My wife and I have been looking everywhere for Elderberry wine, not only did this place have it, but they had a TON of other selections as well. The customer service was amazing, and you even get a chance to taste the wines and other liquors before you purchase them. The staff was very knowledgeable of their merchandise as well. Overall great experience.

Went in for vodka today and spoke to a gentleman named Mark promoting a Texas vodka. Greenhouse Vodka is Organic and made in small batch in Houston. This product is truly hi grade and very smooth, I am excited to try the flavored options soon. This is a very green company and the paper hang tag on every bottle can be planted as is and it actually grows a flower. See the flavor list in the photos. Super cool concept and great product.

This store is super nice. Huge selection and the wines, beer, liquor, etc... all arranged very well. Theyve recently added more hard seltzer choices. Back wall has a great selection of individual refrigerated canned and bottled drinks.Need help...a team member is close by and has always been very helpful. Today, a vendor was stocking a shelf and was willimg to get off his ladder and run to find someone who could help us.

Definitely a stable, they have great variability at fair prices. They often allow you to sample some of the product and Kevin seems to be the best representative becuause he doesnt judge. The people who are allowed in to advertise have over looked me and my minority friends time and time again as if we could not be fans of wine or other alcohols. I think its a bad business strategy to exclude but I unfortunately have felt excluded from some of the sale reps with free samples based on the group I come in with which is only saddening. If your goal is to push product then offer the product equally among all potential clients. At the end of the day as a store it has plenty of variety and definitely has competitive prices. Just please have your local sales reps equally preach to all potential clients definitely have seen preferential treatment based on who I went to the store with.

Big mall for liquors... It hosts all types of spirits, beers, wines here. From cheap to very costly, from less popular to famous, you can get everything. It is heaven for regular drinkers.The arrangement of liquors is very systematic and it is treat to watch all the bottles. They also offer membership here which will give points for every purchase.A must visit for alcohol lovers....

Awesome store with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. They have great standards and some rare collections.Most of the members of their staff are well trained, well-mannered and efficient.Their restroom is well taken care of most of the time.Checkout is very easy, even easier if you are registered. They make ordering very fast with a wide range of delivery /curbside pickups. Life couldnt be easier. Will definitely recommend.

Friendly and courteous staff. I had never stepped foot inside, I usually order online through the app, and do curbside pick up. My husband did some tequila añejo testing. The man, I didn’t ask for his name. Sorry. But he was very friendly, knowledgeable and he enjoyed savoring different tequilas he’d never had.

I have visited this place during my visit to Dallas TX on 27Nov2019. I have purchased 1.75 MacleanWhiskey@130$. This outlet has very huge range of varieties include Wine, whiskey, BEER, scotch, vodka, Taquila, Rum, Gin etc... This is very big shop. Sales also high. People who work here are customer friendly. I haven’t get bubble wrapper for my Scotch whiskey. I have carried it barely as it is.

Very good store, like all the Total Wine stores, but the service I got today was exceptional. The 2 managers at Customer Service (at 1 pm on 2/10/2021) bent over backwards to find the wine I wanted, and gave me great advice for an additional bottle to taste. Highly recommended.

Great selection. Online order and curbside pickup works smoothly. I have bought from this location at least half a dozen times at this point and my order has always been ready at the promised time and has always been perfectly accurate.

The best liquor store in the area. No one will match the selection and overall pricing. Its easy to get a bit lost but there always seems to be a helpful associate around with great broad knowledge.

Im a stickler for details and happened to pick this up in the bourbon section: bottles at different price points are scattered about, meaning that the expensive stuff is not necessarily on the top shelf and the lower-priced items on the lower shelves. Its all mixed together. Its a nice touch since it forces one to look around and perhaps land on something one might not normally notice or try.

In the center of Irving, this is the most famous liquor store. the choices it has is great. They even have a variety of liquor based on the countries. Nice staff and they are always there to help you in making the selection as well as to help you understand the types of liquor and beer you want to be based on your need. The beer section is also huge and lots of options available there. Huge sections of wine from different countries and with different varieties. Also, they have huge sales most of the time. In general, if you want to explore different liquor and if you are in Irving city then this is the best choice for you for shopping.

Never able to leave empty handed or less than 100 bucks, but for good reasons. Many times I can get things here other outlets cant provide. Usually I order online and pick up on my way somewhere. Only problem I have with TW&M is there are no stores in Nebraska and they dont ship to me, either. Lets change that already!!!

Great place to find all your party favourite needs large liquor and wine selection

Total Wine has an awesome collection of wine, spirits and beer. If youre ever in the mood to try something outside your comfort zone, alcohol-wise. Total Wine is a safe place to dip your toe in. I accidentally discovered Shōchū, when I was looking for Soju. In other words, the options there are vast, and you never know what surprises you might find and learn from.

Always fun to look around.

Pretty good selection. I was mainly looking for bourbon for a tasting, and they had 3 of the brands I was looking for. Prices are decent. (Case of Bud Light for $22.99... same as the Reward Card price at Tom Thumb.) They have a really good selection of minis. Great for adult stocking stuffers!

Wish they had more choices for Samuel Adams beer. There are several that are the time of the season beers and they dont carry them. Like Porch Rocker. I hope they will carry Cold Snap when the fall season comes. That one tastes so good. Otherwise, it is a good store, looked like they had plenty of wine to choose from and different liquors of your choice. There is literally an $11,000 both of Whiskey if memory serves me right that has been aged 45 years. Crazy right? Prices are reasonable.
