I stopped into the I69 location in Castleton with a Hail Mary. I was looking for a very specific shape and size of glass for an outdoor sconce. Erin and Mike were phenomenally accommodating and listened while asking questions of the project. This item is discontinued from Restoration Hardware, they were nearly certain they couldn’t help except to replace all 9 sconces. We then walked to a cubical where they spent extra time (that I didn’t deserve because they were busy) and realizing I wasn’t going to spend money at this time, to help me find one on EBay.This was so far above and beyond I couldn’t believe it.I will loyally use them from this point on and suggest to anyone who will listen to me!

This place is my savior! If any of you have ever been looking forward to a hot date w someone you’ve been crushing on then you will totally relate. I got off work late and didn’t have time to go home to freshen up before meeting up Mr Right. I luckily stumbled across this place and voila! I’m back in action. I was able to change clothes, touch up my makeup, and brush my teeth ( good thing since I ate the rest of my breath mints for lunch). Anyways my only complaint was that the lighting was somewhat dim and that the other people were a little too chatty. Seeing as I was in a rush I didn’t want to make small talk. Turns out I was worried about being late for nothing. I arrived just as my date did, apparently he was postponed also while buying a used couch!
