Bought a detox drink and less than a week later they won’t refund me because I don’t need it anymore. I have proof I bought it and it’s still sealed. Dont waste your time here and go to 20past4 and more where they DO return your money if you don’t need a product. Even the same product that magic bus would not refund........I won’t change my rating just because the owner comments and admits they won’t refund perfectly good items. Must be desperate for business. Take it elsewhere, this business practice of admittedly not refunding perfectly good items has turned myself and at least two others elsewhere and I won’t change my review until I get my money back.

Love the bus!! Not only do they have high quality local glass as well as inexpensive price, they also have a massive clothing selection as well as cool decor and DISC GOLF!!! Not to mention the staff is always entertaining. LOL

The greatest smoke shop in indiana. I have loved coming here since I was young to smell the incense and buy clothes and then when I was 18 to be let into the back of the store. The glass and art they have is unique and store workers are so helpful and happy.

The Magic Bus has been my go to shop for years. They have so many different high quality products. I love the Raw products selection, so much to choose from. Not too mention all the beautiful glass, which is all very reasonably priced. You can even get a free Magic Bus t-shirt on your birthday. I like the fact that they ask for an id with your card to make sure its you paying with your card.

So went here to purchase some items the thin lady with sandy blonde hair was very rude and blew smoke in my face as I entered the store , she had NO shoes on . As i looked through out the store she literally followed me . Dont know what happened to this store Ive been patronizing for over 10 plus years it use to be a nice place, the workers are rude and appear to be under the influence of something if i could give it ZERO stars I would THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL !!! It had been YEARS since my first visit. We had originally stopped to eat at a restaurant close by. As I got out of the car and looked around I was excited to see it was still in business. I immediately got excited and told my husband we have to go to rhe Magic Bus! He didnt know what kind of store it was, and all I could say was you will love this place! He was not disappointed. They have tie dye shirts, incense, handmade bags, scarfs, hats, blown glass, this and that and discs for disc golf. The staff are very friendly and laid back. We hope to visit again in the near future.

On March 11 around 3:40pm there were two employees Thomas and another girl. Personally I love this store the way it’s set up and the clothes that they carry. But something I’ve noticed with this company is that the employees always seem to not care about the customer service skills and the way they talk and approach their customers. Amazing place. I just stopped in for a few minutes with my wife and the whole atmosphere was great. Guy at the counter put off good vibes and even complimented my shirt. The pipe room was like a grown ups candy store. You could tell instantly they only sell high quality glass which was refreshing after seeing so many $40 knock off pieces you find in other stores. 5/5

Great customer service up until I had to remind the person ringing me up 3 times to ring up and bag my grinder... low and behold, I get home and theres no grinder in the bag. I should have checked the bag but I guess thats my bad for assuming employees would be competent enough to complete a transaction properly after being reminded multiple times. I wasnt charged for it but when I called twice neither employee I spoke to could have cared less that I was upset nor did they even try to offer a resolution for me... there is a reason everyone likes 20 past better guys just go there. Dont waste your time because these people dont care about you or your business.

Some of the prices might be a little more steep but that is because it is high quality and that it is local blown glass, higher quality pipes local blown costs more than cheap China Import glass. And they last for a long time, much longer than the cheap import. You can find cheaper glass yes, but you wont find a better quality for the prices the Magic Bus has IME

Not a bad little shop. A lot of variety and open space to move around. Only gets 4 stars because the staff kind of blends in and just sits around instead of greeting you and asking if you need anything.

The workers sometimes give me a hard time when I clearly come in there almost everyday. It was the first time I had to walk all the way back home for my I.D. IN THE RAIN!!!!! but I didnt see them ask anyone else. Then a couple of days later it was a guy giving me a hard time the only one that told me that I had to spend over three dollars to use my card. SMH I ONLY GAVE THREE STARS BECAUSE THEY SELL SOME AWESOME STUFF BUT THE STAFF I GIVE JUST A STAR🤨

The smug, contemptuous, arrogant attitudes the employees demonstrate every time we visit the shop makes me furious. Why have we returned after all these years? Maybe we thought it would get better, but it surely has NOT. We just had an awful experience with the female supervisor (big earlobe earrings) and the bald man working the cash register last week. We are in our mid-30s and have been avid supporters of the Bus since BEFORE it re-opened in the strip mall. After all these years, we will NEVER return nor support the Magic Bus ever again. You may think you have enough customers and losing two doesnt make a difference; but believing this only proves that you know nothing about running a business. Every customer counts, and the staff that treated us so poorly last week can be blamed for our dissatisfaction and our serious vow to never come back. I think the staff needs to remember they are simple hourly employees at a HEAD SHOP in INDIANA. Its really nothing to be proud of. It is obvious that anyone over the age of 25 working at a head shop in Indiana has made some poor life decisions and probably didnt graduate college. They are not capable of making a decent living so they must take our their frustrations regarding their miserable lives on the wealthy and educated customers that come in to essentially pay their paychecks. This is my favorite shop in Broad Ripple. Ive gotten some great wall hangings here. Also their selection of water pipes is extensive, theres some really unique stuff there. Really cool staff, and I love that they give you free stuff with your purchase.

Reading some of these reviews on Google were very disheartening. Before I go any further, in the interest of disclosure, Im one of the new owners, so Im biased. My partner and I took over in April. For years, The Bus was one of the places for unique glass pieces. It still is. We have a relationship with an assortment of regional and West coast glass blowers.We have a great selection of discs for disc golf, clothing, incense, hookahs, and other tobacco accessories. Of course, I loved this place before I took over. In defense of the accusations of high prices, we keep a standard retail mark up. Complaints that are valid that Ive read: we card. Alas, thats state law and for our own protection. Also, its true that we wont really haggle on prices on throw in a bunch of freebies. In business, there is nothing free. If the seller is always willing to haggle, they probably have a high mark up to pay for the free items.I would like to believe our customer service and staff are outstanding. If you dont think so, my partner and I have business cards on the counter with our contact info. We will always be happy to speak with you. Just ask for Rod. Since the first day I was in the market for their products, I have been going to The Magic Bus and I must say, it is aptly named. I always leave satisfied.The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean, inviting and full of awesome products.Today was no exception when I came in to replace a busted vape battery. I was going to buy my third of the same brand, in less than a year. Despite the lapsed time, the staff told me to bring the old ones in anyway (with my receipts!) and hopefully they could help me in getting a new one and/or, at the very least, try to diagnose my problem.I left and returned, and sure enough, the manager knew the issue right away. When I asked if I could purchase a third at a discount, she recommended instead that we find one that better suited my cartidges. She had a good idea which one would work best and proceeded to have me test it with my cartidge. It worked like a charm. Then she blew me away by giving it to me at no cost, in exchange for the two broken items.This exceeded my already pleasant expectations and I am truly grateful for such outstanding customer service. There are many shops like The Bus in the Broad Ripple area, but at the end of the day, none of them hold a candle, lighter, torch or battery to this magical place.

I go to the Bus on a very regular basis. According to a ton of locals, the Magic Bus is the original head shop in North Indy. The longevity of this local businesss success speaks for itself. Easily the most diverse head shop Ive ever been to. Smoking accessories, clothing, nicknacs, smelly goods, and a TON of locally made art and crafts. The bus is so much more than a headshop. Its a must visit for any traveller coming through Broad Ripple. On any given day you can expect a friendly staff that doesnt treat you only as a customer, but valued guests / friends. The bus isnt going anywhere soon and will remain a staple in the broad ripple community for decades to come. 5/5 business without a doubt.

The Bus sucks. The vibes are terrible.Ive been trying to have a good experience there for years and I just cant.Im from Colorado and this is the first head shop I went to once I moved here and was floored by how bad it is.The biggest problem is the staff. They are snobbish and arrogant. So off putting. The last thing I want when looking for glass is bad vibes. I hate it. All of them need to have a seat. I want to be like You work in a head shop in Broad Ripple. Cool. Now get over yourself. I promise, if you go in there, they will be rude to you.On top of that they will card you multiple times during your visit and be far too serious about it.Their products are over priced.Its just seriously the worst. I never write reviews but I finally had to for this one.Ive just had one bad experience too many at that place. Hate it.Your people are gonna put you all out of business eventually. You already have that negative reputation amongst the community, and it will continue to grow. You should keep that in mind. Love these guys. Been going since I moved to indy in my 20s. And Im pushing 50, something to be said about that long of a run in retail, especially a shop of this sort, great place, I recommend it to anyone in need.

This is the oldest glass shop in Indy, they have a wide range of local and nationally famous glass work displayed over many cases. The shop workers are all helpful and have funny attitudes. There are other shops in the area, but like who wants to buy a counterfeit roor anyway.

The hours are completely inconvenient compared to every other smoke shop in the city. I usually end up going over to headlines or somewhere else, because magic bus isn’t open till the afternoon. Along with that they have the most rude and arrogant employees ever. As someone who works in sales and does a lot of personal shopping I’ve seen/given/and received better service than they ever can hope to have a magic bus. There smart ass attitudes and and unkind behavior to customer will he the reason Magic Bus goes out of business. Because when you don’t treat the customer right, they don’t buy from you and they definitely don’t recommend your business to others.

Great products.. Mid/high prices, friendly/helpful staff... Customer service with (complimentary shisha for a 300$ hookah) could use some improvement! We just bought a huge hookah and only got a cleaner with it! :( ... But the quality of the hookah itself helps the lack of extras!

Always a good place to stop when Im in town, even if only just to wander around and look at the new glass. Golf discs, candles and incense, scales, basically everything youd expect from a place like this and then some!Support your local head shop!

Friendly staff, clean place, nice vibes from all the different merchandise they have. Loved the glass collection though some of the pricing on pieces what a bit out of wack. Some pieces that were basic were priced $10 or more over expectations. Though, I didnt leave without anything and was actually hooked up with a free $12.00 bowl. Not my favorite, but thats not to descredit that this is a good beginner place to shop.

Every time I go into the Magic Bus I am carded at least twice and sometimes 3 times (not including the times Im carded for using my debit card)...Im 35 and no way look under 18. I will NOT give them my business any more. I go across the street to HeadLines, 1056 Broad Ripple Ave Indianapolis, IN 46220...Im in NO way affiliated with headlines but am sick and tired of being carded at the Magic Bus and their smug customer service. By the way, I HAD shopped with the MB when they were near the Brew Pub way back...when they were cool although still smug...

Magic bus has some decent glass pieces at decent prices but the people working there made me feel super uncomfortable. I was carded twice (not a huge deal, but kind of unnecessary). Then the guy working literally stood right next to me & watched me the entire time I was in the store. I understand they need to keep an eye on customers but geeze. Also they DONT WEAR SHOES? theyre barefoot. Its so off-putting. I dont want to see someones bare feet when I go to make a purchase. Ew. It was a super cringe-worthy experience
