oily rice & uncooked steamed long grain rice from inside. Asked to serve curries(unlimited😑) we couldn’t not eat anything as I had to carry my lo & eat...now I can’t tell u how horrible was the taste of curries!!! At last I gave my card & asked if they serve desert, they said ya we give jilebi. I said whatever u give can u pack as I am not able to eat holding my son...she rudely responded we cant give home as its buffet & u already know we don’t have high chair, why did u eat then? my question is if it’s buffet y rice & desert is not on the counter? & why don’t u have basic things in ur restaurant. The lady is rude! She tells me about buffet & rules, lol as if she know how it’s served!!! Plz don’t waste ur money for this food! I am never going going there again😏

We had the buffet dinner here and had worst experience. Food taste was worst. Also it was not meant to say buffet. They didt have as a perfect buffet. I dont recommend anyone to go here for buffet.
