I bought 49 cubic yards of river rock over several weeks as well as several tons of cobblestones to use as a border for a 400 foot rock path project to a lake. All four deliveries were on time with phone calls letting me know the driver’s location and timing for each delivery. The river rock path with a double cobblestone border on each side looks great.

Stone looks great and they delivered within hours. The delivery driver was great. She dropped the stone perfectly so it wouldnt destroy my grass.

We ordered six yards of hardwood mulch. The delivery driver was helpful and conscientious about not dumping any mulch in the grass. The product was clean — free from weeds and trash that I’ve found in deliveries from other providers.

I dont leave a lot of reviews, but I really appreciate this place. My son ran with my truck and got some mulch for me from here. When he returned he told me and showed me damage that had been done to my vehicle purely on accident involving someone that worked there. I had the damage repaired and the owner not only took care of the bill, but also offered much more. It is rare these days for people to take care of people. Mistakes happen. I already appreciate their product. Now I am sold on how they take care of you!

Picked up mulch and marks mix here last week. The yards are very generous and the people get you in and out quickly. I bought online and picked it up one yard at a time. They are good at what they do. Oh and the material looked great!

I have been using Indiana Mulch for 14 years now for my home. I have always great success with the quality of their mulch. I always use the dyed (Brown) and looks fantastic around my house. Many neighbors in my subdivision began using Indiana Mulch since they saw how nice it looked in my flower beds!!

Been coming here for close to ten years. Today I came again to get the same item: 1/2 cu ft. Black dye mulch. In the past this amount would fill the width and length of my truck bed. Today I get home and I had about 60% of thr usual amount. Either they are shorting their amounts on purpose or the loader had no idea what he was doing? Be careful and check your trucks/trailers before you leave the property.

They are a pleasure to do business with. One of those local businesses that make you feel happy to live in a nice community. I ordered bags of stone, top soil, potting soil and mushroom compost. The next morning I got a call to confirm my order. They delivered when expected and put it all right into my garage for me. Even helped me move two heavy pots that I was going to fill. The quality of the soil and compost is wonderful. The price with delivery was cheaper than what it would have cost at one of the big box stores. All around a great experience.

DO NOT waste your money on their overpriced bulk soil mixes. Last month I purchased 2 yards of Mark’s Mix for my wife’s new raised garden boxes. My neighbor, who is a master Gardner, questioned the quality of the soil while I was filling the boxes. We both agreed that the soil looked like the bottom of last years mulch pile mixed with giant hunks of manure. A few weeks later, he was right... $100 worth of dying starter plants and 2 mulchy planter boxes infested with mites working to decompose the expensive “compost” that was clearly not decomposed at the time of my purchase. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is terribly disappointing and my wife is devastated. I’ve made many trips to Indiana Mulch & Stone over the years and the staff has always been friendly and efficient but, at this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dont have people waiting to install your stone, because there is a good chance these people will try to reschedule because of a communication issue in their office. Your people will be waiting with shovels in hand.

Bought some dyed mulch from them after a bad experience with another supplier. Mulch looked very nice and held its color all year like they said it would. I was also able to negotiate a lower price since I ordered so much. The only problem was the driver dumped a little on the grass which he shoveled it out. Will buy again.
