We rented a tent, chairs, tables and a jumbo bounce house form this company. They were nothing but professional with great quality on the tent, chairs and tables. They also allowed us to keep the bounce house for an extra day with no charge. I have rented from this company for the last 3 years and will go nowhere else for these item in the future. I would definitely rent from them in the future. Very nice delivery guys.

Unreal this company is still in business. Rented tables and chairs for my kids graduation party. Supossed to be delivered at 1pm for the party that started at 3pm. 1:45 nothing. I had to call them. Long story short, rude, unprofessional idiots in this business. Delivery arrived 30 minutes after party started. No apologies, no refund to date. Owner named Lance has been unresponsive to my emails requesting a refund. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS!My husband rented a bounce house, 7 tables, and 50 chairs (prepared by Tonya) to be delivered and set up at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 17, 2014 for my sons first birthday party. We had paid in full before the event. And while they say they will contact you on the Friday before your event, we actually called them to confirm on the Friday before the event. We were told that all was fine with our order.On Saturday, May 17 at 1:53 PM, when we no one had yet arrived with our delivery, we called spoke to a woman who told us that she wasnt in the office and she would call us back. At 2:14 PM a gentleman called us back to say that the Truck was up on Shadeland... and that he would be here soon. We informed him that the party was set to begin at 3:00 PM. We were expecting 50 guests to arrive.At 3:00 PM, the truck and two gentleman arrived at our driveway. We informed the driver that he was two ours late then returned to our guests trusting that the delivery and set-up would continue. My guests, who were arriving at the time, heard the driver cursing and exclaiming loudly, I will never work for this guy again... After a few minutes, the driver got back into the truck and drove off, having NEVER DELIVERED the bounce house or any of our paid rentals - or letting us know that he was leaving or why he was leaving without delivering our rentals. (We had all of the electricity set up and a flat area in our backyard lawn ready.)We repeatedly tried to contact them and have not heard back by phone or email. We have refused payment through our credit card company.They take your money, are completely unprofessional, and dont even care about their customers who spend months and weeks planning special events for their friends and family. While we tried very hard not to let our disgust for this company color the beautiful event we had planned to celebrate our sons first birthday, it was frustrating to have to explain to our guests why we had no place for them to sit while they ate their meal.

One chance too many! Even one star is more than Best Fun deserves!I used this company for 1 bounce house and 2 water slides and paid $100 for an attendant for our company picnic 3 years ago and everything was fine. Obviously they were under different ownership. Use them again last year for just 2 bounce houses an attendant and both of them deflated at least 4 times each while kids were playing in them. Generator problems they claimed. New owner at the time drove to the site and apologized but offered no refund of any kind. Dont ask me why but I felt they deserved another chance for this years company picnic and that was a BIG mistake. Kid came out and set the 2 houses up without any problem and I gave him the check. I also paid for an attendant to monitor them for 4 hours ($100). The attendant was already late and the kid who set them up said he was on his way...but didnt have a phone # for him. He was relaying this through the NEW owner, Lance. No one showed up. Almost 2 hours went but and some girl finds me and said she was sent to be our attendant and not sure what happened to the original one. I asked her to go monitor the bounces houses...about 25 mins later she told one of our committee members that she had to leave to pick up her kids and left. Not her fault if she wasnt the original attendant.So, I called the owner, Lance, and told him about the failure to provide an attendant that I paid $100 for and wanted a refund. He said without a doubt, no problem. That was on August 8th. I have called him 5 times now and each time he acts like he doesnt remember or that he has forgotten and Ill have my refund in a couple of days. Its September 1st and no refund. Im not calling again.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can see why others who have written a review say the same.Lance is not an honest business owner and getting others within the company to reply to anything is a joke as well.

I wish I could post the pics of the tables and chairs. Chairs are rusty and dirty, the table tops are missing pieces of wood and the legs are missing screwes. They delivered a day before the party but hours after they said they would. The guy who delivered brought mud and dirt into the house (after I obviously cleaned the carpet for the party.) The party was on Saturday, it is now Tuesday and no one has bothered to pick them up. They said they were coming Monday but didnt show up. They are saying they are picking it up today (Tuesday) so we shall see. I have been stuck in my bedroom with my 1 year old so that way he doesnt hurt himself climbing on them. Please dont order from them, I guess when you order the cheapest around you really do get the cheapest.

If I could give them zero or negative stars I would!! Reserved a tent for my sons birthday and they NEVER showed up! Asked for a refund and they NEVER provided! Worst company ever....I really cannot stress that enough!!

This company is a complete joke! They will sell/charge you for the moon and not deliver... BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have!!!After much research in February we had booked Best Fun Party Rental to provide rental equipment for our wedding on 5-30-2015. Everything seemed great at first. Lance Laconi seemed very eager to help and provided us with competitive pricing. Lance had let us know that he would keep us updated as to when to expect everything (tent, tables, chairs, port-o-lets, linens, dance floor, coolers, etc). We had no clue as to when everything would arrive. Some stuff would show up on one day, other items would show up on another day without any insight. We had to keep calling the company to check on the status of equipment and to see what was the hold up due to the wedding being a day away with no idea of when everything will be delivered. So the wedding came... We were missing items, linens, fire exits, etc that were all paid for. The white dance floor that they delivered was multicolored and looked like something out of a circus. After the wedding Best Party Inc had let us know that they would be back to pick up everything within a few days. It took two weeks for these clowns to pick up the linens, tables, and coolers. Luckily, the tent and port-o-lets were sub contracted by a more professional breed and were picked up in a timely manner. We had spoke to (owner??) Lance Laconi multiple times about pick up and refunds regarding missing items that we had paid for. He assured us that he was going to refund us ASAP. To this day, over a month later we still have not been refunded. This company is a complete joke! They will sell/charge you for the moon and not deliver... BUYER BEWARE!!!
