On Friday at 4:10pm I at the Rathskellar Restaurant preparing my sons rehearsal dinner set up. Our tables really needed balloons and I found Banzi to be nearby. On a long shot for our 7pm event I called and connected to a voice recording. Hanging up without a message I circuses balloons were out. Then Brian called me from caller ID and I mademy plea for 30 balloons in the color theme of Butler University. Not only was Brian driving when he called me, he looked up the colors of Butler and told me his wife and baby could deliver the balloons by 6:30. I don’t know how he did it but he truly went above and beyond from a service perspective. As you see, our event looked perfect with this final touch. My son is the first of his friends to marry in the Indy area, we will be definitely recommend if Brian and Banzi for their needs.

Brian fit me in with less than a week notice for my daughters 13th birthday. They did an outstanding job and were even able to coordinate delivery/set up time with the small window that the venue gave me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had such an amazing experience with this company. I was planning a party from a different state and they went above and beyond to ensure no details were left out. Everything from the initial conversation to the delivery of the balloons was perfect. Loved them.

Good quality of work, but the the same time very rude, and terrible communication, the main number you call are listed under 2 or 3 different companies on Google, the guy that answered went on a rampage and let all his anger out over the phone on why I called his personal phone over and over, if you didn’t have it listed under different companies that wouldn’t of happened! Now towards end of purchase everything was finalized date/time/address and was even credited after choosing a different layout, then I get a email saying the mileage to travel to you is outside of our coverage area so there will be an additional charge for delivery and pickup, at this point I had no option to cancel and was put on spot to cover just wish this would have been mentioned on the 1st call when they took the address, just hope it wasn’t a stunt they do after all orders.

Their balloon decorations are stunning and their service is unmatched! Delivery was prompt and courteous, they worked so hard to make sure our balloon arch was perfect. Super easy to order online and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly on all platforms (phone, email, and socials). Highly recommended if you need showstopping decor for your event!

Banzi’s help with what I needed for my event was great! Checkout was easy...set up was a breeze the morning of...and the helium balloons lasted three whole days! Will definitely use their services/product again... thanks Banzi!

Ive used this company for many things . . . baby showers, birthday parties, and just special surprises for special people. The product is very high end and is super customizable while still being affordable. The staff is great to work with and does what is necessary to make sure the final product is exactly what youre looking to achieve. Ive purchased balloons in various sizes and formats as well as a cake topper. Everything was done to match themes and or invitations/decorations perfectly!

Weeks of planning and an order confirmation from the company meant nothing to them. They forgot the order, told us there was nothing they could do, and then attempted to blame us. Horrible customer service. Zero regard for the fact that people are using them for a special occasion. Wouldn’t ever use them and encourage anyone else looking for balloons to inquire elsewhere.Your poor communication is not my problem. This was six weeks in advance and we would have been happy to pay had you made it clear that that is your policy. Your horrible customer service is only made worse by your insistence on attempting to place blame for your failure on the customer. Yet more reason to never do business with you again.
