Quality installers! They have the best flooring & carpet teams! We did hard flooring throughout our main level and carpeted our entire upstairs. They were very knowledgable, experienced, hard-working individuals, who do it right. Our home’s previous owners cut corners, and Sobaski’s teams helped make those wrongs right!

This is a long overdue review based on wonderful customer service and overall experience while purchasing flooring for our newly purchased home last year. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. It was a pleasure working with Joe and the rest of the qualified and professional team at Sobaski Abbey Carpet and Floor. Lexi was easy to work with, and always pleaseant with follow-up emails and phone calls.The product came in earlier than expected and it was laid within a very reasonable amount of time.Danny did a wonderful job of laying the flooring. He is such a perfectionist and had minimal waste. He works hard and at a very consistant pace to get the job done. Although I tried to avoid bothering him, he answered questions with a calm and pleasant demeanor.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and since I have been working on flooring for 6 months-looking, having some put down that was awful, had that taken up and ordering multiple floors that ended up not being available for multiple reasons-this one was wonderful.

The tile and carpet installation were scheduled quickly and completed on time. The technicians were prompt, polite and tidy. Just had our LVP and carpeting installed, and it looks great! I stopped by the store several times, and Courtney was always professional and very nice to work with. She always took the time to answer my many questions, and had great recommendations for designers in the area as well. She and her husband had our entire home measured and quoted in no time. Flooring is OK but they dont finish job like puddy nail holes after reinstalling trim. Also they insisted on cutting and sawing inside the house without protecting duct work. Homeowner should not have to find flooring scraps and sawdust in ductwork a week after they are done and gone.

We needed carpet installed in our guest room fast! We went to Sobaski on the Friday before Labor Day, selected carpet available in stock, and it was expertly installed the following Wednesday. Great service, lovely carpet, perfect installation, and good prices.

We cant say enough about the pros at Sobaskis flooring. We were in a time crunch and Mitch helped us find the perfect flooring that was in stock so we could move quickly. There is a reason they have excellent reviews.Came in, they helped us pick out carpet that I liked, with the qualities we were looking for in a good carpet. They were very informative and helpful during this process.Next they came out to my home and measured, emailed me a quote soon after.Communication was excellent. Everything from that point on was done via email. Was easy and effortless to approve of quote and schedule for installation. Carpet quality is way above big box store quality. Padding is much better as well. Installer was right on time.A+++++ business to deal with, no regrets.

Every staff member was easy to work with. They all listened to my ideas and wants and gave suggestions based on my wants. Picking tile and grout was easy because of the knowledgeable, kind staff. Our estimate was fair and spot on for final payment (actually we ended up paying a little less). They did the installation when we were on vacation! We came home to a gorgeous floor. I will definitely work with Sobaski again!

Sobaski Abbey Carpet and Floor has a wide selection of products and knowledgable staff. They came to my house to make sure what I selected would work in the space and made a recommendation that looks incredible. The installer did a great job. And they told me when they would be having sales to help save some money. It was a great experience and my basement floor looks wonderful.

We recently had a bathroom retired, which because of other renovation projects in process we really needed done on short notice (and we quickly learned that the summer months are the busiest months for tilers). Nonetheless, Sobaski came through for us, getting delivery of our selected tile quickly and their installer did a beautiful, efficient job, even though forced to both cut and lay by himself as his partner was tied up on another job! It is very unfortunate that we did not have a positive experience with Sobaski Abbey. We were scheduled to have our carpet replaced the same day we closed on our new home and I chose this company solely based on their promise to accommodate our tight schedule - when it came to that day, I received a call that they could not be there due to a commercial job that apparently took precedence over my minor 3 bedrooms and stairs!! After expressing my dissatisfaction, they sent one guy over to just tear the carpet out that day to appease me. He did not have gloves, of course had to drag the nasty carpet across the other floors and cut himself at some point and got blood on our door. Then when the crew showed up to do the rest of the tear out and the install, they were clearly overbooked by Sobeski and could not get the job done in the time-frame promised - therefore, we were tripping over each other when trying to move in while they were installing the new floors. The icing on the cake was when they left, I found two spots of fresh blood on my nice new floor - lovely! I do have to say that the floors look great and the crew did what they could to work around us and I fault Sobaski for their overbooking the crew and believe the crew was hurried and haste may have led to someone cutting themselves - again!! gross nonetheless! I highly suggest they start requiring their crews to wear gloves!
