Called for a short piece of large suction line and the guys were more then willing to help and even gave me the short piece I needed for no charge. Awesome place and amazing customer service.

This place has saved my life several times over the years. Occasionally, a solution hose will burst on my $35,000 carpet cleaning machine. All I have to do is roll up to Hose Power and either get the hose repaired or buy new. Every time Ive been, theyve had exactly what I need in stock, and they even accommodate some weird needs I have as a carpet cleaner (sometimes, the solution hose needs to stay attached to my van, and theyve let me run the hose through the employee entrance so they can repair it in the shop). And Ive never had to wait. Usually Im in and out in a few minutes. As a south-sider, Im glad to know theyre nearby.

Took four hours for them to make my house, and it wasnt even the specifications I needed, too short and with the wrong fittings, to boot. Theyve forever lost my business and I couldnt be happier with my new hydraulic parts supplier.

Called early in the day to verify hours they were open. Specifically left a job early to make sure I had parts for tomorrow and they had closed early. Called the 24 hour service to be told that they were slow so they let everybody go home early . No sign or indication of closing early posted..... speaks a lot of the company if they cant even manage their own posted hours. Very dissatisfied
