I contacted this company to rent bouncy houses for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party and was very pleased with the service. I initially put in my order online and was contacted by a representative the next business day. I had selected one of the obstacle course inflatables and they wanted to make sure that we had the power available for all of the blowers necessary. Instead of allowing me to rent something that would make them more money, they explained the that with the power available, we would only be able to blow up one of the three sections of the obstacle course. They worked with me to modify my order to something that would work better for us and save me a little bit of money.Drop off and pick up of the inflatables was made much easier because of the excellent service that Shon provided. The party was at my parents’ house and he did a wonderful job of explaining everything to my mom and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent with this company again.

NEVER RENT FROM. NEVER EVEN CONTACT THIS COMPANY.Tried renting a snow machine for over a week. Called 5 times. All they did was took down name and number and said they would get back to me. Never heard from them once. What a joke of a company. Would give them 0/5 stars.

Awful, awful, awful experience. I should have read the other reviews before dealing with this joke of a company. Based on those and my first-hand account, its gotta be a front for the mafia because this company doesnt actually do any real business with customers. I needed to rent a snow machine. Called a week ahead of my event and got through to someone who told me that the person who handled rentals was on the other line, so she took my name and number and said theyd be in touch. Three days later, nothing, so I called again. Same thing: took my name and number and said theyd call me back. Next day, nothing. I called an additional THREE more times with the exact same result. A day before my event I called, of course the rental person was on the other line, but they told me theyd put me in front of the line so I should expect a call back shortly. A day later, nothing. This place cannot be so busy that all five times I called, the person who handles the rentals cant be reached. Or, maybe this: TRAIN SOMEONE ELSE TO DO RENTALS. I never did get a snow machine for my event. I hope this place shuts down.

Should’ve read the reviews!!!! First of all the dunk tank had holes so the water was not staying inside, the Velcro straps were old and could even hold the actual tank in place because once it had the water inside it was too heavy to hold it in place, so then that also cause for more water to leak. Second, the equipment is not clean. They expect for us to return the equipment clean when they don’t even clean it themselves. When we got the cotton candy machine it still had sugar and the hot dog roll had hair stuck in between the rolls. With the pandemic that is going around the least that they can do is have their equipment clean. The location from where we pick up the stuff didn’t look clean either, my husbands words “it looked like a dump”

BUYERS BEWARE!Hands down the most ridiculously unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I waited 4 days for someone to get back with me regarding a rental reservation. You cant get anyone to answer the phone or return phone calls. After the initial phone call everything seemed on the up and up. I was told I had to get the reservation locked in 5 days before the event, and that was the extent of any requirements I was told about.Then 3 days before pickup of the rental items I was told, via text, that my reservation wasnt even good because I had failed to read some fine print on the reservation form stating that my particular rental was supposed to be paid in full, cash only in advance days before pickup, without any guarantee that the items would even be available for pickup! And they refused to allow card payment via their website, even though an online payment option is available on their website home page.And none of this was told to me during the 1 phone call I could get with them, which would have been relatively easy to relay to me at the time. Instead, I was talked down to, as if they were doing me some favor by arbitrarily imposing last minute prerequisites after the fact on the $600 rental reservation I was trying to finalize.The contact only used text to return messages, a day and a half later and was off the charts rude and condescending about the whole process. Never in my life have I experienced such reprehensible service. I believe I would chop off my own arm before I would ever reach out to this shady establishment again!

I used them 2 years ago for the rental of a few tables and chairs and I was skeptical but it was last minute thing and Im glad I found them. I needed them for that weekend and this is the only place that was available on such short notice. Decent price and the tables and chair were nice they did need a little clean but other than that they were good and the ladies there were nice enough to let us keep them for the whole weekend and return them on Monday at no additional cost. Fortunately for me I have had to rent out additional chairs and table but I ever have to again I will go to them, as for everything else that they have available for rental I have not tried

Not the place to rent from for sure, which is a shame because they have so much to offer for a party rental place. I placed my order a week in advance for my twins 1st birthday party and gave the fellow on the phone my payment information. He read and verified everything back to me and I was assured everything would happen as planned. An hour before my party we still have no bounce house, no ice shaver, no table and chairs for my party. I called. They told me they didnt have an order for me. Then they said they found my order but no payment info. And because I hadnt paid in advance they would not be able to get my order to me until after 5pm. My party was ending at 5pm. Too bad for me I guess. Their excuse was they were having some turnover and they were sorry but because there had been no money exchange they had no obligation to me....A willing, paying customer. When things go wrong, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS!I simply do not recommend them.

Lots of negative comments here but so far I have been pleased with the items I have rented and the customer service. The products, although a bit old, were perfectly fine and operated as required. The popcorn machine worked great and people enjoyed it, the black lights which we rented, and I am picking up again tomorrow, were great. As a first time customer, the office was a bit cluttered and dirty and the barking dog in the back was certainly noticeable but overall I am pleased. As a business owner myself I was a little surprised when my wife had to load the car by herself (which I have no problem doing for me) We will keep renting from them as long as they deliver working products and ontime as promised.

Title this review Willing to steal from a church. Credit where due: I needed sound equipment last-minute for a youth ministry event in Indy, and they provided it, helping me out of a jam. Good quality, fast. They promised me I could pay with a company check after the event, too. So far so good. But they charged my credit card AND deposited my company check, so I paid twice for the service. They acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund. Since then it has been 6 months of the check is in the mail, including excuses about not having the correct address, etc. Now they simply arent returning my phone calls. This is over a simple $85! If theyre this insistent on stealing $85 from a church, I can only imagine theyre capable of worse. Congrats, Indy Party Rental, you have my $85. Ill pray you spend it well.

Simply a terrible experience. What makes it so infuriating is how easily it all could have been avoided. For instance, answer your phones or emails! I should have cancelled the order weeks ago when I couldnt get an answer to any phone call or email after multiple tries. Then, the day of the event, radio silence. Nothing. No responses to my calls. No updates on delivery. Nothing. They said delivery from 7am - 1pm and as 1pm came and went with nothing I called another company who answered their phone and delivered a bounce house in an hour and was as friendly as could be. This company, however, is a joke. I write 10 positive reviews for every negative review, and this one is deserving of zero stars if only Google would allow that.

Very unhappy with the experience. I talked to a person on the phone who was nice and seemed professional. When I arrived for an ice cream machine, I was told I would need help to load and they couldnt help and the one guy was very rude and unprofessional. I was given no instructions on using it only ones for cleaning it. The place looks like a dump and very unprofessional. Luckily the machine worked.... I will definitely never rent from them again.

I booked this event without looking at the reviews. A few days later, I saw the reviews and got concerned as I planned an event for 300 people. I called to verify everything was paid and good to go and was assured it was. Everything was set up in time (a bit later than expected but before the event) and everything was checked and working before they left. The party went very well with no issues at all. They returned after the event and picked everything up. I typically dont do reviews but thought I should add in a good review.

I cant thank these people enough. They had great prices for great equipment. When I went to pick it up they showed me how everything worked. They worked with me on a few issues I had (my problem not theirs) and our event went off without a hitch. I would recommend this place over and over.

The dunk tank I rented had multiple leaks and was small and unattractive, definitely not similar to the dunk tanks I remember as a child. Delivery and pick up was fine but we were unable to use the tank that cost $200 to rent.

Terrible service! I ordered their dance floor two months before my wedding. They took the full deposit and ran my credit card right away. I never heard from them until the day I was supposed to pick it up. They called me to tell me it wasnt going to be ready when I was told to pick it up at 10am but would be ready later that day at 4pm. I told them that was not going to work out since we needed it picked up and put together by 7pm. They said someone would call me right back to let me know. Never heard anything! My husband went there, since they werent answering their phones. They told him they could not find it and they were working on it and they would call him as soon as they located it. At 4pm when they said they would have it ready, again, we called and again NO ANSWER! My husband drove there again and they said they still couldnt find it and there was nothing they could do! My husband tried speaking to the manager, and the manager didnt want to get on the phone to deal with us. Then, proceeded to tell him they would refund our money. At this point though, we had to scramble to find a dance floor to rent on the same day of our wedding! A week and a half, still no refund. I went in to find out the status on it since I called and still no one answered! They said they would try and refund it that day. Nothing! I had to call several times the next day! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and at this point dont have the equipment they offer and have you order! DO NOT USE THEM!

Overcharged for a simple keg of root beer, I called three times and exchanged several e mails asking for a call to understand charges. No response. They charge you and then hide. Make sure you have everything in writing and then double check. They have a lot to offer, but buyer beware.

TWO years in a row I have tried to rent a cotton candy machine for a kids Halloween party and this company has failed. Last year, we pre-paid, had a confirmation #, etc and the cotton candy machine was never delivered. I tried calling hours before the party and no one answered the phones. It took me several weeks of calling AFTER the event to get my $$ back. They did reimburse me. However, at that time I was promised a free cotton candy machine for the following year. Of course, when I called this year to reserve it, they had no record of me in their system. When I went ahead and placed another reservation, I was hesitant, but they were offering me a slight discount. Of course, when my friends went to pick it up the morning of the party, they had NO record of the reservation AND NO COTTON CANDY MACHINE available! Horrible customer service. Staff was rude to all parties involved. BUYER BEWARE before you use this company!!!

Called to reserve a house/concession combo, which they say will be any color,character,or theme to see if I could possibly upchsrge for a bigger combo and reserve a “boy themed” house! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Error on my part for not reading the reviews first! Horrible experience. Bounce house was 2 hours late, was told I would get some type of refund, but was forced to sign a paper saying I would not ask for a refund no matter what even if I was dissatisfied w/ the product or service or they were told by there boss to load it back up on the trailer and leave. I had 15 kids waiting for this who had already waited for 2 hours. It was a 4 hour party. Bounce house netting was ripped to shreds, bounce house itself had holes in it where the bunching bags were attached. Finally after a week and a half I rcvd a mere $25 credit. Not even acceptable. If the refund had been at all reasonable I would have at least given them a better review for accepting responsibility.

If its the same guy that owns it when i worked there then very unprofessional. Ripped me off my pay. Went from being paid hourly to commission which was ok but wen I quit he took over half check. Said i didn work a full 40 hrs that week so he gave me a 1/4 of my pay. Will never work refer anyone to him again. Best to take business elsewhere

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WANNA BE COMPANY!!!! Bad attitudes and customer service ever! I rented tables and chairs for my party and they arrived late! When they arrived one of the tables was bent so it would not stay up. I called and told them this and they arrived when the party was over!!!!!!! I was furious! When I contacted the management they told me the table was not bent and it worked fine. She even said she was going to go check the table and call me back. ( Im not sure how she was going to check the actual table I had) NO call back and guess what?! NO ANSWER WHEN I CALL!!!!!!!

I rented several pieces of lighting equipment for my wedding and when I got to my location to set up, most of the parts were missing. I own my own business and always make sure my pick and deliveries are complete and inspected for quality before they go out the door. If you are paying for a product you should get what you paid for!!

I have been trying for two weeks to get a receipt from this business... I asked to have the receipt emailed to me at the time of rental (over the phone) for record retention. The lady on the phone told me it would not be a problem. The next day when I went to pick up the product, I inquired about my receipt as I had yet to see it, she said she would send it again. After a few days I brought my rented item back and inquired about the receipt again. I asked the male employee if I could just get a paper copy at this point... He told he did not know how to print one and said he would leave a note...I have been calling every day for the past 8 days at different times to no avail. I get the recorded message stating that they are busy or unavailable and to please leave a message, only to find that the message box is full... I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge. I implore you to choose any other company for your rentals.

We will not be dealing with this company ever again. Terrible customer service!!!! They told us the night before we got out bounce house they would be open until 2 Saturday. That Saturday they called and said they were closing at 11:30 and we needed to be there. While on the phone with my husband, she was very rude and hateful and saying she didnt care if he had plans today, she was leaving at 11:30 because she worked 7 days this week. I get there, they had cancelled our plan and had to wrote up again. I pulled around back with our Suburban and they were commenting on what I was driving because it was not a truck. I get out of truck and they look at me saying you are going to have to help load this up. I said ok. He then said well are you going to help? So I start to help and think, Im not being paid to help and shouldnt have to help. The drop off was the same thing. There were 5 guys and no one wanted to unload it. So they made my husband help unload it as well. Very unprofessional, very rude people and not a classy business. I dont recommend this company to ANYONE!

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a graduation Open House on Saturday. They told us they would drop off the Bounce House either Friday night or between 7-11 am on Saturday. Our party started at 1. About 12:30 or so we realize theyve not shown up and weve not heard from anyone (my husband confirmed with them on Thursday for our Saturday party). We tried to call but the office number said they close at 11 on Saturdays and then the voicemail was full. We had no options but to wait. They finally arrive about 5 minutes before our party, start getting the bounce house set up. Its filthy inside. Wet. Muddy. Pieces of grass all over. Its now 1:15 and they tell me that they need another fan to blow this up (how do they not know this in advance??) and that they have to run back to the office and will be back. I ask where the office is. They tell me Beech Grove - we live in Fishers!! Now they will be gone at least an hour....and its AFTER party time. Our party is from 1-4 pm, they come late and now they have to leave for over an hour?? At this point Im expecting a good discount. They say Ill have to speak with someone in the office but they were really not sure who. THEN....they never called or came back after leaving at 1:15!! They showed up @ 6 pm. Amazing that a company can run this way. Now theyve missed the whole party and we have disappointed kiddos. My husband calls to get a full refund and they say they will refund the rental but not the delivery charge - REALLY!!?? Worst service ever. I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. We WILL be getting a full refund of the delivery as well - I guarantee it. If there were ZERO stars...thats what I would rate this company. 1 star is too much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever! We rented a bounce house for my daughters sixth birthday party, about 10 minutes after the kids (4 five year olds) began jumping a hole opened up on the inside of the bounce house and it rapidly deflated actually trapping one child inside which was terrifying. We called the “emergency” number that was given to us to see if someone could come help us so that the party could continue however we never heard from anyone until they came to pick it up that evening at which time they didn’t seem to care at all about what had occurred. I left a message that day with the office explaining what had happened to see if it would be possible to either get a a bounce house brought out for a different weekend or get a refund, I never heard back. This went on for months. A simple call from someone at their office and I would have been happy. They sure answered fast when I called to book an appointment. Just terrible customer service. They were rude when they set up, rude when they picked up and rude throughout the whole process STAY AWAY! There are so many companies that offer these services in town that are so much easier to work with!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They had a groupon deal in Feb 2015 - So we decided to go with this company and use them for our daughters first bday party in June. They wanted us to pay cash because they claimed they didnt take cards but on their website - It says they do. We decided to drive 30 minutes out of the way to pay them cash.Our delivery time was from 8am - 12pm. My daughters first birthday was from 1pm - 4pm. I called the company because they werent there at 12 pm. The lady said she was trying to locate the delivery truck and would call me back. She didnt call me back until 1 pm. Mind you, my daughters party started at 1! She stated that they would not be able to deliver until 2 pm! After trying to understand why, and not even being rude. I said that was fine. 2 pm came around, and still no delivery. 3 pm came around, no delivery. I called every 15 minutes and they would not take my calls. We were at the venue location until 7 pm and they still did not show. The party ended at 4 but we were cleaning up until 7.I called the next morning 10 times and they finally answered. The lady stated her manager showed up and called me from a blocked number. No, I never received any calls. I asked to have my money back and she said they can only do store credit EVEN THOUGH, this was their fault - Not mine. I had to threaten them with the BBB and our lawyers. She finally then said she could make an exception.Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The bounce house and cottons candy rentals were supposed to be a huge thing at my daughters party. They ruined it and never even apologized. I will never do business with them again. I will continue to warn people about this business - They have awful customer service.

Bad,very Bad.My friend rented a dunk tank for a relay for life 6/9/17 and they could not use it.It was being held up by duck tape and vice grips to secure the seat.. Never ..and they wont give her money back..Fire department said they could not use it ,it is unsafe.

This is a terrible place of business. They are unprofessional in every way. They dont have any delivery time guarantees so their stuff is always late. The do not provide quality equipment. They bring you damaged items then try to charge you for after. They called the police on me while I had my 2 yr old for coming to pick up money they over charged me for and instructed me to come pick up. Spend your hard earned money else where. They dont deserve a penny.

This company was wonderful to work with they went well out of my way to make surely my events went perfectly I found no issues with the quality of service nor their staff most of the other stuff I am read are all people who are trying to get stuff for free or trying to get one over on the company I even ask them about some of the reviews and most people dont read their invoices and expect something for nothing this company was amazing and I will do business with them again and note to everybody read your contract before you place orders and this is with any company

0 stars would be more applicable. We didnt get the jump house pictured, the hot dog machine didnt come with food as implied be their website and when we complained we were met with hostility. I work in customer service and I treated them they way I would want an upset customer to treat me. They offered to correct the jump house but would have charged us $199 to bring it to us. It was just awful. I should have read the reviews before using them. I would never recommend them.

Horrible company! We rented tables, chairs and a bounce house for my daughters graduation party. They gave a seven hour window of time that they would arrive. Arriving late and outside the seven hour window, we had to scramble to set up after people had already arrived.They dropped off the wrong tables. The bounce house had a foul smell that kept most of the kids from using it. We contacted the owner, and his only response was we dont guarantee the drop off time.

If I could do no stars I would - DO NOT use this company! Didnt show up when they said, didnt pick up until 24 hours late, killing the grass it sat all night on, and then are trying to blame me and make me pay for the tears in their horrible condition bounce house! Where do I start with this company, if you’d even consider it a legitimate business. First off, the equipment (snow-cone machine, cotton candy machine, nacho cheese warmer and ice cream machine) that they delivered for our event was filthy and the dunk (bucket) tank was barely functional. The nacho cheese warmer had bugs in it and the cotton candy machine looked so worn down and filthy, we opted not to even use it. In addition to that, they were OVER an hour late delivering the equipment, DESPITE the fact thar our company paid extra to avoid the delivery window time, and instead have it delivered and picked up at a specific time. The equipment was then supposed to be picked up at 4:00pm, and we waited around until 5:30pm for a driver. The lady that answers the phone (I believe her name is Melissa) was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. She made it a point to tell us we were responsible to stay with the equipment until 5:00pm, and when we called her back at 5:30pm because the drivers had still not arrived she had the nerve to have an attitude when she should have been apologizing. The equipment is terrible, their employees and third party contractors are unprofessional and the customer service is atrocious. They really need to throw this whole business away! (I gave 1 star because I had to, they don’t even deserve that.)

Wish i would have seen the reviews before I rented from this place!! First off their office is trashed looking, I was throwing a baby shower and I ordered 15 chairs 3 tables not a large order. The pick up time time was 10 am- 11 am Sunday for got there at 10am no answer at the door. We waited for 30 minutes. I called every number they have for an hour straight and no one answered and eventually the phone was shut off. My event was at one and I had 2 hours to get other things done and finish setup. I had to leave and come back finally right at 11 someone was there so I did manage to get the equipment. Told them Id have to drop equipment off same day, she said just call someone will meet you there so I called about 20× no answer I left the equipment outside the door. this company is awful they are quick to take your payment but after that they dont care! I have never been so stressed trying to throw a party. The worst part is when they opened Monday I messaged them trying to adress these concerns in a professional manner I was not rude I did not cuss and they couldnt even apologize or address the concerns I had. All i wanted was an apology and they couldnt do that. So seriously if you want to have a smooth reliable event go somewhere else.

STAY AWAY, Called and put a hold on a rental that I called back 30 minutes later to cancel. They charged my card and refused do a refund. Later sent me threatening e-mails of saying they would post further charges if I tried to disputebe aware we have a $45.00 charge that will be applied and we will contest the charge.

I ordered 50 chairs and 8 tables. We had in-climate weather the night before my event, they called to tell me they did not have the stock to fulfill the entire order. This was understandable due to the ice storm. HOWEVER the chairs they sent were from the 1950s rusted and absolutely humiliating. For 1.25 a chair I was expecting something much nicer as all the other local places were only 1.00 a chair. I only went with them because they had Saturday pickup. It was awful. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Very disappointed in the service....rented a bubble machine and it did not work. Bounce house specials are not what they seem...an extra 55 dollars for delivery and setup and couldnt get a refund on the faulty bubble machine....should have use one of the other companies but decided to give Indy Jump a try but totally regret it now. On Saturday, September 10, 2016, I was suppose to have a bounce house and some concession equipment delivered by 2 oclock p.m. according to a previous conversation with one of your store clerk. However the driver and helper did not show up on Saturday, September 10th until 4:31pm The party started at 3:00pm (see picture #1) and was suppose to be over at 6:00pm. The bounce house had an area that displayed a repaired hole (see picture #2). When I asked the question about the hole and its safety, it was stated that the owner was aware and still sent it out as a rental to be used. I made a note on the contract that the bounce house was delivered late and had a repaired hole and a refund was expected.One of the kids (see picture #3) almost fell through the hole. The man was standing near the bounce house waiting for his own child so he could take a picture. When he noticed the child bouncing towards the hole, he threw his hand up to grab and block the hole to protect the child from falling out head first.From that point we had to extend extra supervision to make sure none of the children came through the whole. We could not afford to shut down the bounce house, so we made a choice to protect the children by standing close by the hole. This was unnecessary and unexpected time being used. It was also stressful having to make so many adjustments to accommodate the children in the bounce house. As we provided supervision to the entry of the bounce house, we also had to supply supervision on the side of the bounce house by the hole.The driver informed that they would leave everything overnight since it was late being delivered. They said the owner would be upset but it would be ok. They were supposed to return Sunday morning between 8 and 11 am. They called Sunday night at 9 pm to say they was not able to pick up the bounce house and equipment but would come out on Monday to gather the items. We miss the opportunity to have our yard serviced due to the bounce house still being in the backyard pass noon on Sunday.Due to the fact that I suffer so many issues with this company, it is only fair, professional, and reasonable to receive a full refund. When I called to complain, the clerk said the best the owner could do was credit me a free rental in the future. Why would I ever want to do future business with a company who rendered unacceptable service and equipment to a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER?The first clerk was very rude and would not allow me to speak with the owner. If youre considering renting here, DONT DO IT!These guys win the award for least reputable business Ive ever encountered. Paperwork said to pick up our bounce house rental between 9-10, got there at 9 and they made us wait till 10 at which point they refused to rent it to us because of our attitude. Seriously cant make this stuff up.That said Im really glad we didnt get it. Their warehouse looked like a trash heap and reeked of weed. Anything coming out of that place could not have been in acceptable condition, Im sure they never clean that stuff. Extremely unprofessional!

Horrible experience! My brother in law rented some speakers and sound equipment from here for his wedding. We went to pick it up and they didnt have the lapel mic for the pastor. The guy I was working with said the previous renter didnt return it. Their pick up location was a pig stye! He couldnt find the other one. I asked if they could go buy another one and he went back to ask his owner Jeff. When he came back and told me no I asked to speak with Jeff. Jeff had ducked out the back! I had him call Jeff and when I went to talk to him he wouldnt talk to me! He had agreed to take off an additional $30 to help rent one from another location, but when we asked to take off the extra day rental he refused. Jeff basically told our rep that we could take what we had or cancel the contract. Stay clear from this biz! Not listed on the BBB and theyre not listed on the IN Secretary of State website! I cant find anywhere that says theyre even a legal biz but we will be pursuing this breach of contract further with the state and any other entity we can get involved. I mean really, you own a business and you duck out the back door to avoid confrontation and then refused to speak with your customer on the phone? With kind of leadership like that I would be surprised if theyre still in business next year.

This place (I wont even call it a business) gets NEGATIVE stars from me. They literally had me in TEARS. I had nothing but horrible communication. The employees are EXTREMELY unprofessional and the equipment was in terrible shape.My workplace decided to rent a dunk tank from Indy Party Rental, and had the WORST experience. First, it took me 3 days to get in touch with someone. I left voicemails and sent messages but nobody would contact me. Thinking maybe theyve just been busy this summer, I reserved the tank from them anyway. When I tried to submit the online form, the website glitched so I had to call to give the rest of the info. The person who answered the phone couldnt even focus on what I was trying to tell her because she was screaming and laughing, having a conversation with someone in the background the whole time. She said she would have to call me back to get the info, and never did. I had to call again the next day. This time I gave all of my information, including payment, and was told I would receive an invoice that had to be signed and returned and the receipt. When given the price of $165, I questioned her because I thought it was supposed to be $150 plus a $50 delivery fee. I was told no, it was only $165 total. I kept waiting for my invoice to show up in my email, but it never did. This was on a Friday. I decided to leave it alone, thinking the invoice would be there Monday. Nope. Monday morning I still had nothing, so I called again and was told they would send it right away. Nope. I didnt get the invoice until the following afternoon, which was the day before my event, and the invoice showed that we were supposed to be picking up the dunk tank. At this point I had talked to someone on the phone 3 separate times, and told them we needed a dunk tank DELIVERED on the date of our event. I even asked about the delivery fee and was told no! So again, I called. We ended up paying the delivery fee separate (which we didnt get a receipt for until the following day AFTER the event was over.) I was told on the phone the tank would be at our workplace between 7 and 10am. The event started at 11 but we would have to set up and fill it with water. The morning of the event, 10 oclock rolled around and we still didnt have the tank. Upon calling Indy Party Rental, we were told that our invoice (which we hadnt even received at that point) showed our delivery between 10am and 11am. Fine. Whatever. The delivery driver showed up at 10:40, and while very nice, had two barking dogs in the front seat of his van. I didnt feel threatened.. just felt like it was extremely unprofessional. After he set the tank up and left, we started to fill it and found multiple issues. 1st- It was filthy. It was just a Velcro tarp inside of a rusty metal cage, and there was dirt and grass everywhere inside. 2nd- The seat was faulty. It dropped just fine, but it was nearly impossible to lock the seat back into place for someone to get back on. 3rd- There were HOLES in the bottom of the tarp! Now, the delivery driver explained to us that the tarp was porous and was designed to empty automatically after 6 hours. There were some very small holes that we assumed were part of that design. However, on one of the front corners there was a large split in the tarp where water was gushing out constantly. (It actually got bigger as the day went on.) When we called to complain about this, the person at the office argued with my HR, saying that they dont do refunds no matter what and that we werent allowed to patch the hole with anything. They eventually let us patch the large hole with Flex-Seal tape, but I honestly think we should have received more for our struggle with them. Nobody in that office was even apologetic.That event was yesterday, and when I came in this morning the dunk tank was still here even though we were told it would be picked up last night. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. On their website, it said they needed a weeks notice to order supplies. I placed the order with plenty of time for a fundraiser I was holding. They wasted no time invoicing me, but it never occurred to them to check their inventory to see if they could even fill my order. I drove to their location hours before my event only for them to tell me they didnt have any of the items that they invoiced me for in stock. And they were incredibly rude, on top of that. The only way I would do business with them again is if I needed a clown for a party - they seem to have plenty of those working there.

Very unprofessional, spoke with someone sunday morning to see how long they would be open. The online says open until 11am they guy on the phone said 12 just to be sure because i was told different then what i was seeing i said 12, like noon? he said yes, just for me to drive 30 mins and see that they closed at 11. No one there nor did anyone answer the phone after 11.

Never again! We rented sumo suits and they smelled horrible. They would not velcro together. . Waste of money. . No one wanted to put them on because they were so nasty.Then when we returned them the employee was walking around in his socks and had a dog in the office. Very unsanitary and should be shut down! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! !!

I have been planning and hosting events across the US for the last 11 years and Indy Party Rental by far was the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever delt with. I host a 5K race for a National Non-profit. It took them an hour and fourth minutes to setup 1, 10x20 pole tent that was a 15-20 minute job and was unable to deliver on other aspects of the rental agreement. I would strongly urge you to stay away from them at all cost!!!

People, believe the 1 star reviews. I didnt . I thought, how can anyone screw up 30 FOLDING CHAIRS. i get there to pick them up and what do I find? Old, ugly rusted, DIRTY folding chairs. Certainly not chairs that I would ask anyone to sit on. To boot they left them in the rain and they were wet. DO Not RENT FOLDING CHAIRS FROM THIS BUSINESS. At 1.25 per chair not good. They left messages the day before the planned pick up time and asked me to come that day between 4 and 5 oclock.The owner was very agumentative with me when I informed her that the chairs were unexceptable and would be contesting with my credit card company.LESSON LEARNED!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am not usually one to write bad reviews, but my experience was so terrible that I felt like I had to so I could warn everyone.I rented an icecream machine for my wedding. My original contract stated that I would drop it off the next day. When I called to confirm everything a week before the wedding, I was told that food safety laws have changed, and that I needed to bring it back that night. It would have been nice of them to call and inform me of this change when it happened. We didnt have anyone to bring it back that night, so we agreed on (and made a new contract for) a delivery guy to come and pick it up that night.The guy never showed up. He called me 3 times from midnight to 1:30 in the morning, ON MY WEDDING NIGHT, to tell me that he wouldnt be able to make it and someone would call me in the morning. A lady called me in the morning saying we could bring it back, with the leftover icecream in it, around noon and we wouldnt be charged the pick up fee. So we did that.Of course, the next day, I look at me credit card statement and theres that pick up fee. My husband and I both call to speak with the manager, (who is the most rude, unprofessional person Ive ever had to deal with) and she refuses to listen to us, keeps repeating that we signed a legal binding contract in the beginning (even though that contract had changed), and basically telling us that we are the ones who screwed up and that we should have had the icecream machine back earlier. There are many more details that I dont have the time to go into right now, but long story short, this is a miserable, unprofessional, shady company. If you want things to go smoothly and dont want your money stolen, DO NOT USE THEM.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!Please trust me, do not use this company.Many many many errors and when I said I wanted a refund of some sort, the woman Nicole said that the owner who was sitting right there was just going to come and pick up the jumper and then I would have nothing. This was two hours before the start of my party. He basically threatened me. They forgot to deliver tables, then came back to bring them, the food was not out in time, the DJ could not set up, neither could the photo booth. Our party was basically an hour late with people standing around because we had no tables. Then to offer no refund or compensation? I am afraid to even call again due to how unprofessional and scary the male owner sounded in the background of the call. Please trust me, do NOT use this company. They are cheaper, but you will get scammed over something. PS- The chairs were old, rusty, and red chipped paint and wooden. They were hideous. Very very very disappointed.

My experience with them was awful!!! They were several hours late.They brought me the wrong bounce house but they charge me any way. They were not friendly nor cared that they inconvenienced me and my childs party. I WILL NOT RENT FROM THEM AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE RENT FROM THEM. INDY PARTY RENTAL SUCKS!!!

Very disappointed! I rented 2 chocolate fountains and they scheduled delivery was between 10 am - 1 pm. Its 1:30 p.m. and our event is at 2 p.m. I havent even received a phone call in regards to them being late.

Brought me filthy equipment that had mold on it and were very rude and late do not use They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau they are not accredited and they have had several complaints please do not use this company has the or a joke and I will be getting my attorney involved for char over charging me now since I followed a complaint with them
