Awesome auto body shop with unbeatable pricing. Ted was very kind and went out of his way to help me with an urgent issue on a very short timeline. He even fixed a couple of unrelated issues with the car that he noticed along the way, free of charge. Highly recommend this place!!

They are pretty busy, but eventually I got a small bumper repair done. Ted was extremely professional, answering my dumb questions with me trying to cut corners to save money. So exactly like the 1 star reviewer said, do it right or you go find another place.

I set my dashcam at this place, but they were really not professional. They connected the wire the other way around. The Acc line was connected to the permanent power line and the B+ line was connected to the ignition switch source. I even had them double check after one month. As a result, they coulnt find the problem and they said Nothing seems wrong. They had not agreed that they were at fault. During one year and a half, I have changed the car battery two times. Finally, I found the problem myself and fixed it myself.

He started with a shop in rented space that could hold 2 cars. He was so honest the landlord kept raising his rent, cause he saw people kept coming to Ted. After 5 years of renting, Ted bought land on the other side of Beltline. He built a shop from the ground up that can hold 20 cars. Thats where he has been for 15 years. Ted sometimes has cash cars that he backs with his reputation. I know many people who have been treated fairly at this shop, my entire family has trusted Ted for 20 years, cause he earned it.

Ted is a top guy! Excellent local auto body shop and centrally located in DFW. I have been taking my Toyota Tundra to Ted for all my custom auto body needs - paint match front grill, paint match nFAB front bumper and top quality installation. He even installed a 42 light bar for me. He demands perfection from his guys, careful listener and really upfront with you during any interactions. I left a very pleased customer today. Definitely recommend his shop!

Ted repaired my 2007 Toyota Avalon when someone hit me from behind. The trunk and drivers back quarter panel were damaged. Ted went out of his way to not only repair the body damage but, repaired a few other things as well at no charge. His shop did beautiful work on my Avalon and I would highly recommend his shop to anyone. Thanks, Ted!

Ted and the team at City Auto did a great job fixing my truck. Ted was very helpful throughout the process and walked me through what they would need to do and how long it would take. It was the how long part that really set them apart from the other body shops I went to. Ted is honest and stands behind his work. hopefully I wont need any more paint or body work done to my truck but if so, I wouldnt think of other shop but City Auto.

They have worked on 10 plus cars of mine. My daughters kept wrecking along with mom and Is occasional mishap. The shop has never disappointed me. The prices are outstanding the work is flawless. I have an 1989 Chevy P/U the paint was going away on. I called a lot of places and Teds price was the best!! Thought it may lead to a shabby job but that was not the case. They disassembled a lot of the truck then taped up parts not removed. The paint job was better than when it was new!!! The exact color, painted burgundy & black with double pin stripes on both sides. Chevrolet decal on the back. I cannot say how excellent the work was and I am very picky. The other cars were repaired the same great way. Since I have referred 10 other people to Teds shop and everyone of them has been very pleased. I strongly urge anyone needing repairs to go here!!

Ted is great!! I highly recommend City Auto Body Shop. Ted was very courteous and listened to all of my concerns. He thoroughly explained everything and didnt act like I was just a silly girl. Ted made sure to keep me updated throughout the repair process. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had also touched up a side scrape from a separate accident. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior. My car looks way better than it did when I took it in! Great body shop!

Great body shop. Took a 1980 beetle for full paint, so impressed with with the work they did. Aside from the work performed, the customer service was fantastic. Ted is a very calm knowledge person who doesnt seem like most body shop employees with nickel and dime policies.

Awesome work! Ted is great! Ive had some minor work done on a couple cars that Ive owned and I could not be more satisfied. Good prices as well. If the original manufacturers part is too expensive he will try to find a cheaper after market part, if possible.
