This is the WORST rental center I have EVER worked with! The staff is very unprofessional, the business is not even worth one star!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I been going to this RAC for 9 years. Katy is the first person to greet us the first time. We went there and ever since we ask for Katy. She’s very professional, caring person and really understanding. Never had a problem with them. I highly recommend RAC Iowa city and go to Katy.

Its nice when the manager greets you with a friendly smile and....remembers your name all while multitasking😊. I love the Iowa City store because they always have what your looking for and at great prices. Thank you Katie for a great experience today.

I was very disappointed. They advertise same day delivery and that was not the case, would have had to wait several days. The workers seemed as though we were bothering them, they disclosed they were already running late for an appointment. We went elsewhere and are very happy without Rent-a-center. We have purchased from them in the past. Not sure if we will ever go back.

Dont park in there lot after hours.They will have your car towed and dont post any kind of sign or warning and its about $250 for you to get your car back from the tow company..There probly team up to scam your hard earned money...beware there very shady!
