Had an issue earlier but I received a call from them wanting to know the issue and how they can solve it, which I truly respect.I did have a slight issue that made me upset which was the receptionist not telling me the insurance check doesn’t have to be given right away. I realized after I checked in that I forgot the check at home. I told her I’m going to go get it and I’ll be back in an hour. Went all the way there and came back for the tech to tell me I didn’t even need it right now. Haha not too upset though because it is my fault I forgot it but wish she saved me the extra unnecessary trip.Overall, 4/5 stars. The last start I’m waiting to give depending on the process and quality of my vehicles repair. So far into the process, I’d say I’m satisfied.

I am a perfectionist. Took my car to caliber, they couldn’t fix my car after 3 tries. Took it to Ryan at Toyota Collision Center at Toyota of Irving and best decision of my life. Car was fixed in one week and it’s back to perfect. I only had 6000 miles on my 2021 and I can’t tell the difference from when I bought it brand new. Ryan is a perfectionist just like me and he will make sure you’re happy! I trust these guys with all my work!

They LOST my car. Never have I EVER taken my car for repairs and called to check on the status of the repairs and been told they don’t have a record of my vehicle. I gave my name, number, vin, insurance claim number and they said they couldn’t find a record of my car. I have to physically go to this location to find my own car and see if any work has been done. Never do I EVER intend on returning to this Toyota shop for ANYTHING. I rode to this dealership with my tow truck driver and got my rental from enterprise here but they don’t know about my car. Never. Ever. AGAIN.

I was recently in a collision and looking for a collision center. I happened to stumble upon Toyota of irving. On my visit I learned, not all Toyota dealers have an actual Toyota body shop. I also learned, not all Toyota body shops are certified by the Toyota manufacture After looking around I made my choice and entrusted my baby with Toyota of irving. Bernard the collision advisor was very knowledgeable and professional. Bernard did a great job meticulously reviewing my vehicle in order to restore it to pre-accident condition. Micheal the body tech also did and amazing job restoring my vehicle. Toyota of irving collision center went above and beyond the call of duty, in order to take care of me and my vehicle. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for collision repair services.

I chose this place for repairs after being involved in a car accident, they were able to get my brand new RAV4 looking really nice . Jesse was great to work with , he was informative and honest .

Our car was towed here for repair after an accident. After a couple days our insurance let us know it was a total loss. We came here today to clean anything out of the car we wanted to keep. Reyna at the front desk was VERY nice, happy, and eager to help. She looked us up and then we waited for someone to help us for about 4 minutes. The man that helped us was Jose and he was very nice as well. Actually everyone we encountered was super helpful!

Been here twice for two different mishaps. First time was when a rock hit my bumper and cut through the paint and damaged the actual bumper plastic. They did a wonderful job, and the production manager even complimented me on the car. Most recently, I was hit and the at-fault insurance covered all costs. Being I drive a Toyota, and they did such a great job the first time, I decided to go to them again. However, when I got my car back, the trunk was misaligned as well as the bumper and exhaust tips, the bumper had a small scratch, there was some form of clear spray on the interior windows, and my tint is now scratched up. They fixed the misaligned body parts and the scratch, but I didn’t realize the tint was scratched and the interior windows had some sort of spray on it. They did a wonderful job, it’s just a major inconvenience to me to have to find their mistakes and have them fix it. I really don’t feel like arguing with them about the tint or windows so I’m getting both of those fixed on my own dime.

Great Service and Repairs to my sons TOYOTA C-HR I would recommend it over any other body shops.

We were so disappointed with this center. The workmanship is very poor. Work quality and the quality of the products that they are using is sub standard. Very disappointing, we tried asking them to fix the problem, the tech said he would do it, the center director said there is no problem. Please don’t use this collision center if you can avoid it.

I always thought that in order to properly repair a car, I had to go to a car repair shop run by that car company, but I was wrong. I took my car to the Toyota collision center to replace the windshield. At first, they put the wrong windshield, not the windshield I chose. They corrected it again and replaced the windshield I chose, but there was a gap between the windshield and the car. A few days later, they corrected it again but there is still a gap I found.Perhaps the second time without re-correction of the windshield, the side was glued. Or, if the technician is not skilled enough to repair this small job.

If you have a choice, definitely dont make this place one of them. Took my car here for repairs and had to return several times for the same issues. My vehicle STILL isnt repaired properly. I just gave up with wasting my time returning to get repairs. Just riding around with a partially repaired car. Insurance insists I keep taking it back. NOPE! Im done.

40 days waiting on my truck to be fixed and they said i still got 14 more days to wait, over a month waiting on one back order part...All i hear is there is nothing they can do😒

I Dropped my car for estimate through the insurance . They called me week after saying it’s fixed when I didn’t even ask them to 😳. Well I was getting it fix anyways but that’s not the way how it works . front desk is useless they didn’t explain anything but said fill out the form which happen to be the authorization to repair which they never explained . Fill out the form that was their response when I entered no greet nothing . How am I suppose to know what I am filling out if the person for the customer services are just busy talking to each other . Well lesson learned never going back

This is the second vehicle that I have had repaired with Toyota Collision Center. The costumer service was great and the repair was perfect. If you have a Toyota and if you want the repair done right. Take your vehicle to them.

I cant believe this place is still open. I visited 6 times and I had to go other place to fix the issues. REALLY. Joke. I did waste hours going back and forth. Alignment not done, head light off, bumper sensor was stick inside and etc. Go ahead if you want to waste your time and money. Oh yeah I did waste time now but I really wanted to know others to not to waste more time.

They did a great repairing my vehicle, would highly recommend them.

Toyota is a super good vehicle but they have chosen very rare sellers and a seller named Omar Rodríguez is the biggest rat he stole a lot of money from the dg that bad boy bender

They are thieves when they put in the receipt that they put new parts and they fix those of the blow that the car had
