Coming from Europe and going to a number of other car dealers in Dallas and being disappointed with either the quality of the cars, the hidden fees involved or the overall impression of the dealerships, the owners Mohammed, his brother and their team with Karen and Mohammed-Jr. whom we met proved to be very different as they offer you the help you need without you feeling manipulated or pushed. Karen particularly patiently showed us around with considerable kindness. The quality of the cars we looked at were all great and we left with a KIA Sorento 2017 which turned out to be a good deal and a blessing for our family. I originally reviewed Precision Auto 3 stars. To my delight, my post prompted a call from Muhammad, the owner. We had a great conversation regarding my initial review and we both left that conversation with an understanding of one another.I have to express that when Muhammad called me he insisted that his intentions were not for me to change my review. He repeatedly (and politely) advised me that he did not care if I changed it. Rather, he wanted to assure I was satisfied with my vehicle and his service... after almost a year!Based on our conversation I feel that I did not give Precision Auto the chance to make things right before I initially reviewed them and I acknowledge that by changing my rating.I will also consider them in the future when Im in the market for a vehicle.

Good dealership in terms of having great luxury cars selection. However, they dont take trades very well, and their bank only approve loans if u dont have negative equity. Their bank also has credit score parameters which means if your credit is in 600s they wont loan you a vehicle loan, it needs to be in the 700s. With that much restriction I would probably find other dealerships who are willing to take your trade and help you out in getting approved even if your credit is not great.

Amazing collection of cars. First of all, let me tell you that I almost didnt go to this place because I knew they dealt with mostly insurance rebuilt cars. This was the fifth appointment I made and finally decided to go and I have to admit that it was probably the best decision I ever made in car buying process. I was looking for an Audi S5 for over a couple of months, I found one at Precision Autos at a very impressive price so I decided to go and check it out. I went there for an S5 but ended up with a car that I only dreamed about and never thought that I could afford to own. I ended up buying a 2016 jaguar F type R supercharged. Precision autos made my dream come true. Seriously I am so so glad I went there because I couldve missed this. So crazy how it all happened but thanks to precision autos. I would 1000 times recommend anyone and everyone to go there and give these guys a try, you will be pleasantly surprised. These guys are straight forward, honest and make you feel so comfortable, I did not feel any pressure and on top of everything they provided free three months warranty. I bought a rebuilt 2014 Lexus IS 250 convertible in February 2019. I had the car inspected by Matt from Auto Critic- he found a couple of minor items which were promptly fixed by precision auto. I dealt with Mohammed and my gut feeling based on some things he said not car related is that he is truly a very nice person, not just a nice salesman. I flew in to pick up the car, and it was beautiful. I drove it 300 miles home and it was flawless, a real joy to drive. I have put a total of 2000 miles on it so far and absolutely love it! I couldn’t have asked for a better deal and I would recommend Precision Auto and Mohammed to anyone!

Great selection of carsBUT online almost every single cars description has the same copy and pasted explanation that the car has a rebuilt title with significant water damage. I mean literally every car from their Mazdas to BMWs.Seems very shady that every car has a rebuilt title with water damage in the carpets but is still in perfect condition.I assume that there may have been an incident where all the cars were parked in the same area and water flooded the lot, OR these could be lies about the cars condition.- Im not trying to put the dealer down in any way because they may have just had a flooded lot and thats not their fault at all, but I am just telling future customers to beware. -EDIT: (replying to dealer)I guess that does make sense. I apologize for any complications this may have caused. You guys have some pretty nice cars there, Ill give you that. Might actually come take a look at a few!Just a little suggestion to you guys- You should specify that you guys specialize in rebuilt cars in the descriptions on Autotrader. It can veer a few potential buyers away from even looking further at the listing, especially when it repeats on another car from the same place. Just a small suggestion, and no hard feelings!

Nick was helpful at first but when my vehicle broke down the following day it seemed as though he wanted nothing to do with me and yes it literally broke the next day. Ultimately Nick passed on to his brother Mohamed who was very helpful and always communicative. My reason for low stars on review is I paid $28k for a car that broke down literally the next day. Took to my local dealership and ended up being a bad fuel pump and was a $2,100 bill. I reached to Mohamed who was helpful and had me ship my car to him on my dime so it could be repaired at his shop at no charge. Upon getting my car back I noticed the front bumper was damaged and neither shipper willing to accept fault but again Mohamed offered to repair if I shipped the car back or drove it him which wasnt an option on a 11hr round trip or risk more damage from shipping. Another thing upon getting car back was I now had a check engine light that didnt exist before so back to the dealer I went. After paying a $970 bill for bad 02 sensors I now had a car that was reliable and running good. I am now waiting on 4 months for my title which has not arrived so trying to track that down currently. I love the car I purchased but the experience was horrible and after all the money I spent to get it repaired I now paid as much as a clean titled car but have a re-built title again which the title is not even in my hands yet :(
