I needed a mattress to aide in a better sleep for my lower back problems. Daniel was extremely helpful, explained the sleep system analysis and made sure that all questions were answered in order to find the right fit. He was patient, cared about my end result and continued to give suggestions while I narrowed my decision. It was very relaxed and I never felt any pressure to buy any particular mattress. I did purchase a Luxuria mattress and got a free adjustable base with the special that was being advertised. Daniel was great and I loved his personality!!

I absolutely love love love my mattress! I can raise the feet and head, vibrate myself to sleep, it’s wonderful. The sales manager was so helpful, gave me a great discount. Great experience. I dreaded asking delivery dates, but it was a two day wait. The delivery guys came exactly when they said, then maneuved a horrid tight staircase, no scratches, set everything up exactly the way I wanted. Very pleased !!!

Talk about amazing customer service!! My wife and I stopped in to shop for pillows. Upon entrance, we were immediately greeted by Austin, who also assisted us with our transaction. Although relatively new, Austin was pretty knowledgeable and an excellent sales associate. He made some grrat recommendations for pillows based on sleeping styles and got us a great price on the pillows. On a side note, if youre a foodie like I am, be sure to spark that conversation with Austin. He will provide some great recommendations in the Dallas/Irving area. David also helped with the purchase and recommendations of pillows. Both were great and we were very pleased with the attentive and informative service we received. Highly recommend this location!

We are extremely satisfied with the whole experience of owning a new bed! Me & my fiancé are usually skeptical going into mattress stores because we are either bombarded with sales pitches or are no help at all, but we were so lucky to walk into this Sleep Experts. Dan was very very helpful! He showed us the “find your type of mattress” & let us try them out. After many trial & errors, he worked with us to find a mattress that turned out to be the one! We came in browsing for a mattress & came out with everything we needed and more! The best thing about it is that Dan made sure we were able to afford everything and helping us find what was best & what we did/didn’t need. We got our whole setup yesterday, first thing in the morning for our move-in day. Delivery guys were fast & efficient. And after a long day’s work, the bed had us sleeping on cloud 9. Will definitely be recommending everyone who’s looking for an easy process.

They sold us the wrong mattress and when we called to cancel the order in less than 24 hours, their system wont let it cancel. Unbelievable! I dont recommend this place.

TLDR:They let you lay on a specialized mattress to see your preferences.Found the perfect mattress from their cheap section for my back problems, got a cheap deal as well.They were willing to hold my mattress due to me jumping apartments due to hidden bed bugs discovery.(I think they prefer you delay it or even cancel it, or else returning it would ruin their entire stock)I got my first job so I moved down to Dallas, and honestly was looking for a good place to find the right bed.The male employee was professional, kind and not forceful.I bought a bed here 2 years ago, I was often suffering from back pain from my previous mattresses, which I could only remedy with either a pillow or very loose springed mattress. The employee took me through the steps to find out where on my body needs support and found that I needed a mattress with more back support. He took me through several samples and I found the mattress that I have now used for 2 years with proper good sleep. They offer a variety of mattresses and price range with additional functions like electric bed frame.Spent $400-800(I forgot how much, but I dont regret it one bit) for a queen sized of one of their cheaper mattresses(from the cheap section), and rejected the extra addons.I only regret not getting the electric bedframe, since I am now converting my bedroom into a small indoor cinema. I am possibly looking to go back to buy a pillow there, since my last purchase was strike! Though I remember if they have a huge selection on pillows.Later that day when I returned to my newly moved in apartment at night and we realized there was a bedbug infestation. Which caused me to immediately terminate the lease, and get stuck without a apartment for a few days. Called this place up and they were willing to hold the mattress for me, until I found a new apartment.I also came to discover how much they dread bedbugs...
