Employees very helpful. Wish they had more bathroom shower displays for folks to see. Sadly both Home Depot and Lowes offer very little in terms shower displays. Did like their selections of wall and floor tiles.

Tried to schedule a time to have someone measure my rooms for carpet. I was told someone would call me the day of the measuring and a window of time would be provided. Because of this antiquated style of scheduling, I had to reschedule for a Saturday. I also had to stay near my home to ensure I would be able to let the measuring contractor into my home. No one called. Four calls to Home Depot made no difference. It would appear that Home Depot is too large a company to appreciate the business of each individual customer.

I have to give a shout-out to Jody (one of the associates) in case management sees this. I have never witnessed such enthusiasm from an associate helping so many customers with unique needs. I was trying to decide on the style and function of a product and Jody had helped so many customers with their issues in a manner that was surreal to witness. Eventually I had a question and he took me to school with his wisdom that helped our family save a potential headache before starting our project. One of the best HD experiences ever.

The woman running the paint counter during late afternoon Sunday July 25th was wonderful. There were 3-4 customers, besides my boyfriend and me, milling around the counter and as she was looking things up on the computer, she was still asking what she could help the next customer with. Her ability to multi task was awesome and she never stopped being friendly and smiling.She found our paint code quickly and easily (wed just given her the brand and name) and we didnt have to wait long at all for it to be mixed. We wound up wanting another gallon of a different color while we were browsing the paint chips and we received that one quickly and easily too. All in all, a pleasing experience on a busy Sunday.

Like the layout a little better than Menards or Lowes. Like the online ordering a little more also.

This store is pretty good. The site is always clean, well stocked, organized, and a pleasant experience. The cashiers and customer service are pretty good and the couple times Ive had experiences with management they were excellent.

Placed an order and paid for delivery upfront. On the day before delivery a woman called me to cancel the order staying they did not have any of the items I paid for. If I wanted any part of my order I was welcomed to drive to the Lafayette In. Store and pick it up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when she transferred me to the front desk the gentleman said he was not sure why I was told that since he was looking at 80 pieces of the item I had purchased. I only needed 8. The gentleman was very apologetic and called the woman who had canceled the order inquiring about her transaction of canceling my order. The woman was rude and unapologetic toward me. The man reinstated my order and confirmed my delivery date for the next day. I do not know if the woman had a larger order than mine and needed my 8 items to finish the larger order or if she just took it upon herself to upset me. I will not be so quick to use Home Depot again because of the way I was treated by this woman. I have always had high respect for Home Depot but this was the second time I was disrespected. I do not want a third time.

Home Depot is the place for the real do-it-yourselfer like myself. This country is chalk full of do-it-yourselfers - which is why Home Depot has been successful and will continue to be so into the future. Keep up the good work folks! We all have more projects to do!

Compared to other locations, this one seems a bit smaller with not as large of a selection in some items. What sets this location apart though is the staff and how friendly and helpful they are compared to other locations in the area, but also the competing stores.

I got everything I needed and I was helped right away when I needed chains cut. Beautiful clean store.

Still have to say lowes has them beat as far as selection of different items goes. But I will still shop here.... provided I have a gift card again.

I just want to thank the kind gentleman for helping me find the dump cart I was looking for today. I believe he had a Swiss accent (not positive though). He went above and beyond to help me find where it was located and even rang me up. Its rare that I run across such service.Very thankful.Danke schon!

My husband was returning an item, and the young lady (carly) helping him made him completely uncomfortable. He said she touched him several times and was invading his personal space unnecessarily and pushed herself against him. He was so uncomfortable he left the store without finishing his shopping. Maybe a little harassment training would be helpful, to keep others from being uncomfortable

We came here to look at stainless appliances. Usual get military discount but it wasnt offered, got it. Instead of leaving it at that the associate running the area stated, These are special order, if you want your discount, go get a Pepsi from up front and get your ten percent. This kind of behavior is why society is struggling right now. Just tell me you dont offer one and move on. Dont be rude or condescending, we are building a house and would have spent thousands here, not anymore.

The Home Depot off of I65 and Southeastern I believe store is sloppy things are not well maintained when you need help nobody seems to stop to help you you ask and they said theyll send somebody and you wait forever people walk right by you seeing you looking for help and just run the other way not a very good store to shop at not a very good selection especially if youre looking for only 8 or 10 ft Lumber I put that up as high as possible and if it the long stuff down below instead of spreading it out somebody needs to go in and reorganize. I want to call out Kathy for being absolutely amazing. I checked the status of my on-line order and saw that two things were backordered. Drywall and insulation. I called the 1-800 corporate number which basically informed me that it was too bad, before putting me on hold and calling Castleton saying I wanted to cancel, which I didnt. I was ready to cut ties with HD all together.I called Castleton directly and connected with Kathy. I explained that, in fact, I did NOT want to cancel, I just was told that was my only choice by corporate. She graciously dealt with my frustration, ensured me she could look around local stores for the stock. She then called me back in 15 minutes with everything sorted. Wow, some of the best customer service Ive received. I wanted to recognize her by name. Thanks Kathy

Omg, since I started gardening and renovation projects on my home, Im hooked on Home Depot! They are my friends! My store is on 96th street, but Id rather go to Noblesville because many of the people at Fishers arent nice or as helpful, especially the guy and girl in the kitchen cabinets department. Youd think they are paid commission, the way they act! And one of the managers, isnt that great either. But at the Noblesville store people greet you as you enter, are very helpful, and their store appears to be cleaner. The kitchen cabinets department is also better and the manager is awesome!

Then went ahead measured and cut all of them right on point since no one was back there to cut. Im telling you that was the BEST customer service EVER, along with patience. Home Depot is much of what one might expect from a large home improvement and hardware store. Its has everything you might need including quite literally the kitchen sink.We were shopping around for outdoor patio furniture. We went to several stores including a few Home Depots a lot of places didnt have much in stock and oddly several places had broken furniture on display. This seems like a bad way to make sales. Home Depot had several great looking items on display none were brokenThe staff was helpful and they honored a sale price from a different store with no problem.We wound up buying a patio table and chairs. Im very happy with them.

The store is friendly, neat and clean for a busy place. This store is my preferred Home Depot. They had what I was looking for in more than one size. I was able to get in and out quickly thanks to the friendly check out lady. Parking is not a hassle at this store.

Went to this home depot store/location to return some items that I had no purpose for. It was a few minutes before they closed. The Return desk was polite, and everything I had a valid receipt for was accepted and returned. Store is VERY clean, and staff is VERY polite! This store is a better location over others Ive visited. I like this location over Noblesville. I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had no receipt for, and could not find my drivers license. I had my union card and 10+ credit/Debit cards. And I also have a Pro Rewards account which has my identity/Profesional review account.. And they would not accept this. But I also understand this is probably policy under home depots Return policy. But this is the best option very Lowes/Menards/Ace

Love the curbside pick up orders are always ready quickly, and they bring them out quickly when you arrive.

They always have what I need, and the employees are very helpful.

Not a fan of self-serv check-out, especially when they have people standing around. Also dont like handling the scanner that all previously held - not covid friendly.

Tried to purchase riding mower. Spent 2000.00 and the day before they were suppose to deliver they call and say nothing in stock. They could have told me that when they took my money 1 weeks earlier...I would have went somewhere else..bad service!

When you need Klein tools right now, this is the place to go. I just wish they carried a bigger selection of them. If they would have carried the Klein digital level, I would have sold 20 for them. When the guys saw the one I ordered, everyone got one.

Absolutely no respect towards consumers or customer service at this location! Take the extra drive north and go to Lowe’s in Noblesville. Excellent service, prices and respect towards our military!We just left the store on July 4 approx 645PM looking at appliances. Not an associate in sight. Asked a lady sitting in the cubes near the cabinets and countertops area. She then acknowledged I was there after a few minutes and proceeds to ask me “is there something I can help you with very quickly”. I then give her a second chance to rephrase and ask “I am sorry what?” politely. She then changes her tone and helps me find an associate, without moving from her chair obviously. A gentleman comes up and I ask him if they do military discounts on appliances, he says no (which is totally fine). What happens next is what totally threw me over the edge. I discuss with my husband for a few minutes and we decide to go to Lowe’s. As we are walking away, this man (who was an army vet) then mumbles something about “go on ahead and pay more just to get a discount like all regular consumers”. Now I ask, what is the reason behind being so rude? We did not express any anger towards the prices or not providing military discounts. We had the privilege to only encounter 2 individuals at this Home Depot and both were completely rude. Not sure if I could have handled another rude associate.. Such a sad experience and I recommend anyone to take tour business elsewhere!!

I ordered 5 gallon of paint from Home Depot and it arrived last week. It wasn’t enough so I went into the store to buy 3more gallon today. The guy mixing the paint argued the whole time I was there. He said the 5 gallon didn’t come from Home Depot. What? I just bought it from Home Depot! Why should he care anyway. He was so rude I almost left without it. The last time I was there, he wanted to argue about the government taking down the confederate flag and statues. This is why_ over the years- I have avoided shopping at Home Depot. First of all, they don’t want to wait on women! I guess they think women don’t know what they are doing! Women beware!
