They didnt have a bumper for my car but they do have the side passenger mirror, I was kind of disappointed that they didnt have the bumper because I need the bumper also. The employees and there are very friendly and helpful, I talked to three of them. They know their business it was very helpful for me. I would recommend this place for anybody but check first to make sure that they can get your part, because they may not be able to. I will be going back if I need anything else but I will call first.

Yeah not to sure why there are so many bad reviews, I went the next day after I had my accident I have a 2017 Nissan maxima. And no one laughed because it was a newer car or anything. They just went forwards with the process, waited about 15 min after they took my order for them to just look for the bumper and thats it. Payed for it and went about my day. 10/10 recommended

As a former employee of this place, I must say that while this place have a huge warehouse full of parts that you may be looking for, they make money off of you by selling you at a marked up price and the quality is in question as well. They overwork their employees and overpressure them to sell you a marked up price by the corporate/company. You would be better off getting parts that are genuine from else where, or even a car dealer. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you want to be waiting forever and support a company that rips you off by marking up prices on auto parts that has low quality.

This place is always busy. People there are nice, especially the Asian cashier. The manager lady is helpful. Their time to pull the parts is average compared to other similar businesses. But, their prices slightly cheaper than others. Well, I hate it whenever they couldn’t find my part after waiting for about half an hour.But overall, it’s a good business. And, I will be coming back.

Took over an hour from getting there to leaving. Due to covid they are limiting the number of people inside, which is fine. However, they can have 10 customers but sometimes theyll wait till there are only a couple people inside before they let those waiting outside in.

Very rude people,guy behind me walked up to the counter and little kid working just walked out. Awful customer service .Ive been ordering a part for almost 3 days & finally after 3 days they brought a broken tail light for me when i asked them to bring the new one and called the customer care she was so rude and i called them by 11 but she says they gonna deliver it tomorrow when i asked her why she said we cant deliver it today however its there responsibility & mistake to check the parts before delivering it to customers.Im so unhappy with the way they do business they just want money but they dont taking care of the customer , when i asked the lady who took orders to talk to her manager she hang up the phone .i never try to write the bad reviews but the way she treated me on be half of the new world international was awful.

First time going here today. Needed a front fender for my 02 maxima. Lady greeted me promptly and took my order. Great price on fender. I sat down with a book thinking it would take a while to pull my order, but they bought it up in a few minutes. Asian cashier was cordial. Left there feeling I was treated well. Ill be back.

Was supposed to get my parts delivered, the day after I ordered them and did not get them. They did not do their job, nor did they contact me when parts did not get delivered, had to call two days later after I ordered my parts to find out they were not delivered. Poor customer service, and management hung up on me when confronting her with issue.

They closed it 20 early what time of BS is that. I drove over a hour. This whole game is like monopolized between Autofit and New World the only two that sell these parts.

I came here to buy a 2009 kia bumper, they pulled out a bumper and told me that was it. I noticed a part of it was damaged and I was given a 20$ discount sold as it unfortunately getting to my bodyman shop he said its not the right bumper.Getting there after explaining, some guy took the bumper in and said I should wait for Chris a manager, he came out and told me be on the queue for a refund, later he said he was only doing me a favor even though its a wrong part and I replied you doing your job. He then went up to the cashier not to give me a refund. I promise you guys I will get my refund and the attorneys fees that follow. Very poor, awful and racial customer service

They claim they have the parts , you pay for it, 50mins later...sorry we dont have it..its only a 50/50 chance you will get your part in a timely manner.This has happened multiple times.your time is of no consequence. Customer service is appalling.

This place was great. The guy who helped me was very great. And you cant beat the prices on aftermarket body parts. I have gotten 2 different sets of head lights that were purchased 4 years ago. Still look great.

I was referred to this place by a friend and was pleased with my visit. Went in on a Saturday around 2pm and I was immediately greeted and helped. They even offered to help me to my car. Not sure why there are bad reviews, maybe staff change or I went at a slower time, but I’m happy and will be returning.

Anytime I need any auto body parts for my truck I check New world international first because they generally always have what Im looking for and the prices are pretty good as well. The employees are also very courteous.

Great service over all, I came in and order the parts I needed for my Jeep and waited for my headlights assembly less then 20 mins.The only thing that I didnt agreed was seen one of the employees lighting up a cigarette inside the store while he was walking out towards the front and smoke his cigarette outside, I didnt feel to report him since I know he was a young man in his late 20s and didnt want him to loose his job, bottom line they shouldnt be allowing employees to smoke in the store or near by, Theres a city ordinance that needs to be respected and obey..Period,THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD AND FAST SERVICE

Came here with my dad a couple months ago to get a part. They gave him the wrong part & when he told the lady at the front about it, she got upset & gave him an attitude. She came back with another part & trusted they gave us the right part which was the biggest mistake! It turned out to be the same exact part they gave us at first, must’ve just went to the back and came back with the same part. Also, the phone responders are not very nice. Careful doing business here.

Place is big spaced with some vending machines & flat screen tvs for the customers amusement as you wait while your car parts are being pulled from the back room. Junk yards have nothing on this place. This place has A/C, seating couches and automated doors. Junk yards hardly have clean concrete floors & its worse during rainy days & Lets not get started with junk yard front desk. Mostly (but not all) toothless rednecks with attitude. Ill rather buy it new & China made but with good customer service than to go to a junk yard and risk contracting Malaria.

He said Thats what you asked for right? then hung the phone up in my face. I get there and they actually didnt have the part. Just a waste of time!!! Just plain Rude.

I found all the parts in one stop at excellent prices and the sales team is experienced in find parts . The wait was worth it.

This is the most racist place ive seen if you black or white stay far away they only hire Hispanics. Went in to interview for a customer service position was told by Joe since the Hispanic manager a lady refuse to interview me! That I had what it took my almost 15 years of customer service all verifiable was what they where looking for! When leaving the Hispanic manager lady gave a real nasty look and started interviewing a Hispanic girl who they gave the job to! Mean while back office is all Chinese Vietnamese or whatever they are pay cheap 9.50 for any job you get making it a sweat shop in my opinion. Wont even pay industry standard. As customer ser2 they offer same pay when industry standard is more like 12 on low end and 15 on high end. I will be filing a complaint with the EEOC due to this if anyone has experienced this leave a comment and lets get this type of business out of America take it take to there homeland if this is the case!

This place is really busy. People come in, place an order pay for it and have a comfortable place to sit while waiting. Then they call you by name when ypur part is ready. I would give them 5 stars if they had stocked what i needed but if they had the part, it would have been half the price as autofit. They alao have public restrooms.

Did not have part ordered, even though we were told less than 24 hours before going that they had part. It is 75 miles to the place. Second time this has happened, will not be going there again.

Your customer service is supersonic and if your company waive charges on credit card its make your sale going up and attarct the customer for recommend your shop.

They are very slow they skip over customers they need a better system, I was told my part would already be pulled nope waited 30 minutes as I watched men get their parts, they came in after me, took me going to the counter again and asking why I hadnt gotten my part for it to be sitting under the counter the whole time!!!!

They used to be good many many years ago but now theyre always crazy busy and they have horrible customer service. Takes forever for them to answer the phone. If you go there and theres ppl waiting They take over An hour to bring your part and sometimes they bring the wrong part. They do have very cheap parts though but so do other places.

We as a company have had the worst experience with customer service, delivery and parts orders with this company. We have tried on numerous occasions to speak with management only to have them have a well, i dont know what to say attitude Alex is the worst to deal with, we have had constant issues with him time after time, again no responsibility for his actions as a parts vendor as well as new world as a parts company.....we use oem parts the majority of the time but sometimes have to go aftermarket capa parts to help cash customers get back on the road.....there are many other vendors out there and we WILL NOT use this company again as a vendor and would not recommend to anyone to use them

The customer service sucks. I worked here 5 years ago. They cheated me on my paycheck many times. Now as a customer I call and all I hear is jibberish then Im put on hold I dont even get a chance to say not even one word! Many times I have been put on hold and actually wanted over 30min like a dumbass. This place sucks foreal.

Called for price on 2 parts, they said they had it available. Waited 40 minutes in line and told me they dont have either part. Then had to wait in line again to get my refund. Parts and prices are pretty good, but have to wait a long time after you pay until the parts come out of the warehouse.

They need to hire more people here they are extremely slow it seems like management is probably paying them very low wages by the way they work here prices are a bit higher on most parts compared to other parts facilities if you go here expect to pay a little more and wait for over an hour for them to get your part.
