Me and my husband visited the Alpha Hearing Care clinic today and the treatment we got was fantastic! It was obvious the workers there really wanted to take their time and helped us so much. Years ago Austin fitted me with my first pair of hearing aids. I cannot say enough about how it improved my life in so many ways; both personally and professionally. I cant say enough good things about this company. Ausin, the audiologist, and his wife have poured their entrepreneurial hearts and souls into providing the Greater Indianapolis Community with hearing enhancement diagnoses, products and services. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to implement these into my life after experiencing pretty dramatic hearing loss (due to going to too many loud concerts without hearing protection). Austin is kind, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He was very successful in getting me the right aids that were comfortable and worked! Like another reviewer stated: I walked out with these aids after one visit and heard birds chirping for the first time in a long time. I went home and listened to a vinyl record and weeped at the intricacies of the music I had been missing. If you are (unfortunately) experiencing a lack of excellent hearing, this is the first place you should call. They worked with my insurance and got me a great price on an amazing set of hearing aids and I love them!
